Called to ask about the covid medicine, 30 minute hold. The person picked up the call told me to expect an hour wait, she took my information, few hours has gone by, heard nothing, so I called back. Once again 30 minute hold to talk to someone, then this someone transferee me to another person, still on hold.

Consistently very slow to input and fill prescriptions faxed in from my GP. Like 4-5 hours before they even begin working on it, which is far too slow when the medicine is for something acute. Pharmacy staff are pleasant to deal with generally, but their workload is either too much or they are just so slow.

They ran out of plastic bags today. I only only had a few things so it was fine, but an elderly gentleman infront of me had to cancel his purchases as he intended to buy a bunch of items but couldn't carry the purchases by hand.

The staff with black hair. I think her name is Jessi. She should understand she comes to store for working not chatting with friends. She promised to check the storage in back and made us waited half an hour. When she finally came out, we found her completely forgot check and told us they don’t have it with careless tone

Not a very pleasing experience, the pharmacists working here are not professional at all. First off I’d like to say I’m not a citizen here in Canada, therefore I do not own a health card. I walked in with very unbearable pain and which I thought was an UTI. The pharmacists were cold and told me that they can’t do anything without a prescription. I kept insisting that my pain and discomfort are unbearable and if there is anything besides antibiotics they could recommend me until I see a doctor. The answer was very straight forward “No”. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this place!

Awful experience. I was looking for a wash room before my vaccine appointment. I asked a help from the cashiers. Unfortunately, no body helped me. They just let me wait for more than 10 mins. I finally went to the McDonald's. I'm really confused about the locked wash rooms of shoppers. Seems like their staff are always busy. They don't know which issue is more important. This location also doesn't hire enough employees I believe. It's better to provide the unlocked wash rooms as Walmart, Winners, Costco, McDonald's etc.

Terrible shopping experience in this beauty boutique. The sales person doesn’t bother to talk or introduce. But she will put random samples into your shopping bag without telling you what that is.

Horrible experience for the second time! My new born had to get the HB+ vaccine and I was coming to pick them up, they sold it to another patient. I clearly checked with them if they hold a vaccine for me and before I came they did yes. But 1 hour into the doctors appointment they say we don’t have the vaccine and we will. Heck other stores. Horrible service. Will never visit the pharmacy again. If you don’t have the product just say no, so we can look somewhere else. Simple as that.

I came to this shop at 11: 30 in the evening. I wanted to buy some medicine, but the pharmacist in this shop didn’t know how to respect the guests. First of all, the staff should listen carefully to what I said when talking to the guests. Condition, instead of answering my questions while looking at the computer like this employee, and as a pharmacist, he doesn't know how to dispense medicine. I asked him what he didn't know! ! Are you kidding me? Does the pharmacist know how to dispense medicine? ?

Love their on sale perfume collection. Always manage to get a couple of nice bottles for friends and family.

Derek the pharmacist went above and beyond to get my Mom her medication today. He was kind, professional and caring. It was so unexpected and really appreciated!

I called the store's number to inquire about flu shots. I was told to come in the store to register. At the store, the pharmacist told me to either scan the Qcode to fill in the form (which I can't as I don't have data). I was then asked to go home as the website "is clear" this is needed (so much for the "no appointment necessary" signage). I also noticed a staff there not wearing a mask.

Absolutely disgusting.
I asked a woman today for help so that my child could go to the bathroom. She was dressed in all black, not wearing a uniform, I presume she works in the beauty section. I have seen her a few times as I frequent Shoppers often.

My daughter is a toddler about to pee herself.

She told me to go to the front and ask the cashier for help.

Dear beauty woman, So if you can’t help whats your job? What’s your role at Shoppers Drugmart? To just sit their and watch other workers working? Get a reality check woman. Your no better than your coworkers

WORST PHARMACY EVER! The only reason I have used this pharmacy is because it’s near my home. Over the past year or so, they have consistent delivered on their promise of poor service and immature behavior.

Every single time they ask for 40 minutes to get the medication. I just fail to understand how it takes 40 minutes to get something off the shelf and hand it to me. They also prefer that I come back later to get the medication. Do you think a sick person wants to wait a few hours?

The people behind the counter are clock watchers. And the pharmacist is a bit of a douche.

I come here for the flu shoot. Which it is highly advertised on the radio and when I come here. The pharmacy assistant told me they are too busy and they cannot do it.

If you cannot take the business, don't promote it and when customers come all the way in and you cannot fullfill.

I ask her how long I need to wait. I told her I can wait since. She say 40 mins and I say I can wait than she told me they are still too busy and cannot do it.

What about customer. I am busy too.
My schedule does not matter.

I don't go to Shoppers much, but this one gets a decent amount of video game stock! They'll look at the back for you as well if it's not on display. Helpful staff.

Shoppers drug mart over charges for items that can be purchased off Amazon for much less. Mens deodorant and shaving supplies are less than 50% cheaper on Amazon, save your money.

It’s very bad experience, never going to the store again, Thuris the clerk and Gilbert the manager both lied to customers. It was very unfriendly. It’s worst store in CANADA.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and it is probably the best pharmacy around. Derek and his staff are top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable.

At the store by noon, trying to get some skin care products to earn 20xpoints. Staff at beauty boutique were not so friendly and not willing to help. I waited for a while, and then had to leave and went to another store.

My wife and I have been submitting our scripts to this pharmacy for the past year now, and I must say the service is beyond exceptional. My wife was having some issues acquiring her migraine medication at her previous pharmacy, but at this pharmacy she's had no problems. The staff has been very informative and supportive. I don't remember all their names, but the staff is great! There's this guy named Keith there, my wife and I most recently interacted with him. He knew his drugs, their contraindications, safety profiles, etc. The information he gave my wife was tremendously useful and put her mind at ease, as she is pregnant and is constantly worrying about what is safe to take during her pregnancy. This level of excellence and responsibility seen in this staff of pharmacists is what we hope for when prescribing meds, as they are our bastions in the community making sure our patients receive the right medication (s), and that any remaining questions are answered regarding treatment plans.

Walked in and 4 cosmetics employees were gossiping and completely ignored me. I was astounded that even while standing in the aisle, not one offered any greeting or help. This is very poor customer service.

Unpleasant experience at this location. Unfriendly staffs. Promotion price tags were placed for the wrong products, not just 1 or 2 price tags, but majority of that category. Refuse to own up to their mistake.

This store was clean and the staff was pleasant. There is construction in the area so it was not convenient to get to this shopping centre. There is ample parking which is a plus.

Shoppers has sales and these are identified by stickers. This location had no stickers for most of the items except for diapers so for every item we had to take it to the cashier and he had to ring it through. Upon asking him why no stickers? His response - they must have fallen off.lol really? All 20 of them I suppose. Or maybe someone has not done their job?

This location has the worst pharmacy staff! Very immature, unprofessional, ignorant and childish! Which normal professional person would hire these annoying, obnoxious teenagers to work there? Majority of customers I've seen at the pharmacy counter are older folks, that want a decent mature person serving and helping them not kids for Gods sake! Every time i need to get my medication i have to deal with these immature teens that aren't even capable of answering simple questions. They are always laughing and giggling while you are trying to ask a simple question! Never returning to this location! Note to the manager, please hire some decent adult professionals, not kids from Mcdonalds.
