I'm done with this store. REALLY getting tired of being yelled at/BAD attitudes from front cashiers.
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Your Stars are for Cosmetics and Post Office. Those ladies are the best! (I get my Rx's somewhere else but no problems with the pharmacy). Your front cashiers ALWAYS are miserable and give snarky remarks and I'm fed up with it. I leave feeling angry and people don't deserve that! I get you have bad days, but I've worked with the public my entire life and this is completely unacceptable. My husband gets this 'treatment' as well. Either send these miserable people for better training or replace them. Either way, we don't care. We won't be shopping there anymore.

Bike rack is awful. Half of the places have the metal bent so that no one can use them and the ones that aren't bent are too narrow for many current style bike tires.
Not really designed to lock a bike properly in this day and age.

I went to shoppers recently and was looking for a good gift for my friend from South Macedonia. After a while an employee named Mohamed who was apparently a CoOp student came up to me and asked if I needed help. He helped me for near an hour and then ended up finding the best gift. Will always go back to that shoppers. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

HIGHLY recommend picking a different pharmacy. Every time I’ve had to have a conversation with a pharmacist/technician has had a sour attitude and I have a bad experience every chance I gave them. Overall horrible customer service. They question me as if I was lying, I’ve had several occasions where they’ve tried to charge me for medication that’s covered.

This is the last time I use Shoppers as a Brand of Pharmacy, Canada-Wide.

In this Branch, The incompetence of the Pharmaceutical staff, due to them not knowing the difference between the terms "Beneficiary" and "The Insured" when it comes to my health insurance benefits provided through my job.

As a result, the Pharmacy Staff said I had to pay for the prescription and put through a claim to my insurer. I find this unnecessary due to the incompetence of the Pharmaceutical staff, as the other Shoppers Branch nearby has no problem with my Benefits Coverage, provided by a mainstream benefits provider in Canada. I hold the highest benefit coverage my package has to offer.

Due to the incompetence here I refused to accept the prescription as I find this principally wrong and a poor service.

I have used other Shoppers before with no problems, but my last experience indicated that Shoppers charged double the amount compared to another pharmacy for the same item, which also lowered my approval for using Shoppers as a Pharmacy Brand.

My visit to this Shoppers was the last straw, and sadly I and my family members will no long be using Shoppers as a Pharmacy brand.

Poor Prices followed by a Poor Service.

Will never use this branch again.

Waited at the window outside, no one answered, rang the buzzer no answer. Went inside 5 people working pharmacy counter. Time to move onto another pharmacy. Ever since the new management took over this place has gone down hiit.

I have never written a review in my life but this pharmacy has enraged me so many times that i had to. First of all when calling and asking for prescriptions to be faxed over to a doctor they would most always never do it and after nearly a week of waiting and having to call doctors to go out of their way so maybe just maybe i dont have to go without but i still had to go there myself and watch them do it. After that ordeal when talking to a pharmacists assistant she kept walking away and ignoring my questions eventually making me storm out. And may i add that i cant believe how slow almost any one behind the counter is most people go to school for 2 years and these people look like they are struggling to count to 30 most of the time they are just shuffling around moving prescriptions In conclusion it sucks go somewhere else literally anywhere else the Tim Hortons next door could do these peoples jobs better.

Best store in Windsor! I absolutely love the staff and I am always treated as family. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store! Always my go to for anything I need!

The store supervisor, Michelle, was EXTREMELY rude to me and my wife. She called us "crazy" because they had mistagged a product and we were simply asking about it. On our way out, we heard her demanding from one of the employees to "get the security video" as if we were responsible for the mistag and she wanted to catch us. Really offensive. Will not be returning to ths location.

I have been coming into this shoppers for years. Never had any problems. However, I went into post office to have a package returned.the women working at post office (Michelle) was EXTREMELY rude to me. Do your job, and stop complaining. I will be switching to another location.

Horrible customer service! Will not be returning to this location. I have always had great experiences at other shoppers, but this store was horrible. The one lady looks at you like she has no time and can’t be bothered then hides away in her back window room with the door shut. You can tell the other employees aren’t happy with her at all. With the eye rolling and serious faces I saw. I tried to get her name but her name tag was reversed. Then asked but she just walked into her room. I recommend shopping the other Shoppers Drug Marts but NOT this one!

Just found out they charge more than the maximum that my insurance will cover for a generic antibiotic. I didn't find this out until I submitted the claim to my insurance provider and received less of a refund than I expected. I think its wrong for them to charge so much for a GENERIC ANTIBIOTIC. This is the first time I've not been refunded 85% for a drug so I don't think its the fact that my insurance company is unreasonable. This is medicine that people need, it just seems so wrong to mark up the price like that.

This shoppers had some of the best customer service around. Since new pharmacist has taken over it has made a mad dash downhill. My scripts have been filled slowly and poorly. Once they forgot to fill it and when I asked about it 30 mins later was told it just needed to be checked. Really it was not even filled yet. They still have some good staff left from before but soon even they will be gone I'm sure. It's a 2 star now heading to the bottom

Amazing customer service! Over and above what one would expect. There were problems with insurance coverage - pharmacist and her assistant made numerous phones to insurance company to remedy the situation. Also tracked down the medication we required from other Shopper's. Super helpful and very friendly.

I’m with Tammy on that. I was highly disrespected and felt my privacy was invaded when Colin at the pharmacy asked me if my medication was for cold sores or herpes in front of everyone. Also there is an Indian woman who told me, I had to start paying a two dollar fee whereas for the last year it’s been waved out of courtesy. She said nope it’s not a shoppers fee I’m just not feeling courteous. Bye shoppers drug mart.

Pharmacy has extremely poor customer service and the owner is dishonest. My files were transferred from Yorktown Pharmacy and I was told by my pharmacist that he had an arrangement with this location that the owner would be honoring the 'no dispensing fee' policy as Yorktown Pharmacy had. When I filled my script this was not the case and when I questioned the owner about the dispensing fee he stated that he could not waive the fee because that was the reason why Yorktown Pharmacy went out of business. This really upset me because not only were they not honoring their policy but they were lying in an attempt to make themselves look good. The dispensing fee is simply an additional fee that the pharmacy implements to collect more money from the consumer. Any prescription that is not paid for out of pocket will be paid by the consumers insurance company. Additionally, from my understanding, Yorktown Pharmacy was bought out by the shoppers franchise. I will NOT be giving any more of my business to this location!

Pharmacy should be ashamed how employees treat people. Just love the way they answer the phone like I'm bothering them and I feel like if you don't like your job get another. I gave a lot of chances but now I c this is how they do it at this shoppers. I am surprised I didn't see More of the same comments. I will be transferring out of this horrible experience of pharmacy. BTW Seminole shoppers customers experience the best.
