Went to this location to purchase an item using a coupon and the Assistant store manager Tristan does not possess an ounce of customer service skills. He should not be in the role as he was very rude.

Came to this location to get PS5. The lady at the front was pretty welcoming. Asked her if she can bring out the play station, she said that she has to check with the merchandise manager. Then this guy named TRISTAN came in and said he didn’t put the item in the system so it’s not available today but it is in the store. Super rude and doesn’t know how to talk. Zero customer service. But I appreciate the lady for being so nice.

Tanya did our passport photos (mine and my daughter's) and did such an incredible job. I have a 3 month old so it wasn't easy but she managed to do it so quickly and so well. She got her attention and the picture turned out perfect. I was shocked at how fast it was done! Definitely go to Tanya to get your passport photos, especially for your little ones! Thank you again!

I had a really unpleasant experience at this store, I went to buy a couple items and had loss prevention following me around the store. When I reached the next aisle one of them approached me and said “you’re back again, buddy? ” even though I rarely even visit that location. The situation entirely made me feel really uncomfortable and I definitely won’t be visiting this location ever again.

My daughter went in this store after school with her 3 friends and one of the employees decided to follow my daughter around every where in the store but never followed her 3 white friends around. This is unacceptable that my daughter was being followed because she is black.u need to train ur employees about racism amd not profiling certain people.

Turned away for flu vaccine. Cause only one pharmasist available. While the sign and website cleary states walk in available. And disappointed to see no photo centre as stated on website as well. Smh.

The pharmacy here is so imcompetent (Panesar Pharmacy). I knew that in order to get a prescription transfer they needed to call my old pharmacy themselves but they said I had to call them. I've been trying to have my prescription transferred here for 5 months, extremely dissatisfied. They provide no guidance whatsoever.

Friendly service here. Clean and bright-blue location. But a flu shot appointment was not ready at the confirmed time. Not sure if they overbooked, or understaffed but they couldn't handle the traffic of clients. We had to wait over 20 min past the appointment time. Which is not great when you have such people near/in the pharmacy area.

Went to shoppers tonight to get my medication. I asked the pharmacist if some medication I requested over a week ago was there and he started to speak to me like I was begging for his service or if I was inconviniencing his time, mind you this isn't the first time I have experienced this from this gentleman. Why is it that even getting services you must feel like you are being belittled or looked down upon.

This place is the worst shoppers drug mart. The new owner doesn't care about customers. It is all about how many people we can jam in there for covid shots or testing. No social distancing in the lines for testing couldn't get near pickup counter as it was flooded with people that got a shot. Useless staff who do nothing. After the snow fall the whole plaza was shoveled but the front of the shoppers wasn't. Moving to a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy customer service is non existent. They claim never to receive faxes for prescriptions. The last time I had a prescription renewed, the doctor faxed the renewal Six times before the pharmacy finally admitted to receiving one. They never answer the phones. I have to drive there to find out they didn't receive the fax and each and every time for the week it takes to actually receive the prescription. I would not recommended this pharmacy. Ever.

In ongoing saga, the pharmacy not only took a week to refill a prescription, they filled it incorrectly; instead of a 10mg tablet
2 1/2 tablets twice daily, they gave me a 2.5 mg tablet. They tried to convince me this was correct on a prescription I have had for over
three years. This is beyond incompetence and could have serious
consequences for the patient. My next writing is to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

The most incompetent farmacy team I ever dealt with, to the point I am wondering if some of the members actually have the credentials to dispense medicine. I had to push back twice and inform them what they were saying was not what the doctor advised to do. Never had an issue with the previous team.

Horrible horrible service. My son has esxema skin condition and they told me there where out of the ointment because they where to lazy to look for it. My son was in pain and agony for days untill I called them and asked them where it was they told me they had it all this time but never processed it.

Good place, unsure of the reasoning behind 2.8 stars. They did a Covid-19 test nice and quick, they have good products not really sure what else you need at a drug store.

Had an appointment for my vaccine booster here today. Pharmacy staff were very pleasant, filled in my form and had the shot within 4 minutes.
Couldn’t have been more straightforward.

Very well kept shop, clean and tidy, with some pretty good deals. So many negative reviews on here, but I would definitely return based on todays experience.

Check your receipts for bags you never bought. It's not worth it to go back to dispute 11 plastic bags on a receipt. So check before you leave the store. It's the principle of it.

I called the pharmacy and they told me my prescription would be ready by 5: 30. I hurry and get to their store by 5: 45. After asking for my information, they spend 5 minutes looking for my prescription. Then they come back to me and tell me they forgot to process it and I should come back in another half hour. What a waste of time. The lady who served me didn't even try to offer any apology. Very poor customer service. Never go to this store. Go to Rexall or somewhere else.

Some stuff members might be rude to you to.
I'm using this Shopper's only because Location works for me, but if you have something else to choose

Worst pharmacy for service ever. You can try to call for days to renew your import prescriptions and they often don't answer the phone. If and when they do answer the phone, they automatically hang up. Then you have to make 2 trips to the store - one to get your prescription renewed at the counter - and then another trip to go back later and pick it up. A complete waste of clients time and resources. It was not this bad under the old owner. The new owner doesn't offer any service. Time for a new pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. Untrained and clueless staff. Took 9 hour to fill a simple prescription. Line ups are out of control as a result of incompetent staff. They should be shut down.

As many people have already mentioned, I would avoid this location due to the extremely poor pharmacy. On a number of occasions over the last two months, I’ve filled prescriptions and never been notified when the order was ready for pickup. On two occasions, the prescriptions were extremely time sensitive. When I informed my Doctor, even he suggested finding a new pharmacy. Not a problem in this area as there are a lot of other options.

Absolute most abysmal pharmacy service of any pharmacy I have had the misfortune of visiting. I will avoid having any medication dispensed at this location and strongly suggest others do the same to save themselves time and the inevitable frustration of having to deal with this place.

On multiple occasions I have called to inquire about my prescriptions arriving at the pharmacy. If you're lucky enough to not be placed on hold for 30 minutes and forgotten about, you'll instead be told your prescription will be ready for pickup in an hour (while other pharmacies take no more than 15-30 minutes). Okay, fine. Then you arrive at the pharmacy OVER an hour later to give them some extra time and they ask that you wait another few minutes. Okay, fine. Then 15 minutes later you're asked to wait another "few minutes" and that eventually turns into 45 minutes to an hour every single time. At that point you'll have spent multiple hours of your day waiting for something that takes any other pharmacy no longer than 15-30 minutes to complete from start to finish. The pharmacy staff seem to have enough time to chat amongst themselves about their personal lives loud enough for people waiting to hear, but little time to actually accomplish these tasks in a reasonable amount of time. As if they are not already inconveniencing people enough with the lack of efficiency, I have yet to encounter one person at the pharmacy that is not rude or impolite.

Please either find a more efficient way of doing things so that people can collect their prescriptions and leave in a reasonable amount of time, or just hire more people. I usually avoid posting reviews unless service is either exceptional or terrible, and this is most definitely the latter.

Here's my first person experience. In June and July went to get my vaccine shot was fine. Recently moved and lost vaccine receipt, I thought it was simple to call and get a copy (I need it for vaccine proof cause the government site doesn't accept BC healthCard). Call pharmacy be put on hold for 40 minutes. Hung up, call customer service, get transferred to pharmacy. Requested a vaccine receipt the guy tries to search up my profile by using my healthcard but it doesn't work or something cause I have a BC one. He says I have to come in (I live two hours away), I said "wait what difference does that make". I heard "Your health card not working" he puts me on hold for another 20 minutes. The phone hangs up. This compounded with my horrible experience being ping-ponged by Toronto Health Services between government service lines and finally being directed to shoppers, has shattered my perception of the Canadian health care system. 2 hours has passed and the experience has been horrible. I sat there in front of my computer contemplating taking my own life in these difficult times, but I becomes even sadder cause I'm too much of a coward to do so. I am going to go get some popeyes to cheer myself up.

I love the store in general, but the pharmacy is consistently badly understaffed. I waited more than 45 minutes on the phone this morning (I try to call to avoid unnecessarily going into the store due to covid) but I was discooonnected so had to go to the store to ask for a script to be transferred. This is not the first time I have struggled with this issue. The staff even said they were badly understaffed especially with covid testing and vaccines.

With the intro of self checkouts, surely they can afford to hire a few pharmacy techs? I know they are doing their best, but for now I would stick with small community pharmacies.

Showed up for pain meds after a dental surgery and was told to wait 30 mins. After 30 mins I was informed that I have to wait another 30 mins.whilst in pain.and this would be 'expedited service'
They also don't enforce covid guidelines, saw a lady walk in unmasked and others were being asked to wait inside for their meds.

I came here to get a travel Covid test. The guy who performed my test was very gentle and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My results were returned to me within 16 hours. I took my test at 2pm and the results email was sent at 4am the following morning.

Very happy with the turnaround time! Thanks for helping me travel!

Clean and Friendly store. I have been to many shoppers store and this is among my frequent ones. The store is extremely clean and i have never had issues with any purchases. This store entrance has a fragrance outlet and they have all of the latest perfumes and many a times those are on sale too.
The store manager and the staff are super friendly. They will surely assist in finding any item on the flier and also if item is not on the shelf, they will check in the backstore if any stock is left. This does give a great customer experience.
There is also a Canada Post outlet within this store so thats an added benefit!

Worst pharmacy ever! My doctor's office could not fax a prescription because their fax did not work, then I show up a day in a half later to pick up my prescription but they did not have it because not only my doctor's office could not fax they could not call either. I could go on but they do not deserve my effort as they are always annoying!

This is a prime example of how to ruin a business. The pharmacy dictates to their customers how to place a prescription a week in advance. I had refills coming up on five meds so I placed the order with two weeks advanced notice. The pharmacist did not fill two of the prescriptions because I was not out of pills. I have tried unsuccessfully to reorder my pills for a week but their phone number is always busy and I cannot contact them. Now I have four days left on my pills and need them quickly. They told me they need at least 48 hours to fill the prescription. I told the lady on the phone that I have mobility issues and can be there today. She Said I should have ordered earlier to which I replied that I ordered these a month ago and they shorted me.
She then told me from now in order at least seven days in advance.
The customer service at this location is non existent judging by my experiences and reading other reviews.
If they cannot get organized to fill backlogs or even to answer the phone, maybe this should be a red flag to the owner to re-evaluate her staffing.

This is second time in last 10 days that the pharmacy did not inform me for pick up. It was not due to too many customers as I have been their customer in last three years. Today, I was told to come and pick up my pills in one hour. I came after 4 hours and I am sitting in my car waiting my medication to be ready. This has never happened before. Not sure what's going on. If this happens again, I am sure I will go to another place. Very, very disappointing

I was shopping for make up in preparation for being a bridesmaid next weekend. It is a challenging to match foundation to any skin, let alone without testers available to see it on the skin. I was lucky to work with Gabrielle, who was patient and so very knowledgeable. We picked out a foundation, concealer a blush, and a highlighter. I was worried that they won't be an exact mach, and she assured me that I can return the products if they don't work.
I'm happy to say that all of the products worked out better than expected and are a great match.

And Shoppers Drugmart, please seriously consider bringing the testers back. Its about time, and they are a personal use, so no cross-contamination is possible.

Terrible experience.did not accept return due to unknown reason.bought nail product.cashier refused to return because of store policy.went on their website, checked all return exceptions- DID NOT find any restrictions on nail products, showed to manager, she just ignored.asked why there's no sign on a nail's product rack about no returns.she said it's not her duty to put a note. Definitely DO NOT recommend!

The store is clean, well organized and has a very good selection. This is not just a pharmacy, for me this is a place, where I can buy a book, pet food, a snack and even yoga socks. The boutique section offers a lot of high end cosmetics and the sales associates are very kind and knowledgeable without being pushy. It is a pleasure to shop in this store. My only problem is that the store doesn't have medical masks.

I called in beforehand to the pharmacy department around 5pm to see if they had the flu vaccine available. They confirmed that they did, and would be able to administer the shot as long as we didn't arrive 1 hour before closing. My father went around 8pm and was told that they were too busy to administer the shot, and that they only administer the shot when there are two pharmacists and on Tuesday and another day of the week. This information should have been provided earlier on the phone call. I would have not sent my Father to that store to get a shot otherwise.

Racism at its finest. Racist pharmacist whom assumed because my skin is not white that I’m a drug abuser who didn’t actually need anxiety medication. She needed to confirm with the doctors office. Ok. It’s closed so do I suffer with anxiety another day? Everything that’s wrong with the world.

I was in the store today Oct. 29. A woman had brought some extra things to the cash and then decided she was not going to take them. The women kindly suggested, "should I put them back? " I was shocked to hear the saleswoman say "Yes, we have no one here to do that. " WTH? No customer should ever have to go running around the store and put back the items they no longer want. This just boils down to laziness on the part of the staff. Unbelievable!

I emailed the pharmacy to find out stock of an item. I was told to call. I called, I was told to go online. I went on line, shoppers drug Mart didn't even show the store. I called again and sat on hold forever.
This place, the parking is crazy and at this point I don't know why I'm working so hard to shop here.

This has to be the worst shoppers drug mart I have ever been too I bought a gift card for 100 dollars the card doesn’t work contacted the store first spoke to a cash manger she didn’t really do mush or care the I spoke to the store manger wow I am lost for words very rude didn’t care and wouldn’t listen to me. Just told me to call head office and they also didn’t care. If your buying gift cards stay away from this store because if they don’t work they don’t care.

I wish i could give them ZERO STARS! I've been shopping at this location after midnight for years so when the lady at the Beauty Boutique told me that they were closing soon I thought she meant only the Beauty Boutique section. I was not aware that they were no longer open for 24 hours. I came into the store around 11: 50pm and got to the checkouts around 12: 02 where I was told by the employee that I couldn't buy anything because they closed at midnight. I was only there because I had an emergency and needed feminine products and got distracted and picked up other items on sale. I had over $100 worth of products in my hands and I was asked to leave it all behind because the tills were gone already. Even the self-checkout was closed. They should make sure all customers have left the store before taking away the tills. Terrible customer service!

Don’t come to this pharmacy unless you want horrible service and you want to be talked down to. Staff has attitude and makes rules up as they go. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went to this Location on Feb 24th.
This is 100% unacceptable. I entered the store to have a Rottweiler staring at me with no owners in sight. I could only find one male cashier/employee and I reported the dog to him. He really did not seem to care, I didn't push the issue as he did appear to be by himself.
This dog was let free to roam the store as he pleased.
The pharmacy served them with the dog standing right there. Ridiculous!
The owners had their backs to the dog the majority of the time. At one point they started getting the dog riled up. I became very uncomfortable and decided to leave the store. While I was leaving I heard them paging a supervisor and thought great they are finally going to deal with this but nope - it had nothing to do with the dog. This whole situation appears as though they frequent this Shoppers.
Sitting in my car googling the next nearest SDM and I see the Dog owners at the checkout - laughing and smiling with the cashier. They then got into a vehicle - they could have easily left the dog inside.

I will never step foot in this location again because of how this was handled and having both the pharmacy and cashier serve them. I am so very grateful I did not have my toddler with me.
