There is an employee in the pharmacy that has no manners and is extremely condescending when speaking. The employee’s favourite word seems to be NO like “go away you are not welcome here”.
Perception is reality and I would avoid interacting with a such a toxic person as it is prejudicial to my health. This employee is freely permitted to treat me with no empathy, no willingness to help whatsoever and with unspeakably poor customer service skills. In my opinion Management has failed in providing a safe place for me as a patient seeking a pharmacy. My local shoppers pharmacy is not a place I feel welcome nor safe at. I left that pharmacy worse than when I walked in and I will do my best to try and avoid that pharmacy at all costs as it literally scares me and I would not trust them with my medication ever again. You lost all my business today because of the manner I was traumatized by this unprofessional interaction. Good bye you will never see me there again. Pharmacies are dime a dozen and I would rather drive a few more minutes to avoid such a toxic environment.

Horrible place. I only go here for the post office, but the staff is rude and ignorant the employee white lady with blonde hair and glasses. She followed me around the whole store thinking that I stole something cause I'm dark-skinned she made me feel so uncomfortable when I'm looking at something and overall the staff is rude.

Changed Pharmacies as, I moved a bit away however, boy was I wrong to do such. It is worth the extra little drive for the Pharmacies great service. The prescriptions are always ready within the 48hrs I give them to fill them and, if they don’t have an item, it is ordered in immediately. Thank you for your great service.

Normally if you close at 10 on your website and the business hours posted on the side of the building, and even saying open until midnight when you call to ask, you typically stick to it, not close at 9: 43 pm when my girlfriend needs tampons. Laughable. Only reason they got one star was because I can’t give them a 0. What a joke.

Really this « Karen » named nada manager of cosmetics dont deserve to work there, and Shoppers really need to take this case seriously, she's the worst manager in the world, she should go back to school and learn how to behave with customers, especially if you want to buy something, don't go there, she'll make you sick, her only concern is not to lose money to the owner although you have the right to return items, really this address is to be avoided if you want there are plenty of shoppers but this one 2239 ogilvie road is to be avoided at all costs!

Worst management ever the cosmetic manager called Nada wouldn’t exchange a perfume that was bought yesterday with the receipt saying that nobody will buy it and she openly said: all I care about is the owner’s money. When I asked to see the supervisor, he came and understood the situation and offered a refund but she jumped in saying no. Anyway funny thing is that I could easily exchange the item at another shoppers who were more than pleased to help. This store is highly unprofessional and is not even offering testeur for perfumes, then refuses exchange for never used products

Bad service zero customer service. I raised my hand and asked for help today the 4th of December at 7: 30 pm at the self check out and the cashier told me what do you want help with from where she was standing, I found that very rude and unprofessional. I don’t think this is the way they were taught to act with customers. I told her can you come and see then she sent someone to me. I won’t spend a penny in that stores in future.

Not only do they often dispense the wrong medication but multiple times have dispense to much medication. We get meds delivered and often get multiple delivery’s in the same month. Considering they are a controlled substance this is dangerous. I have called to stop a med due to side effects the doctor even faxed them telling them to stop that med guess what showed up at my house 2 weeks later with the new med that replaced it?

I've shopped at this pharmacy for 35 years and have been very happy with the helpfulness of staff and appreciative of their good cheer.

Occasionally mistakes are made (too many pills/too few pills), but that likely happens everywhere. (And as a businesses owner myself, I've had to face complaints here and there, so know it can be just one of those unfortunate things that comes with being the last buck-stop).

Several weeks ago, I was missing 8 pills from the newly opened drug bottle. At home, three of us counted them again and again as they were placed in the dosette box. Eight pills were, indeed, missing. I rang the pharmacy to explain the issue and was told that it couldn't have happened. Period.

Thereafter, the usually pleasant pharmacy staff were very, very rude - I guess because I'd had the temerity to point out a pill deficit.

Today, out of three prescriptions, one was missing. The pharmacy advised that the pre-ordered missing prescription wasn't in stock. So, I called a number of other pharmacies to see if they had the drug in stock. Each said they had the drug, and there was no known supplier issue.

I asked one of these phoned-pharmacies, that had the drug, to call my long-time one and ask if the prescription could be transferred. The new pharmacist called me back to tell me that my usual pharmacy said that I did NOT have a REFILL on the drug in question and, therefore, it couldn't be filled. WRONG. The refill order on the box in my hand was obvious. The new pharmacist just shook her head.

So, a) they don't have the drug in stock, and b) I didn't have a refill order.

The only issue they may have had was that I wanted it filled 3 days earlier than the date shown on the box. To clarify - I was leaving the next day for T. O.to arrange the autopsy/funeral of my husband's brother who'd died of COVID on Friday. I wouldn't be back in town until the 17th. In their favour, they didn't know this detail.but still they lied.

I've now asked the new pharmacy to transfer my, and possibly my husband's, drugs to the more accommodating pharmacy. I showed the new pharmacist the box indicating that there was a clear refill order. She was too professional to comment, but her silence spoke volumes.

In a spirit of generosity, the old pharmacy did have several extraordinary front-liners/pharmacists. Interestingly, they're all men.

I don't know why people give this place bad reviews. I moved to the neighbourhood in October and this is my local everything store. The staff are always quick to greet me when I come in and have respected covid-19 protocols. Super friendly customer service and very helpful staff in the cosmetics section.

Not only is the manager/supervisor incredibly rude, she is totally incompetent and actually has no idea what she is talking about and is exposing her staff and customers to unnecessary Covid risks. Shameful

Showed up for a flu shot and the Lady in the Pharmacy rudely told me 2 hours — doesn’t matter if I had bar code.just sit down and wait 2-3 hours or longer.for Pharmacy who is advertising flu shots they are rude and seemed like I did something wrong by showing up! Terrible service and made me and other clients feel sooo unwelcome. Went to Rex all around the corner and they were so welcome and professional - Don’t waste your time with this place - the service is garbage at best and they really do not appreciate the neighbourhood clients. Just terrible experience over and over again.

Just picked up a prescription. Had to argue with (male) pharmacist who was allowing his mask to droop so low that it exposed his entire nose. He was also doing the customer service.

The actual store and staff are awesome.the pharmacy is awful. One of the pharmacists lost my prescription only to tell me he doesn't lose prescriptions. There was no apology and he tried to tell me I never brought one in. I understand mistakes happen but he was rude. Another pharmacist there shows thinly veiled displeasure every time she has to seve me. She once told me during a quiet evening, and I was the only person there, that it would take 40 minutes to fill my prescription. Tonight was the last straw. I went there 20 minutes before closing because I couldn't get there earlier and they refused to fill it until tomorrow. When I told them I was working and couldn't pick it up and I had none left, all they said was sorry it'll be ready tomorrow. I'll never use that pharmacy again. I gave 3 stars because everyone else there is lovely, except the pharmacy team.

They have one of the worst cosmetics assistant, she deals with the customers as a teacher and she is unrespectful. I suggest to the management office to give her training course about how she should help and deal with customers.

Very bad experience with one of cosmetic staff she has to be more professional i'm spending a lot of money in cosmetic but not worth it the service is bad i'm recommending all my employee and friend do not shop there because they saw me how i shop and how much i spend and at the end the left the theft goes in peace and accusing the honest and loyal guest

Unfortunately the worst management team. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They lack all the management qualifications and experience. They don’t even deserve the one star. The worst shoppers ever.

In the pharmacy, they won't sell you needles during flu season, but at other times they're cheaper than other locations I've been to.

The cashier lady made me so uncomfortable. She seemed dozing off and was not kind at all. I have never met the unkind cashier like her since I came here. Other staff looked nice though.

Filled my prescription wrong two times, Nasr who is working in pharmacy section was extremely rude.

Great staff, great service. Always ready to help. Even the pharmacy works very late if any emergency.
