There is one old lady who works there who needs to be let go. She is so incredibly rude to pharmacy customers and will not try to help you in the slightest. Do not take your prescriptions here, I am not confident the staff are knowledgeable at all.

I just have to get this review out on CHRISTMAS DAY! To tell London Ontario and surrounding regions that Susan and the staff at the Shoppers at 510 Hamilton road quite likely SAVED Christmas for persons looking for any.absolutely any last gift idea.food items.medicine.cards.number 3 covergirl lip gloss.and items people were cleaning off the shelves in total desperation was funny and exciting. The staff at Shoppers. THANKS SUSAN and CREW for providing the most wonderful service of aaaaalllllllll! You can believe that Londoners love you at Christmas wishing you and your family the seasons best. Luv Malcom? Stay strong London.

The pharmacist is very unpleasant. Customer service is terrible. Minus Peg, who works the counter and is very pleasant. I've been going monthly, for years. Put up with it, but, have now changed to a much better pharmacy.

Was able to find what I was looking for. Friendly staff and good prices. Just found the store a little cramped.

While not my preferred drug store, this place's location is still appreciated as a decent retail for personal care goods for its region.

Absolutely horrible experience, refused my prescription and told me it wasn’t possible to fill it without the benefits card (I had all the information just not the card). Called another location and they took care of it, they even called this dump and got them to transfer my prescription over to them and then profusely apologized to me for the Hamilton Road locations ignorance. I will never shop here again, even if it’s more conveniently located. This place is terrible, stay far, far away.

The pharmacist Adila is such a delight to deal with so kind and really cares about her patients! Store is clean and tidy and staff are always a delight!

This is where I go for all my daily and last minute needs. I have been using this shoppers for 15 years. The best staff. Always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy team are also great! I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience here and I go at least 2 times a week. Did I mention all the points? Points equal free stuff!

Called Shoppers and I asked them if they have a specific medication. Mustafa said yes. Got the Dr to fax prescription to pharmacy. When I got there they had the prescription from the Dr. Some lady found out they dont have the medication. Mustafa came back and told me they are out. If Mustafa made a mistake the least he could do is call us to tell us that they dont have it, not wait for me until I get there to let me know. Bad service!

I come here all the time to do my shopping it has pretty much everything you need. Very good for a small shoppers

Does NOT carry No Name butter for a reduced price on Saturdays and Sundays in one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city.

Had to pick up a prescription they were almost closing but they stayed late and filled for me.very nice and friendly people

This is not the largest shoppers with all the best range of items but as a local I appreciate their positive attitude and the handiness of the location so I can pick up my meds and get the basics and not have long waits.

Reading the negative reviews my advice to someone going for the first time is keep your expectations realistic especially during covid and keeping in mind this is EOA and remember that staff are people too.

They made me wait I feel unnecessarily for a description of basic medication meanwhile some guy walks in with a giant coffee can of used cigarette butts and dumps them on the floor! I've had average experiences with this place before, but this was horrific!

They need to be taking sanitation more serious during a pandemic. Also keeping paying customers waiting around for 10 minutes just to tell them they need to take a pill 3 times a day is unacceptable. That information is included in the prescription bag. Dirty cigarette butts on the floor.
We will be taking our business elsewhere!

Staff at Richmond and Carling, when asked why specials are unavailable they say "because we're a small storefront and cant stock everything" and yet it appears in their location flyer. And its always the good stuff, too. Hmmmm

We are encouraged to order online and if you do so your waiting weeks for delivery, not very convenient if you ask me.

Not the largest of Shoppers but nicely stocked with friendly staff in a very convenient location.

The pharmacy tech/assistant i dealt with here was in a huge hurry and didnt seem to want to answer my questions.

They wont let you use their bathroom are you kidding me I'm a paying customer came there to get a prescription filled unbelievable. Never again! I'll use the shoppers on commissioners from now on at least their accommodating to human needs.

Have to switch pharmacy’s as the waiting time to get my medication will make me late to work daily huge waste of time, employees are snotty and rude, don’t acknowledge you, it’s like your bothering them, considering my prescription pays 10.00 a day for at least a year I’ll take my business elsewhere
