Didn’t have the drug I needed in stock, and made me call around town to find a pharmacy that did. Also, there dispensing fees are ridiculously high

Caleb, the cashier guy was very polite and straightforward. He did an excellent job at his work. What a great service.

"No public bathrooms", even though I've used the washroom here before like most locals have? I think Ally just didn't want to be bothered. This is a lie to say "i cant be asked" and I'm not impressed.

The store is nice and well organized. In the past while the pharmacy has changed a bit and it's just okay.

Shoppers main website indicates you can pre-book OR walk-in to any Shoppers for a Covid booster and the flu shot. Arrived there this morning specifically with the sole purpose of having these shots and was told I had to book online. Very frustrating.

I'd like to give a complete rating but I have been on hold for the pharmacy for over 8 minutes.hope the service is so impressive it's worth the wait to see if they finally have my senior father's prescription in stock after multiple attempts.waiting with baited breath to be impressed by someone doing something as simple as answering the phone. It's probably best to manage your expectations.certainly lower them.

I was in earlier today making a purchase. One item scanned twice at a self serve checkout, subsequently needed a staff member to delete one of the scans. I press button for assistance, ONE cashier in sight and it was actually pretty busy in the store and she had a line up. She was unable to assist, I understand that. She called twice for backup at cash. Several minutes go by, no one came. So sorry to inform you folks, but I DO NOT WAIT FOR NOBODY. I left all the items sitting there and walked out. I will never come in again. It’s bad enough that prices continue to rise, self serve stations get installed in stores but no one is available to assist customers when it’s needed? That makes ZERO sense to me how customer service goes down but prices increase, and I have far less tolerance for it these days.

Pharmacy wouldn't direct bill my insurance plan for my wife's medication. Minor inconvenience but in the future I will just go somewhere else that will direct bill

Had the doctor send the perception twice with a week in between. No response either time until I followed up. The attitude there increasing seems to be they are doing you a favor by being a customer with long wait times and now zero response.

Special thanks to MIlica in the phramacy. She is the kindest person ever, amazing. I went to pharmacy, needed crutches, had no idea about it. I was complete stranger but she cared me about everything, and the smallest detail like I was her dearest mother. Many thanks. God bless!

My dad and I asked a young lady about pictures for my passport and the lady told us to wait 5-10 minutes. Minutes later they told us they were close, I think staff didn’t want to do their job. We were disappointed by this they always do this

Pharmacy is not great here they are slow, and they said wait certain time.and it takes more time! Not great customer service for pharmacy here

I found the staff extremely rude. I won’t bore you with the details since there is row sides to every story. However I do not usually write reviews I find it a waste of time. This however is the exception! I even called Shoppers head office! I will never set foot in this store again!

Worst shoppers! They shut down the phone lines because they were too busy.this after waiting 2 hours for 2 prescriptions.but wait.they didn't even end up having one the prescriptions because they were out of stock (told afterwards). Good job ownership try adding more staff to fulfill the need of a growing community.

Young genteel man at the post office went above and beyond to help me get a parcel out in time before there closing hours. Can be a busy store but the staff is always friendly and does there best!

Very slow Pharmacy counter. Several staff working on something but not cashing out customers whose Rx are completed. Long lineups and unresponsive or aware persons in charge of customers and the service therein. Not happy and have had enough of this and the high dispensing fees you have to pay at Shoppers. I am moving my Rx to another pharmacy which could not possibly be any worse in service than this place.

Joseph is one of the nicest, friendiest people I have met at shoppers and helped me with all my needs.

Pharmacist David Lu was extremely helpful during our visit today. He answered all of our questions and really seemed to enjoy his job.
