Worst pharmacy ever. I can't believe how many times I've had to drive there to just have my prescription refilled/faxed to my doctor. It's been over 15 times where I've been told my medication is ready, but, when I show up they don't have it or there is some other type of issue. I wish the government would investigate these types of horrible pharmacy practices

I just came from there, the salesman named Tyler had bad behaviour towards custmers. I grab some cleaning supplies which were on a sale with price tag and came to register and he said it will be on sale from tomorrow. If the sign is on then he suppose to give me. He gave me so much attitude.i am very upset on the night of canada day sorry to say very bad customer service on this shoppers location.

They have everything at this location including medicine, beauty supplies and food. All items are easy to find. Employees are nice and extremely helpful. My favourite Shoppers Drug Mart location!

This pharmacy sucks. Rude staff, don’t know what are they doing. Poor customer service.
It was a good pharmacy until the management changed.

I don't have the option to renew prescriptions online - to renew a prescription I typically wait on hold on the phone for about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for a 1 minute convo "fax my doctor, thanks". Last time after an hour wait I was told my prescription would be ready in the morning. I drove here that morning to find out my prescription is out of stock. WTH! There is not enough staff, even when I enter the store the pharmacy line is ringing the entire time. Staff seems upset with this issue as well. Do better.

I don't think anybody works at this pharmacy. I've called them numerous times to see if my prescription is ready for pick up and each time nobody answers the phone. I've called 5 times within the past day or two. Each time, the phone keeps ringing for atleast 15 min, but nobody answers. I also tried customer service, but no one answers either. Worst customer service ever at this location.

Takes days to refill prescriptions customer service sucks all ways brush you off to laziness wait far to long to get ahold of someone on the phone waiting a half an hour and counting in hold for absolutely no reason its 8 am and thair shouldn't be any one else in thephone avoid this shoppers at all cost g

I had a prescription filled for my pet. Went to pick up order and when I returned home the pills provided were not what was prescribed and the fee was $144. I asked for a refund and took prescription to another pharmacy, not a Shoppers, It was filled on the spot and the fee was $20. This Shoppers will never see me again!

Their phone system is terrible be in hold for 15mins and nobody answer trying to get script moved to other stores like pulling teeth

Would do 0 stars if I could.
I've been using this Shoppers to fill prescriptions for about a year or so. It's just awful. They take days to fill prescriptions and they are rude about it as well. My doctor phoned in an increase in my dosage for a medication, this shoppers filled an old refill instead of the increased dosage and then claimed they couldn't fill the proper prescription because they would have to wait. Then recently when my dosage was increased again I had a new issue. My doctor called in an increase to 50mg, they don't make a 50mg pill, it would require a 20 mg + 30 mg pill. The pharmacist filled them as two separate prescriptions, in separate bags, double charging me for filling a month's worth of a single prescription. I said that was taking advantage of people (because it is) and he went on to list several 'interesting' excuses before shrugging and telling me to go somewhere else. One of the excuses was, "Well, you know that fee also covers the expertise of a pharmacist to decide if the prescribed amount is a safe dosage. " Which of course has nothing to do with whether said dosage is comprised of 20 + 30 taken together or a single 50mg pill. So am I to take from this that he is so greedy that he needs to be double paid to look up a dosage of 50mg of a medication per day AND also for figuring out what 20 + 30 is?
It's double dipping at the customer's expense and nothing else. Costco fills it at a single dispensing fee, they don't take days to count a simple refill, and they don't need to make excuses for not knowing how to do their jobs, they just do them. I'm sure you'll find a more optimal shopping experience elsewhere as well. I won't be coming back to the Dougal Shoppers again, or any shoppers drug mart for that matter.

This pharmacy is awful, the only reason we went there was the location. They always take days to refill a script and then sometimes don't call when they don't have that medication it in stock and give you a list of shoppers that may have it? Not kidding, I asked them to call around for me and begrudgingly they did

They also have another move of partially filling a script and then handwriting in that the owe you "X" amount, then when you come back for the "X" amount they owe you they claim of you picked that up? Basically your word against theirs I think that's fraud?

Also long after Covid and the government mandate of only 30 day supplies they kept only filling our scripts for 30 days, and never had a reason. I think it's because they get more $$$ filling a 90 day script 3 times than once

We moved to the other side of town and the shoppers here is Amazing they moved all of our scripts over with no fuss or drama, and always fill our scripts for the full 90 days

Stay away from this pharmacy!
The Rexall on Cabana & Howard is a much better option

The Arab Lady who works cosmetics needs to relax.wayyyy too anxious, I was trying to mind my own business and she was so needy for my attention. Quite strange. She also kept talking over me… I couldn’t breathe dam.

My wife and I visited to book an appointment for COVID vaccine. The Lady at the counter (Farah) is unbelievably unprofessional and very rude. All we asked was to help us make an appointment and she started yelling in very loud and rude tone. Seems like she doesn't like her job at all.

If you are considering a business relationship with this store, reconsider! Their customer service is terrible as is their static-filled antiquated phone system. I have been with this store for 20 years. Yes, 20 years and today, I decided to call the pharmacist for an answer that may have taken a whole 2 minutes out of their day. I called and was placed on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up because surely someone forgot me on hold. My second call took another 15 min before the pharmacy picked up. When I told the clerk I was on hold for 13 minutes, she said, "well first of all you should never stay on hold that long. " What? Is she kidding me? I was then put on hold again. Wow. Nice work shopper's. So much for customer service. Rexall anyone?

The pharmacy is never on time. They send a text saying to pick up prescription, we go, they say they don't have it and are waiting on the request to be accepted by the doctor. No explanation offered for why a pick-up text was sent. This goes on for days. My family member goes days without medication because of this and goes thru unnecessary, avoidable pain. At the doctors, they show how many times they've accepted the prescription refill requests. We know it's not the doctor's problem, it's the pharmacy. This keeps happening with no solution ever presented by the pharmacists other than going home again without prescription and waiting for nothing to happen. We will have to find another pharmacy that does the job.

Worst experience. I walked in only to meet a rude technician, i think her name is Farah. She asked to wait for 30 min. After waiting for 40 min when i went to ask for my drugs she told me that they dont have it in stocks. I requested her to check if any of the other stores have it or not, she told me that she doesnt have time and i will have to wait more. Finally after few arguments she checked it in her system and send fax to devonshire branch. When i went to devonshire mall branch i was told that i cant get it in this branch because the technician in the previous branch didn't cancel it in her system.
What a waste of time. I dont plan to come here ever.

Worst Shopper's drug Pharmacy I have ever experienced. I went there 3 times for a flu shot and every time was told that they are not giving vaccines as they are busy with other work.

They have to improve customer service at Pharmacy. Never trust on them for timing. Luckily, I don't see options in negative review otherwise i can do it for sure.

I don't have anything to really say it's shoppers drug Mart, yes they are a lil more expensive because of convenience and they pretty much almost always have that item you forget to grab earlier or ran out of something last min great for quick in and out but the pharmacy is a different story depending on the time of day you could be waiting for your 45 minutes maybe an hour even first thing in the morning you might find yourself in a bit of a wait. Dispensing fee is highest unless your insurance pays it. The pharmacy staff always working hard to have everything finished in a timely manner.

Rude staff, especially the owner, I think her name is Carmen. I had excellent Pharmacists before her who actually care for the clients. My doctor faxed in my refill order and when I went to pick it in the evening, (close to 7: 30). They told me that they haven't received the fax yet and I'll have to come back. Just when I was leaving, they called me in and said they just got the fax and if I was waiting for the order. I waited for 40 min.and they helped everyone except me and kept waiting. I got frustrated and left and didn't even get a sorry from them. I am never again going back to this Pharmacy again.

Poor
My wife went to the pharmacy with my child's antibiotics and ear drop prescription and she was told it will take 15 to 20 minutes.
It took almost an hour and even after that the pharmacist brought the correct ear drop but instead of antibiotics he brought regular children's advil which is available over the counter.
My wife saw the advil and she told the pharmacist that I want antibiotics as per the prescription not the advil.
The pharmacist read the prescription and said I read it wrong.

While I do continue to shop here, I would not reccomend the pharmacy. The store is great for grabbing a quick item but the pharmacy is dreadful and I have encountered so many problems with it.

I live very close to the pharmacy and that is the only reason I continue to go. Nothing but issues here.

Prescription was called in by my doctor at 10am they told me I could pick up the prescription after 4pm. Person on the phone was rude. Unacceptable im changing drug stores

The young curly head tall guy at the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I got an item that should have been discounted that I heard the manager say not 2 minutes before to not forget to reduce it. I am sure he said it because he saw I was carrying it. I had a few items so I didn't notice until I got the reciept. Which I had to pick up from the counter even though I clearly had my hand out to grab it. He sounded very agitated when I brought it up. From 10.99 to 3.99 is a big difference to me. And then AGAIN as I was reaching for the receipt, he put it on the counter. I won't be coming back to this shoppers again. It's called customer service.
