Shoppers Drug Mart is like a one-stop shop where you can grab your prescriptions and also snag snacks, cosmetics, and household essentials all in one visit. It's your neighborhood store for both health needs and everyday items.

IIt is impossible to contact these people except on line. As a senior this is impossible, so after 20 years I just changed pharmacies.

Why is that grand park shoppers drug mart never stock enough milk (2%) on Seniors day. This has happened many times. Have to make a trip to hwy 10 and king st.

Kwai lin tso I was shopping at your store and left my wallet behind. I had over $1000 in my wallet along with all my cards. Fatima was honest and kind enough to call me to let me know that I had left it behind. Not everyone can be this kind in this day and age. Kindly thank Fatima for making me at ease.

The cosmetician fatima is extremely rude, she acts as though she is the ceo of shoppers or something, literally acts like everyone is stealing.very obviously racially profiles customers, and makes you feel stupid for asking a question. Nobody wants to be followed around while shopping, you don’t get paid enough to do that girl. She really needs to be fired for the sake of the store because she is driving customers away! Will be complaining to head office.

Went in with a prescription & they gave 3hrs of timeline to pick the medicine from the shelf and place it in bag.

It was a normal cream that was already prepackaged nothing that they had to make from scratch.

On top of it charged me $11.99 of pharmacy service fees which was not covered by my health Insurance.

Service fees for what? The medicine itself costs $11.90.

Accused me of stealing and watched me like a hawk.from when I walked in, a lady in cosmetics was following me around, not even trying to hide it.when I finished my shopping I headed to self checkout, where the employee on cash stopped me half way made me come to the regular checkout. When I asked why, he said the cosmetics I was purchasing required verification. This was completely untrue as I was purchasing essence makeup, a brand where nothing costs more than $10.what "verification" was needed? I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. As someone who has worked in retail for 20+ years, What they were doing was not asset protection at all. They are being hostile and unwelcoming to customers. Avoids this location at all costs if you can.

I had a prescription for pain relief, I was promised to get it today, I call at night and they tell me it’s not ready because they have to mix it in the store, I ask if they have the ingredients, they say they do but I have to wait another 24 hourTo get it! I explain it’s urgent but who cares!

Extremely rude pharmacist working here. Hoarding the government provided free rapid antigen at home test kits. Went to a Rexhall Pharmacy 2 minutes away and was provided a free at home test kit without any question. This Shoppers location has some serious power tripping Karen's working in the Pharmacy.

Very disappointing pharmacy staff. They are very slow, always a problem filling prescriptions faxed from my doctor's office even though I've been filling my prescriptions for a few years at this location. I booked my flu shot appointment online and had to wait for 1 hour while watching walk-in people and others who had later appointments go before me. Extremely disorganized pharmacy staff.

Prices too high, even prescriptions. Long lineups for post office. I stopped going there altogether.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. My daughter had to go to the walk in clinic first time there. We went to the pharmacy area as we saw walk ins line up in aisle 6. We were shuffled a couple of times with no one willing to help or ask why we were there. Ali 8 to 10 people behind the counter yet not one person lifted there head to ask. Finally one pharmacy assistant came over to ask why we were in the line up and after letting her know we were here for the walk in, with a smug reply she stated “ for what” I front of everyone. My daughter stated she did not feel comfortable saying what her issue was in front of everyone. She then stated this is not a walk in at which point we had been standing there for 20 mins. My response was if someone took the time to help us we would of known earlier! I said for feedback in future the employees should ask immediately why we are there so our time is not wasted. She turned her back and walked away. No excuse for bad manners. Rude horrible pharmacy! Never again will I ever go there

Bad experience in going for a COVID vaccine injection at this location.

I arrived at the store 5 minutes early for COVID bivalent vaccine appointment. I had to lined up for over 15 minutes just to check in and discovered I had to fill up a form with lots of questions.

It took me 40 minutes to get to my turn for the injection. There was only 1 person administering all the injections, the reason for the delay was they not only taking people for COVID vaccines with appointments, they also do flu shots both with appointment and walk-in as well.

It's my 5th dose of COVID vaccine and it's my worst experience taking COVID vaccine injection at this location.

Next time I'll go back to Unicare because they took their appointment on time and the last two times I was able to walk out in 5 to 10 minutes.

The lady FATIMA working at cosmetics section she doesn’t know how to talk, unprofessional lady. The most ruddiest lady I have ever seen in all shoppers. May god bless her with some brain.

Very rude and disrespectful customer employee working in beauty section. Standing too close to me and gettin offended because I didn’t need her help. Wow lady learn not to be in peoples personal space. I couldn’t believe how she was constantly in my personal space being rude.

Would give 0 stars if it’s an option. No one ever picks up the phone at the pharmacy, was waiting on the phone for 45+ minutes as some staff “confirmed” my prescription will be ready by 6pm but I never got a text. Other reviews are right - the pharmacy is disorganized and they will never deliver your prescription at the promised time. This is not the first time that it has ever happened - it’s like that EVERY TIME. If you can’t deliver your products on time simply tell your customers instead of not letting them know the updates. Will not recommend getting your prescriptions here.

Got the Cerve cream and they put the sticker on for exp. Date (03,25) but if you check underneath the sticker, the exp. Is 2024…. Check their products before buying

Worst pharmacy department.every prescription drop off is a disappointment.prescription pickup times are never ready when promised.every drop off is “an hour” but always longer if not the next day.i was given a prescription with incorrect dose usage and had to call in to clarify.took over 13 minutes to speak to someone in pharmacy to clarify my prescription.

0 stars! Such poor service. How are they still in the business? I had the worst experience. I went to pick up a medicine which was covered, the lady there took a note of my insurance details on a piece of paper and when I asked if they will enter the same in the system, she said she will do it and asked me to pick the medicine next day. My husband went the next day and they charged him for it. He returned thinking it was not covered. Also, they had put some other doctor’s name on the instruction note. When I called them they said they don’t have my insurance details in the system and asked me not to worry about the doctor’s name as they put it because both names were similar. Imagine the level of ignorance! Horrible service! They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Very rude! I went to the pharmacy the same evening and made them return my money and correct my doctors name.

Excellent and friendly service. I have been having to visit this location for the past two years for testing and vaccinations and have always had an excellent experience. All the staff at the pharmacy have been wonderful and helpful to me. Sandi, Mini and the other pharmacy staff are excellent. Sometimes they are very, very busy and I have had to wait a little extra, but with everything going on in the world my patience has become my virtue and I can only imagine the pressure and time constraints that these staff members have to work under on a daily basis with all the various customers and personalities that come in. Keep up the great job! I look forward to seeing the usual smiling faces when I come in for my weekly appointments. Christine

Worst pharmacy Experience. My daughter medicine was covered but when she went to pick her medicine which her doctor wrote to this location pharmacy. They charge her. Even she ask isn’t my medicine is covered. They lady said to her no you have to pay. I don’t understand why they rob people like that. If government is providing that benefit.they are so careless.very disappointed!

This location is hands down, one of the slowest and most incompetent I've ever seen. When I went to the pharmacy here it took them thirty minutes to attend to me about a simple question I had. That's not even mentioning the abysmal policy this store has on gift cards. If you have a Shoppers gift card you are NOT allowed to use it on purchasing another gift card. This is the dumbest policy I have ever seen.

Came here for COVID vaccination and they keep me waited more than a hour without any reason. Please avoid this location for any vaccination or pharmacy services needed.

Beauty boutique staff seem to be commission based. They try to sell expensive makeup and skincare with uninvited comments. Like how you would look pritier with eyebrows like theirs, only using these 3 products.

They NEVER pick up the phone so good luck trying to call, I’m not the only one just read all the other reviews. Called almost 30 times hoping someone would pick up and they just don’t answer it’s like nobody’s working there at all. This goes for every line available through the options as I was trying to get ahold of someone to see if someone was available.

Pharmacy is so stupid and slow. Told me my medicine would be ready in 30 mins. Its been an hour and half. Still not ready. They keep telling me to wait. And then finally my meds get ready and to a 23 yr old they are making me pay for a medicine thats already covered by ohip. Avoid this time waste.

Worst shoppers ever. I booked my son for a kids covid shot he was nervous all day then when we showed up they said nope sorry it was cancelled. I even showed the confirmation on my phone and she was like o there must have been a glitch. NOT OK really disappointed will not be coming back

Had a horrible experience recently. They lost my daughter's prescription. And when called kept putting me on hold and never came back. Everytime a different person picked up and did the same.

The absolute worst Shoppers in Mississauga! Went there last night December 15th in the evening and last week Friday December 10th in the evening and both times the Cosmeticians were rude and disrespectful! The cosmetician actually cut in front of me to show another customer an item! She then proceeded to walk away, and I had to ask her for assistance! She reluctantly assisted me! There is also an issue trying to make a return cosmetics. Tried returning an item and the cosmetician was so rude, actually opened and touched the product in front of other customers then stared me in the eyes and blatantly told me she cannot return the item! I had to request to speak with a Manager who processed the return but only after waiting an hour because the system would not process the refund! The energy in that store is so toxic! I will avoid going there!

Worst experience I've ever had! I will never go back to this location! They had me wait half and hour they price their products with the wrong price on it. I asked for scanning barcode policy! The manager "Julia" was rude I was waiting for her for 35 minutes she refused to honor the "scanning code of practice" after one of her employees confirmed that the price was wrong and I also took a picture!

It's a shoppers what can I say? They have a Canada Post office so I would go in there routinely to mail things. Everything went smoothly. They have a decent amount of space and the staff were friendly. Some of these reviews could be a result of the pandemic in which case staff are hard to come by and such. I don't know. My interactions with people in this store and the store itself was always positive.

Never coming back to this store again. I came here to return a product and a lady in beauty boutique told me they can only return certain items only but when I asked them on the day of purchasing about the return policy, they said you can return these within a month. I used to shop here because I live close by. I don’t appreciate their customer service at all. Good bye!

Waited in line for covid vaccine when my turn came they started accepting people from other line.

Pharmacist lied to me told me ill be next and than told me to wait in other line.

I didn’t got the vaccine because of u people.

Still waiting for them to attend. After 30 mins left without a vaccine.

Just came to buy my hygiene pads quickly so I can change right but the manager Julia was in the counter that day she knows I was going to pay and then she puts the close sign in front of me! And let me wait! And there’s another employee ask me if I’m paying cash I said yes but it was useless they made me even wait while there’s another cash beside that they can open! What a really bad costumer service I got that day!

Lousy vacine service, waited a half hour even though I had an appointment. Everyone in the pharmacy is just standing around

Very disappointed with cosmetics services I purchased a perfume thinking its 100 ml and noticed as i got home just opened the packaging. I tried to return it the manager for cosmetics didnt accept the return even though the packaging itself was worn out in the first place. Shoppers Drug Mart is a big company! Never purchasing any cosmetics products from this location again!

Pharmacy did not input my cellphone number for my perscription, so I didn't get my medication on time. Also, the customer service while on the pharmacy's phone isn't the greatest (rude & impatient).

SLOWEST CASHIER EVER. I don't know who hired these people but they're honestly so slow it makes zero sense. They take 10 years to put 3 items in a bag. They don't take into consideration that people actually have places to be! I've been to this locations millions of times and if you're not doing self checkout, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes in line - with 2 people before you. ALSO, if theres a line formed with literally 15 people, there will only be 1 cashier. They don't notice the like forming will they're taking 10 years to scan a single item. What happened to hiring people that are actually efficient at their job? Fire these cashiers and get younger faster ones. I wouldn't be writing this review of this was a single occurance BUT this happens literally everytime I go and I'm sick of having sloths for cashiers.

Seniors be aware they are testing covid patients they will bring next to you in the meds pick up line!
If you ask they will tell you he is wearing mask. As if masks are 100 % perfect or people are 100% honest about symptoms

I called in dozens of times back and forth between my family doctor and this pharmacy to have get a refill on my prescription over the course of a week. Pharmacy says they have not received any fax while doctor says she called them and they did receive 2 faxes. After being more stern regarding the matter, pharmacist hangs up on my phone call. I just need a refill that's all.

Worst location ever! If I could give it 0* I would. I waited 3 hours to get through to a live person and 20 calls later, only to be told they can’t help and the best they can do is call me back when they have a moment. The staff was super rude and extremely lazy. They just did not want to help. I went over to see if I could speak to someone and found them busy chatting to one another.how nice. When someone did finally pay attention and speak to me they also gave me all the reason why they couldn’t help. Funny thing is they didn’t even try. The pharmacy team is horrible in every way. I can’t believe that this is a team that went to school to help others. I am beyond frustrated

Great customer service I've had in a while in the post office. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what they're doing. I had trouble picking some options for my package and they gave me the best option to send my parcel overseas. Overall great service

The pharmacy staff are useless. Made my 70 year old mother go back home to prove she only has 3 aspirins left. They miss calculated another prescription "off by 3" and they told her to count herself to make sure she gets right amount. I hate people using their position to have power over others.

A middle aged lady at the drop off section of the pharmacy told me that she will send me a message when my prescription will be ready. I waited for more than an hour and then when I asked about my prescription it was ready a long time ago without notifying me although I was passing several times in front of the lady while waiting.

On June 6 I came to avail the 2 for dollar 5 offer of Neilson milk and whipped cream around 9 pm and they said stock sold out. Sunday afternoon I came and again same story and I bought the rest of the things I need for 15 cad as they were not on discount. Today June 11 I came again at 6pm and still they said today sold out.
I am sure you get it what this store is upto? Someone senior should take notice.

I was in the hospital for 3 days with an infection upon being released today Jan 31 I took an antibiotic prescription to the store. It was around 1115am approx.
I was told at that time delivery would be between 5 and 10pm the same day.
I called at 9: 55 pm and oh they were so sorry the prescription never went with the driver it's still in the store and they cant do anything about it now.
Are you kidding me I was furious. You dont miss your first dose at home after being in the hospital this is totally unacceptable
I cant afford to miss the dose but now I have no choice. I will never take the delivery service again and will be removing all my records shortly from this store
I will be notifying my specialist as well about the missed dose. Infections are nothing to mess around with so if I have any complications from this error you will be hearing from me again. I dont want to hear I'm sorry. That's not good enough

The Male manager was fantastic this is why I'm giving 1 star. I bought a toy here brought it home opened it and it wasn't working. I brought it back the same day and the employees said it is final sale. Nowhere did it say this on my receipt and nowhere was it written in the store. 2 women both with accents kept telling me anything on sale is final always. I did not understand their explanation. They said " anything in this store that you buy on sale is final". I said it doesnt seem fair as I bought this and it doesnt work. It was a long battle when I finally spoke to the Male manager (apparently 1 of those women were also a manager) he said it's ok. I will never come here especially if there is a sale! Buyers beware.

Tonight i was harassed by an Asian woman on exiting to produce a reciept for an item I bought.the whole experience of her demanding out in open and holding out hand, for me to give her MY reciept to show i purchased.is beyond unsettling!

I dropped into this Grand Park location today and it was busy! It's located in a plaza across the street on the west side of the Rogers M City real estate condo towers development.

Nevertheless, I was able to pick up four items and use the self serve check to minimize the wait because there were at least 6 shoppers waiting for in the staff-assisted checkout line.

This store offers many of the typical SDM store items including perishable grocery items like eggs, milk, and cheese.

Passport photo service is also available here.

A Canada Post outlet is located at the back of the store along with the Prescription department.

I usually go in to purchase my make up and some essentials. I find pleasant staff in cosmetic. Get my skincare products and makeup. Shweta is very knowledgeable friendly and customer service oriented. Keep up the good work.

Worst customer service from any location I have ever been at. Dana at the post office has one of the worst attitudes that anyone has ever given us, only surpassed by the terrible attitude given by Audrey at cashiers. These ladies have a really bad attitude as well as lazy and don’t know how to perform under stress.

This shopper drug Mart is never ever tag price correctly, bad customer service issue. If you tag the price incorrectly that is not the consumer issue!

Both my husband and I purchased a box of disposable insulin needles from this location of Shoppers Drug Mart. When we took one unopened box back the next day, the pharmacist refused to take it back citing safety issues. When we went online, however, their website clearly indicated unopened boxes were fully refundable. I took it back a second time and had to endure the pharmacy staff protesting despite their own guidelines. No apology was provided for the inconvenience to ourselves. I was referred to in third person as they deliberated the issue amongst themselves, finally relenting. A very disappointing experience with unprofessional behaviour.

Couldn't find pre black friday items. Asked a merchandiser he said to ask a cashier. Total scan not waiting in line 15min to find out they are out of stock.

My local Shopper's. They are friendly and quick. Store is pretty clean and organized. Stay blessed!
