Never had my prescription ready even though they phoned me and said it was ready, usually have to wait 45min to an hour very unorganized

Staff are good but the service is terrible! Most of the time you can’t even phone because the lines are busy. If you can get through to the pharmacy you are on hold for 30 min or more! They often don’t have the medication you need in stock. Communication with the pharmacy staff is challenging. While in store, there is almost always a line to pick up medication and the speaker overhead announces pharmacy to pick up a call over and over……every time I’m there! Constantly! I have put up with this service for too long and finally am changing to a different pharmacy.

I have to frequently call for med lists for patients - and 95% of the time the line is busy. And remains busy. Extremely frustrating when my job depends on it

The pharmacy service is not great, terrible staff, can't even call them, never get the medication ready on time.

I have been there for 4 days to get the medication and the pickup line is always busy, the staff don't even know how to find my name in the system, asking help all the time, wasting our time, they say they don't get the prescription faxed even after 4 days, I confirmed with the doctors office many times and the fax was completed, but the pharmacy never he able to find the fax, saying excuses like check with other pharmacy always. A customer is never satisfied with the attitude of the staffs and their excuses, how can a patient get immediate treatment if they delay for getting the medication ready for 4,5 days, and its not easy to connect with a doctor again. Not everyone is driving and going to pharmacy and get disappointed is very frustrating, also some staffs don't even know where the medicine is kept and searching everywhere, not helping to find OTC medicines either, its very sad situation, please find efficient staffs or train them well. It would be helpful to the public. Thank you.

Don't pick up your prescription here especially if u can't pick it up until later in the day bc you have to get your prescribing physicians office to fax it to them atleast twice (I usually call 3 seperate times) or else they won't get it and u will have to call the doc office and hope they are open still and can send it again or else ur SOL until u can call and get it faxed again.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. They mess up your prescriptions constantly. They never can find them if you're fortunate to get them refilled. Trying to get refills are next to impossible. No one in the pharmacy answers the phone. Completely mismanaged mayhem behind that counter.

NEVER see such poor service in my life from any STORE, day 3 and still waiting for my wife's prescription's after being released from hospital and this is the second time.
Also charging a dispensing fee on asprin which you can get off the shelf and adding to cost when paying out of pocket.
I can keeping going but gonna spend my time now and transfer too a drug store that cares about giving great service and not adding extra cost and receiving meds in timely manner especially after having heart surgery. My rating for them is 0 stars at this location.

My rating is entirely for the pharmacy.

I called in a panic from Winnipeg, when I'd found out my prescription medications had been packed in the wrong box and were on a mover's truck somewhere! I was mid-road trip, about to go cold turkey off everything I took. The woman who took my call was immediately reassuring, and let me know how they were going to help me.

She called back to let me know when everything had been arranged which took a load off my mind. And when I arrived in Thunder Bay it was waiting at the counter for me.
