Absolutely horrible pharmacy incompetent people who have no idea what they are doing, Waited for 2 hours for them to tell me its expired and i didn’t get any meds. 2 HOURS i waited for nothing for them to say they dont have it.

An operational train wreck. This pharmacy is understaffed, poorly operated, and consistently misses the time windows they provide. Frankly, this is a gross disrespect for people times.

PS, this isn't a one-off incident.

Call 20 times but did notvget through. When got through put on hold then disconnected.
They got paid for their service

Supposed to be open at 8am as confirmed by Google as well as the hours posted on the door. Currently 8: 40 with a line of customers outside and employees inside but the store is closed. Apparently they are not allowed to open the store until the pharmacist arrives and they don’t know when that will be.

Go to any other pharmacy, I can’t imagine it getting any worse than this place. They may be understaffed, but they still seem incompetent and careless.
You’ll wait on hold for 20+ minutes any time you call. Once you’re lucky enough to finally speak to a person, they say they’ll be right back and put you back on hold and not come back.
I have never had any issues at any other pharmacy, but this place somehow never receives prescriptions from my doctor through fax or their electronic system. Their communication is terrible, they’re not helpful or offer any assistance. They’ve made it very clear that they couldn’t care less about people going weeks or even months without their daily medication because of their incompetence.
Save the hassle and go to a pharmacy with staff who cares and knows what they’re doing.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous and professional, making me feel welcome. The premises were clean and well-maintained, and I found the product I was looking for with ease. I'll be returning for sure and would suggest this place to anyone.

Horrible pharmacy! Do not recommend going to their pharmacy. You’ll wait a minimum of 1 hour and they’ll still mess your medication up!

Worst experience… took more than 1.5 hour to make my sister’s medicine. Asked me to come back after half an hour and still not prepared. Its so disappointing. Don’t give the time if u are not sure. People coming and standing just waiting looking at ur faces.poor service.

I will never ever shop even walk in that racist place.
I’ll tell every single friends and family member and our Turkish community to make sure they won’t shop and spend money there.
Reason why we had lots of liquid donation from people and unfortunately we can not ship them. I went Walmart and Costco they help to items exchange with baby formula or diapers with out receipt.
I went shoppers today we had only max 20 items to exchange Manager from shoppers name Lora respond was so rude. You can still be kind or nice maybe you don’t want to help it’s totally fine but if you say I am not from there I won’t do it. That’s mean clearly racist.
You are not doing favour for my personal life you will do for babies dying they don’t have a foods.
I feel sorry for some people family like her. Definitely no heart to love anyone.

I will only go to this shoppers because of Asha who works in the beauty side since the very first time I stepped into this location, she’s always greeted me with warm and the kindest smile. She is always soooooo helpful and has saved me countless amount of times with my last minute errands! Thank you Asha! I really appreciate all your hard work you do here!

Did you know that Thursday is Seniors Day? Get 20% off most things. There is now a 2 bag limit on milk.as some were going in and clearing out their milk before anyone else had a chance to get 1 bag of milk.they open at 8 am not before - going up and rattling the door doesn't get you anywhere. The customer service is rather lacking for the front end, but overall its alright. I don't use their pharmacy, as the waits are rather long, and the staff is inefficient.but its my local, and its why I go there.

This is so far the best shoppers that i have ever visited. Katherine is most helpful person you’ll meet here. She is very kind and patient and helped me the most while i chose some gifts. Thank you Katherine if you’re reading this. You’re a wonderful person.

This rating only goes to the pharmacy section, even though I loved the service from the white guy and the Arab lady pharmacist. The rest of them need training again.

Every customer has right to get the items which is in offer, here I saw one electronic item and I just wanted to buy it but they said it's not available even though they have many pieces of that, if I could give minus rating, I would have give it here. Worst experience!

One of the best Shoppers in GTA! Love my experience as I am always greeted with the biggest smile and positive energy. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly and they are happy to assist with what I am looking for. Highly recommend this location:)

I saw the horrible reviews and figured how bad could it be? Well, I have zero confidence the pharmacy has any idea what they are doing. There are two children working right now. No exaggeration. Two girls that look about 10 and 13 years old. One woman who was being told by the kids what to do that looked completely lost and pharmacist that sat by watching the line grow. I'll be shocked if I even got the right dose. Poor English from everyone I spoke too. Filled out the exact same information in person that I already filled out online to book the appointment.

Also, it's attached to the worst mall I've ever been in.

Otherwise, it's your standard shoppers drug mart store.

WHAT HAS SHOPPERS BECOME? NO HELLO, NO Thank you, no discussion, staff barely speaks English, 6 people behind the pharmacy counter and no one greeted me or was able to help me, unless I waited 25 minutes for a wheelchair bound patient in front of me to finish with the dispensary assistant. All I needed was an OTC product.

This employee at Canada post has super slow service. It’s like they really take their time to finish one order not realizing the line up is getting long. And they need more training to be more polite and friendly. Thanks.

The pharmacist sona is disrespectful and rude. I was completely nice the entire time, but she was honestly carrying herself like a child. Definitely deserves to get fired. Horrible employee.

The WORST customer service. I was wrongfully charged when I was supposed to be refunded and she told me it was my fault for going to the beauty counter instead of the regular cashier. Everyone isn’t competent of doing a refund? She then proceeded to tell me I should come in at a different time because no one is trained to look at previous receipts. It is an absolute inconvenience for me to come in yet another time to fix a mistake of one of the employees. This is ridiculous, no one is trained correctly! Please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Worst Shoppers Drug Mart I've ever seen. They never answer phone. Never means literally NEVER. Service at pharmacy is awfully unprofessional.

I went here to do a rapid test and the lady was very professional. Super friendly and even took me in for testing early. I recommend this place for the tests very fast and great service.
