Shoppers Drug Mart

I have never dealt with a level of incompetence as when dealing with the staff of this pharmacy. On top of the fact that there isn't a brain cell to share amongst them, they are some of the rudest, least-engaged individuals in retail. The fact that these people are "medical professionals" is frightening at best.

On 18th July during the evening I went to 565 Sherbourne Shoppers Drug Mart, to return the lock which was not working. First 10 minutes cashier kept on denying and afterwards with her another staff member she kept on trying to open the lock for another 10 minutes. Staff members does not respect the customer say, they kept on denying and wasting my time. After 20 minutes she said I will return only one time courtesy. Later on she said you did not bought it from here so we can not return. They really do not value customer time and say. Highly disrespectful!

Worst customer service ever. The store manager was so rude. Recommend not to go to this store.

Extremely disspointed with the customer service in here was try to look for products and was taking my own time, the lady asked me if I wanted help I clearly said no and decided to take a product and leave while I was heading to counter the same lady accused me of stealing and wanted to look into my pocket. I was shocked with that I don’t know what made her say that but it was a great way to ruin someone’s day.

Sosan was a very nice and sweet girl she helped me so much in picking a perfect presume and makeup stuff.she was so well spoken and was very kind. I have seen such a person.thank you for the wonderful experience.

The beauty boutique Sosan was super helpful and patient, she helped me through the exchange process and I was able to get products that are more suitable for my sensitive skin. The fact they would go above and beyond to help an exchange customer speaks volumes about their customer service. Will definitely recommend.

An excellent option to stock up on basic household items at the last minute. They have a well-stocked pharmacy and, above all, medical and social assistance from social workers and pharmacologists. It is important to note that on this site, they have the newest vaccine for Covid 19, it has no cost, and if you do not have your Canada Health card and you want to get vaccinated, you can do so only by showing your country's identification, you must fill out a small and fast format. The staff is very friendly.

Sosan helped me alot in finding the perfect shade for myself in makeup stuff. She was very kind and well spoken

Check ALL receipts. Nothing in this store is priced correctly on checkout. Absolutely a scam, employees seem to be aware and laugh it off. Check all of your receipts - they will not match the stickered prices/sales.

The people at the pharmacy are extremely lazy and will not leave behind the counter to help anyone. I’ve come here multiple times and the people at the pharmacy either tell u, “if it’s not on the shelves then we do not have it” when asked where something is & if they have it in stock, as well as I’ve had to wait for long periods of time just to ask the pharmacist a question when they weren’t even doing anything.

My daughter r said it to me but now it’s obvious that i’m being followed in here and it’s uncomfortable. I’m triggered enough to sit in here and leave this review. This is my only shoppers I’m comfortable using. The security is watching me and the floor walker is so obvious. Glad they are trying to do their job but be observant and less obvious cause they missed the lady robbing you with green bag that waked out and the three group of men that came in. Well i’m leaving now and i won’t be purchasing everything in my basket. I’m disappointed ️

The absolute worst location! No cough medicine, no Buckley's no NyQuil, nothing, for the 3rd day in a row this locations isle 6 is completely bare. Pathetic.

I would have given them good rating but one cashier there is always rude- Diana! I’ve had couple of experiences with her. I mean if you’re angry at someone, keep it to yourself, don’t need to project it on others.
Apart from that rest of the staff is good!

Very helpful, got my ALL my covid shots by getting on cancelation list. 0 line up, appointment made day before even got my booster by simply walking in and asking if they had any extras.

So I shopped with Sosan and I had an amazing experience. She was very patient with me. She helped me understand all the fragrances. I had an awesome time. Such a lovely shopping experience ️

The covid booster experience was great. The complaint for shoppers in general would be the need for either another cashier or more self check out stations for busier times

Pharmacist did not assist with covid vaccine booster inquiries; find another Shoppers Drug Mart (within close proximity) whose employees try their best to accommodate and provide health care support for all. Please read other reviews below about poor pharmacy staff at this Howard location.

I go there just after they open on sale days and am the only person in the store, but all of the sale items are sold out. No bacon, no butter, nothing.

Worst cashiers I ever meet.they don't show respect for customer specifically when you want to exchange something.they just shout when you want to exchange an item. 2 ratings are only for the supervisor, he was polite.

Everything is great. The only thing they could organize better is a place with electronics. Every time I want to check electronics (computers, tablets, cameras.), I need to lineup with other people who waits for a cashier, even if I'm not buying anything. I understand their concerns about safety of these stuff, but they could provide at least infos with pics and prices somewhere other than behind the cash registers

Wont give flu shots to international students in the middle of a pandemic even though we PAY for healthcare and have valid health cards
