I go here for all my vaccinations and have had nothing but great service. Pharmacy assistant Julia is super knowledgeable and always helps find deals and savings. Pharmacist Sarosh is approachable and provides great guidance.

I've made a point of coming here for any vaccines or consultations.

Pharmacist Sarosh has always been on point, professional, and clear. His assistants, especially Julia, are always happy to help me with my questions.

I booked a minor illness assessment appointment and arrived early for my appointment time (first thing in the AM). The pharmacist took a while to approach, then said I should go sit and wait and he would get to my consultation when he gets to it but it would likely be a while. He said he was busy and working alone today and he doesn't know when he'd be able to get to it. I understand being busy and that there are things to do even when the pharmacy appears empty, but to be that dismissive and provide no time estimate or semblance of compassion was disappointing. It was clear that serving the patient with an appointment physically in front of him was less of a priority than the phone ringing and being on the computer. I called 4 different shoppers while waiting and was able to talk to a pharmacist at a downtown location who was accepting walk ins. I walked out, went to that pharmacy, had an assessment, and received prescription medication in less than 30 minutes.without an appointment. I will not be returning to this location.

Sarosh and Simon at the pharmacy form a formidable and knowledgeable team who are able to fill prescriptions on time and ahead of schedule. Definitely coming here for all my refills in the future.

Stellar service with Sarosh. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Made me and my 93 year old dad very comfortable. I'm so glad my dad is in such good hands after a recent move to the city.

This location is our family drugstore and the pharmacy staff are awesome. A special shout out to pharmacy assistant Thomas who is always especially polite and helpful.

Sarosh was the best pharmacist i've ever had! I needed my prescription before 9: 30pm (they close at 10pm) and he immediately finished my order in less than 10 minutes (i called at 9 pm and the order was done in 10 minutes). He called another pharmacy to transfer my information over and finished my prescription in that time.amazing service 10/10

You don’t have to go far for awesome service in Old Ottawa South when you have caring and helpful pharmacists like SportsCentre Jenn and Doctor Sarosh looking out for you! So grateful for their ability to solve any kind of issue, whether billing insurances or navigating a drug interaction it’s a relief to have them on your side!

Masa at the beauty boutique is amazing! I was looking for a certain product from pür EVERYWHERE. I called in and she was super helpful, set aside the product I needed and she even gave me samples and left such a sweet thank you card! She’s awesome! Also I would like to add that they have a pretty good return policy. I got a serum for my cousin but right after I bought it I spoke to her mom and she had already purchased the same serum for her as a Christmas gift. I was already in Gatineau and didn’t feel like returning to Ottawa but the Pharmaprix there still accepted the return!

I booked a flu vaccination for seniors at this pharmacy at 1080 Bank St. Ottawa for Nov 27th 2022. When i arrived for my appointment, the pharmacist Sarosh said that there was no vaccine left because they gave it all away to the walk-ins. He had no explanation for why one had not been kept for me given that i had made an appointment. Later the store manager, Jennifer Mulley, called to say that i could go anytime i wanted on the 29th of Nov and get the vaccine. I went there again but, again, the pharmacist said he had no record of me and had no vaccine left.i tried to bring this to the attention of their head office but the email address that they provided me did not work. It sent back a message saying that they don't accept complaints by email. The only way to register a complaint is to download their app on to your phone, which i wasn't prepared to do. I finally managed to get my vaccine at a reputable pharmacy called Watson's on Main St. I would recommend non-chain pharmacies like Watson's over mismanaged chains like Shoppers Drug Mart who only take on vaccination for its profit with zero regard for service or public health.

Pretty good shoppers drug mart. There is a pharmacy in the back which is super convenient. Super close the Carleton university aswell! They have a pretty good variety of items. Staff are friendly and helpful

Had one of the best pharmacy experiences ever with Sarosh. He answered all of my questions and was extremly helpful when dealing with an issue with my prescription. He is very easy to talk to and provides clear solutions to difficult problems!

Just moved to Ottawa and the pharmacist, Sarosh, helped move over all the info from my previous pharmacy. Easy-going guy and has a fantastic sense of humor as well. Makes the whole experience seamless and gives full attention when helping people out.

Amazing service and super kind. Sarosh Tanboli from the pharmacy was such a life saver.
We had to to get a rapid antigen test prior to travel last minute due to flight changes. We arrived at this location right on opening and Sarosh was a superstar in rushing us in to get the tests done in record time. Thanks to him we are able to get on our flight and off to our vacation. Compare it to the carling location, this spot is super helpful.

I don't live in the area so it was my first time visiting the pharmacy here in Shoppers Drug Mart. I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing service I received from the pharmacist, Dr. Sarosh. I understand how busy pharmacists are these days, but I truly appreciated his patience to answer all of my questions and explaining the medical instructions to me carefully. Excellent service! Keep up the great work:)

Hier après-midi je suis allez voir la variété des parfums à bons prix. En regardant et cherchant un qui pourrait me plaire j’ai entendu le cri de vendeur qui était présent à la parfumerie. Le vendeur en question état énervé en répétant quelque chose que j’ai eu du mal à comprendre.
J’admets que l’on est dans une période difficile, mais son attitude et arrogance étaient frappants! Fusant l’effort en français son appel était à NE PAS TOUCHEZ AUX PARFUMS!
Dans ce cas, mettez svp une NOTE mais ne criez pas ainsi auprès la clientèle! Ça fait «  idiot du village »!
Après avoir fait le choix je suis allée à la caisse. J’ai payé et partie sans avoir entendu ni bonjour ni au revoir.
