Couldn’t believe that there was not one cashier open. Everyone had to use self checkout. They were very busy as a lot of older people don’t know how to use them.

Picking up meds for a family member that were suppose to be ready an hour earlier. Was told not ready yet but wait 10 mins. Waited there as we need meds. 35 mins later, still nothing. But hey at least you got those 3 tweakers their meds in less than 2 min per tweaker. My family member can't get her pain meds. Unreal.

Prices continue to rise higher and higher and I pay more for prescription dispensing fees here than private pharmacies. Time to say farewell to Robbers Drug Mart!

The cosmetics department needs to be made into a separate store. The smell of the perfume they spray around overtakes the entire establishment. I moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because my Rx bags and boxes were smelling like the beauty department. I really put my foot down when my husband and I stopped in for some quick snacks one day, and I couldn't drink or eat anything we got due to the perfume all over the bottles and packages. The smell even came off on my hands.

The other reasons I switched my prescriptions are because the pharmacy is very disorganized and the staff are often unhelpful/not empathetic. They don't give much care towards patient privacy/confidentiality. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I recently had a good interaction with the kindest pharmacist, Raj. Even though it was very busy he was kind and patient with me. He felt for my situation when I saw him for a minor health issue, and helped me right away. Everyone in this pharmacy should be trained by him, as far as politeness, manners, and how to treat customers.

Worst place you can possibly send your prescriptions. These people NEVER answer their phones. The pharmacy department is horrendous for not answering their lines and leaving you stuck in a queue that you have to hang up and recall after waiting on the line for 2 hours. Absolutely ludicrous. Awful awful service, don’t get your prescriptions sent there!

I would give 5 stars based on my experience with your pharmacy, pharmacist, and staff. Unfortunately, the phone system is terrible.

Worst pharmacy out there! Visited and called 4 times to ask them to fax my doctor for a refill. I have 3 pills left at this point and they said the earliest they can get my meds is Wednesday. By then I'm already out of medication. After a month, A FULL MONTH! Of trying to get them to fax the doctor! Unacceptable!

The absolute worst pharmacy you can go to. I don't know how they still have customers.

1 of numerous examples: Made me wait 2 hours for antibiotics when they specifically told me to come at the time I showed up (I even gave them an extra hour to what they said).

Cannot even fill out a simple request to transfer over my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. I have to sit on the phone for an hour to even get ahold of someone.

Understaffed and poorly managed. Stay Away.

Rude and unprofessional staff. The girls in the beauty centre are rude, and uneducated. If you ever have a question they never have an answer. Follow you around Everytime you pick something up and do it obviously, I had a friend who is the most clean cut person I know get product ripped out of their hands from one of these girls. There is a professional way to deal with loss prevention and this is not it. I will spend my money at Sephora instead of here with these mean girls. Everyone I know avoids this place because of the unwelcoming and quite frankly rude staff in the beauty section. Enough is enough, this isn’t the first or last time this has happened.

Amazing staff st this location, particularly is the beauty department. They are always exceptionally kind and helpful. The beauty manager goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for, even when it's not on the shelf. Thank you!

This is absolutely the WORST shoppers in town. They never answer the phone and when I wait on hold it constantly hangs up on me. Their auto refill system never works, and it constantly says my fiancé is 1-2 days early for his refill which is not correct.

Disgusting pharmacy service. Near impossible to get through on the phone. When I called on 2 occasions to speak with the pharmacist, I waited 40 minutes. Went to pick up the prescription and they missed one of the medications.

No respect for your time. I have a covid test appointment at 5: 45. Currently 6: 05 and still waiting. Tight on time as i have other things to do. No respect what so ever

Good luck if you want to speak to a pharmacy person. Sat on hold for 30 min. Finally just hung up. Understaffed or WHAT. Gonna change pharmacies. Totally unacceptable

My favourite store of all stores! Gals and guy in beauty section are always so helpful and knows about their products! Store is always clean and tidy! Stocked most times but I just ask if any in the back and they look for me! Thanks!

Day 5 waiting for prescriptions promised to deliver it because they screwed up so often but no luck.
