Shoppers Drug Mart

I visited to get eggs, yogurt, sour cream & perogies. The security guard came out the back he began to followed me. Isn't your job is to come when staff calls you, not to harass paying customers. Care to explain why I was profiled as a thief? That's as bad as being bullied.
I'm irate with this happening. I work retail, never would I. I don't want that 1-800 number either. Don't insult me like that.

If you want to get looked at like you're an idiot for asking a question about a product, this is the place for you. I've never had a good experience with the older female pharmacist with short hair, and have heard the same from others. Not a fan, and won't be going there for pharmacy needs any longer.

This place might have been one of the worse places I’ve shopped at. I went to the perfume and makeup section and had dealt with a disgruntled employee who didn’t understand very much English. I decided to abandon the items I wished to purchase because of this poor experience. Please treat people with kindness and respect.

I really like this shoppers i come in a lot every week and usually treated with respect but tonight was unacceptable me and my friend came in and she was treated like a thief and i was also given attitude while looking at fragrances this is just not ok.

Like every other shoppers basically, 3 self checkouts, the medicine I came to buy was almost sold out, I literally grabbed the last one.

Great staff and service, however getting someone to answer the phone is often like pulling teeth

This is the worst Shopper's Drug mart location. The employees working here especially ladies are so so so rude. Not welcoming at all. The manager or the owner should look into this matter. The only female who really enjoys working at Shopper's and who really cares is Hailey from Beauty boutique section.
The one time when i was checking out i had the online Shopper's Drug mart gift card, and the lady at the counter said they do not accept online gift cards but i told her that i use this digital gift card every time but then she was like so rude, huffed and puffed at me and said why Don't you just pay by cash and leave. I had my 2 year old baby with me and she just started arguing with me. Luckily, her manager or other employee was there, and he told her we do accept digital gift cards and taught her how to process it. I felt so embarrassing at that moment. The customer in the queue also approached me in particular and said that it was not nice of that cashier to speak to you like that and she told me that she will complain about it.

The aisles are never organized, the products are always out of stock, if you ask about the product from some employee they will just ignore you especially female employees (especially weekend shift employees and evening or night shift).

Employees at food basics are far more welcoming and friendly and helpful than employees at Shoppers drug mart.

Shopper's drug mart location this should close down and the location at second line should upgrade as second line employees at Shopper's Drug mart location really cares abouy their customers and are very helpful and kind.

Stay away from this location. Go to Wal-Mart or Rexall or atleast complain to Manager for unruly and disgusting behavior with their loyal customers.

Would like to give zero stars to this location due to three Asian girls working here on Saturday or Sundays maybe. One girl works in Beauty section and other two girls works in rest of the areas. One time, i came to grab a perfume for me, and i asked for suggestion and she clearly told me that she does not want to show any perfumes to me and was so rude to me unnecessarily. No eye contact at all. And just ignored me and walked away from me doing nothing. Such a rude and unfriendly behavior from Shoppers Drug Mart employee. Did not expect that. Shoppers please hire only those who really wants to help your loyal customers.

Next, my go to is always Shoppers and i always buy milk as we are a very large family and i buy milk for my old neighbors too as they are unable to drive in this harsh cold weather. One time, i went in put 5 milk bags in my cart. One Asian girl with glasses came to me and aggressively grabs one milk of packet from my hand. She did not day anything to me at all, just took one packet of milk. So, i went to her and asked why did she took milk and she said she does not want to explain.
I was like wow. So, as a loyal Shoppers customer i went to another employee and he told him the matter and he said only 4 bags of milk are allowed for one person. I said okay, but nothing written. I showed it to him and then one more Asian girl wearing glasses came and started arguing with me that people like me come here and they don't know how to read and all. It was evening time.i was like so upset with this disgusting behavior if those girls. I explained them that i need these milk because i am buying these for old neighbors. They told me to go Walmart or somewhere else if i want extra. Also, they had so many milk left in the aisle.
Upper management please look into this matter and fire these employees as no one wants to be treaded like this. Since that incident i never went to that location of Shoppers Drug Mart.

Down south, they don't behave like this. North Shoppers Drug Mart location Sault-Sainte-Marie, disgusting employees, no compassion, unfriendly behavior, rude rude rude employees, me being an Asian brown skinned treated like this by Asian people brown skinned employees really breaks my heart. Why so much hatred. If you don't love your job, please quit and give another kind people who really wants a job and cares for customers.

The doctor emailed meds 1030 am I called at noon to have it delivered 730 pm still no meds. I called said when will I get them 10pm tonight. She says if not done. Never again.

Carl from KC security followed me around the store and when I asked if he was following me he said it was his job and asked if I was guilty of anything. I would give a 0/5 if I could. I will be sure to go to Rexall next time.

Over the years I’ve been mistakenly given my mother-in-law’s script, I’ve been short changed pills, and I’ve been given the wrong dosage of pills. I realize that mistakes happen, but I’ve also not always received an apology. What has happened to good customer service? Shame on me for not leaving this pharmacy sooner!

Unfortunately pharmacy not great. Second line location is better organized for the pharmacy. Not as chaotic. Beauty section is great

I called the store and asked if Energizer max AA batteries were on sale, they confirmed to me that they were on sale for $16.99 for 20 batteries. So I spent an hour of time and went there. They were not on sale. I brought the batteries to the clerk and she confirmed that they were not on sale. So, I spent a total of $40 in travel time and fuel to go there. I called beforehand for a reason. If you work for a store and lie about the price of the product. I'm not going to pay the full price.

I called Christine, the manager, and she is too incompetent to solve the issue. Their flyers don't work, their customer phone line doesn't work. Like, why bother then?

Just don't shop there. Half of the stuff in the flyer isn't even in stock. And they lie on the phone on what is on sale or in stock. Even the manager will lie to you about stock and pricing. One of the worst stores I have ever been to in my life (nvm the worst store on the entire planet that I have ever been to).

Went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy, talked to the pharmacist about my new prescription only to find out that they didn’t fill it even after talking to me about the new prescription.and filled the wrong medication! Absolutely frustrated. Will be switching pharmacy. Far too many med mistakes.

Horrible, pharmacy. No one knows what is going on every time I go there seems to be a problem of some kind. Don't bother trying to get your prescription here.

Lines up and time waiting is very long, it does take them time to get two people on the counter to address the line ups that are down the aisle, other than that service is great!

Great hours at the Cambrian Mall Location. A good selection of food/pharmacy/cosmetic items. A bit on the pricier side, but well worth it for the convenient location. Good customer service. Never had a bad experience.

I use the pharmacy and the only times I find that I have to wait a little longer is early to mid afternoon when they are the busiest. That's to be expected. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They also sell groceries along with the typical pharmacy products and there is even a postal outlet inside. The extra hours they are open helps too. Very convenient.
