On Saturday Jan 6 / 2024 I was at this location an had witness the pharmacy female worker questioning a young man about the prescription he had, she had asked do you know what this medication is, his reply was I am not the doctor called the Dr a ask him she had nothing but a smirk on her face embarrassing the Young, the gentleman was so upset because he had never had this problem being questioned about the prescription. Since when do a pharmacy ask a customer would you like to mix the medications at home, there reply was other customers rather mix there own medication, this place is waiting for a lawsuit, let me tell you I would never bring my prescription there, rude pharmacy workers, this is the worst location your pharmacy staff need to learn more about costomer services, beware people do not drop your prescription off to this location you maybe interigated.

The pharmacist are very rude. Discrimination and violent. They treated me and my kids very bad. Not good place go. The worst pharmacy branch for Shopper drug mart. Not recommended

Absolutely disgusted by my recent visit to this store. Their website showed 12 PS5s in stock, but when I showed up, they suddenly had "none left. " Funny how when my white friend went in right after me, she walked out with one. Discrimination much? Don't waste your time here.

Good, clean set up with consistent staff/service. This location also has a post office. There’s a small free parking lot as well.

The whole team pharmacist and the technicians are so rude. I called to ask about drug informations, they didn’t let me finish my questions then hang up on me. What’s kind of service? Rude, unprofessional. Can’t accept it. Hopefully next patients will get good services from them later.

As patients, do not got to this pharmacy as their pharmacists are incompetent and lacking medical knowledge. They should go back to school to keep themselves current and up to date. Terrible experience dealing with them. Avoid it at all costs.

The pharmacist that worked (March 29th night), her name is Julia, racist who got her education in some eastern part of Europe, with thick accent, old, grumpy, no people skills, or communication skills; she yelled at me, screaming in front of customer, on the floor, she did not fill my prescription because she wouldn't not listen to me.please check the video recording, I went to another location, it was fulfilled. I came back to show her that her excuses/ reason behind her denial did not make sense.the assistant "Anna" use the same language & tone and did not delete my information. Would never come back.for any minority, they dont want your business, take it to place who would appreciate you.

Even though this Shoppers walking distance to my home, I get in my car and drive to Jane and Wilson because this one is terrible! They closed the mall check outs and the lines are long! On top of that cashiers are rude and look like they hate their job. Avoid this one

The Canada Post employees constantly giving wrong pricing for packages. I’ve been using this Canada Post outlet for the last 5 years and know how pricing works. For the last few months I’ve been told the wrong prices by the new staff. I constantly have to go to the Calendonia & Eglinton location because the Jane & Threthewey location are always trying to rip me off. Please train your staff properly.

This location is the worst when you make a call to the pharmacy they pick up and tell you to hold until you give up and hang up. It’s like they don’t want to talk to you or help you at all.

Despite knowing my group id number, having my employee i.d on me, as well as my ohip card, I was denied my insurance because I didn't have a physical insurance card on, and didn't know that 00016 was Sunlife's carrier id off the drop of a hat. Don't do business here if you value your time and sanity.

Don't bother getting your rapid tests done here. Booked an appointment and waited half an hour for the test to be done I understand that the pharmacists are caring for multiple people but why bother having appointments available?

Perfect and quick place to pick cosmetics, daily basics and etc. Presto card top options are also available.

I’ve only lived in the area since Oct and that’s enough time to realize this shoppers pharmacy in particular was complete trash. The staff is lazy and want to do bare minimum. No one even answers the phone! If you call it usually just rings through, no room for voice message cause their voice mail is full. You ask questions and their response is to send to back home to search it up. How about those who don’t have easy access to computers/tech? Especially older customers. To assume everyone has the same capabilities instead of simply doing YOUR JOB and pulling up the information on your end which you’re fully capable of. I’m switching pharmacies again and definitely not choosing any shoppers locations.

Unprofessional I'm blaming the owner of Shopper's drug market store who gave my mom false information about they do the PCR TEST. The owner of the shop needs to learn how to provide proper information cause clearly he or she doesn't know what they're doing ‍️

Rude and unprofessional pharmacist, on top of that overpriced over the shelf medication. Makes you feel like the pharmacist is paying for your medication. Super rude, always busy, condescending tone, and worst of all super rude to seniors and I have witnessed that on multiple occasion.
Worst case I believe it is the owner of the pharmacy who has this attitude. They don't offer back to the community, the website states they have flu vaccine but they get aggressive when you mention flu vaccines and tells you to go to other pharmacies.
If you are not willing to vaccinate people opt out online, no need to be rude to your loyal customers.
