Ms. Talya helped me she was a total sweetie pie. For seriously, give this woman a raise. Bernadette on the other hand was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, y'all better get her in check she seems very bigoted. BUT, Talya was so great it's gonna have to be a 4.

The website posts walk-in pharmacy services but when you show up, they require appointments at limited times inconvenient to public.

I had a terrible experience. The blonde lady working at about 2pm at the beauty bar today March 29 check-out was very rude. I was just asking to return something and wasn't upset when it wasn't possible, however, I do not appreciate her tone. Don't know why she's working in retail if she doesn't know how to speak politely

Manager behaved quite unprofessionally. Just wanted to exchange my baby’s Aveeno lotion with Aveeno shampoo. At first manager said go the exact location I bought the product. Then she said she would exchange if I find the shampoo there. Then at the counter she said she can’t exchange and even grabbed the shampoo from me and put in to her basket at the counter without even asking “do you want to buy the shampoo”. I said I am buying it, then she kept it back. Manager could have make clear that, they can’t exchange the product without wasting my time and insulting in front of other customers. Always me and my family have been a loyal customer with Shoppers drug mart with PC Cards. This is unacceptable. Very poor experience

The clerks at the checkouts are always friendly.

I went here yesterday to get my flu shot and COVID-19 booster, and the pharmacist, Ruchi, was really kind and provided a comfortable, positive experience! I barely felt the vaccinations, which was great. Would definitely recommend this store!

I work in the mall and come to this shoppers very frequently, most times I’m here I see Jadranka and every time without fail she makes my day that much better. She truly is such a lovely woman and brings such a positive energy to the store. Thank you for all you do!

Poor service received for a visa photo. Image quality was terrible and face height was not matching with the sizes I have described. What is the point of paying $30 for a photo service if I will have to re-adjust the photo myself later on. + The supervisor did not seem to be understanding the problem by insisting the sizes are already matching.

Customer service is really good specially Jadranka she is the best. She was kind, friendly and always eager to help the customers with their requirements.

There was this old lady from the cashier acting a little rude for returning a personal item when it's allowed on the website she kept on telling me she wouldn't accept this return because it's a personal item which I fully understand but Shoppers (website) its allowed to return it. I returned it as I had allergic reaction to it. She even asked the GM for it and the GM said it's ok to return it. Now I haven't gotten my refund yet when it's straight through my cc.

The cashier did not allow me to scan PC Optimum card. Refused to add missing points. SHAME ON SHOPPERS.

Horrible experience. Called the pharmacy and the pharmacist hung up on me after I said hello. Guess those 4 years of pharmd school just flew by your head.

I came to shoppers to buy few products for myself but I was super clueless where the products were. Ankit at the cashier help me locate all the products that I was looking for and also helped me at the check out. He has a great sense of humour and was really sweet, to not just me but everyone else who were standing before me. Thank you Ankit for my amazing experience and I’ll definitely visit the store again

I have had many dealings in the past 5 weeks with this pharmacy as I moved my father-in-law's medications over from a different pharmacy and they have all been quite positive. I spoke with a couple of Pharmacists and 1 other Pharmacy Assistant whom were very helpful, efficient and professional. However, Magda, (Pharmacy Assistant) whom I've had most interactions with, has consistently been excellent. Magda is clear, highly responsive, courteous and knowledgable - overall very effective. In my view, Magda deserves much more than written or verbal recognition. This seems to be a well-managed pharmacy. They do what they say and say what they mean. Keep up the great work!

Rudest pharmacy ever. Asked simple, straightforward question and after repeating the question 3-4 times, was given condescending advice that made no sense whatsoever. People are going to have basic questions about prescriptions, better get used to having questions asked. Shoppers and post office staff are great, shame how bad the pharmacy is.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I went into the "Beauty Boutique" first and was greeted and kindly assisted in finding what I was looking for, I took the product I has selected and went to go into the 'cheaper' cosmetic side of the store to pick up some other things. The employee told me that I needed to leave the product I selected with her at the cash and come back with my other products and she would have it at the check out in the Beauty Boutique. I had no problem with this and went and picked out everything else I needed.
When I re entered the 'Beauty Boutique" side the lady who had assisted me was not there and there were no other customers in that section. But there was another employee in the section sweeping, I waited in front of the check out and made eye contact with her. She continued sweeping I figured she wouldn't blatantly ignore me and finish up and come over but she didn't. After repeatedly making eye contact with her standing in front of the cash with tons of products and waiting for five minutes I went over and asked if she could cash me out. She told me no she couldn't and I could check out at the cashiers in the main part of the store. I said that I was told I had to check out here bc I couldn't bring the item from that section into the main store. She THEN went and got the employee that had previously been helping me. I don't understand why someone whose job is to serve customers and could see me waiting not come and communicate with me or get someone who could've helped me. It was just extremely unprofessional and made me feel as if I wasn't good enough to receive customer service. It seemed as if this lady was on some sort of Shopper Drug Mart Beauty Boutique powertrip.

I stopped by today on Saturday around 3 and I was looking in the beauty section for a marked down lip balm because I was in need. Clarice had a section on the shelf that were clearly marked with tags saying they were on clearance. I brought one to the cash and the lady told me it wasn’t on sale and i told her what price it had read as. She proceeds to tell me rudely i was wrong and told me to go back by myself and grab the tag. I did this and she said it was wrong and was not the same product when it clearly was the same product i had brought to the counter. Disrespected and sad I left empty handed with chapped lips. I won’t be coming back.

Quite a lot of items despite being in a mall. Lots of refrigerated foods, extensive makeup and perfume area, and lots of pharmaceutical things. There is a baby section and self check out, well stocked and clean store. Located right across from the Telus store.

I was SO impressed by this location tonight. We ran in around 745 not sure if they were open till 8 or 10. The girl in cosmetics told us they were only open for 15 more minutes. I said oh no, we can come back but she was more than accepting to help me still. I was needing help with a color match for foundation and the first bottle she picked off the shelf was the right one. She was kind friendly and even threw in a couple samples of perfume for my fiancee and I. Highly recommend and will be coming back

Always found Shoppers at Conestoga Mall a worthwhile visit. Pharmacists are excellent and the store is clean and prices fair. They are often open even when the Mall is closed (different open / close times) and their selection is varied. Worth the visit if in the area.

The women at this location are incredibly rude. I had one older lady say bad things about me while i was in line to another coworker. She purposely spoke very loud for me to over hear her rude remarks. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The automatic refills and notifications are great I don’t have to remember to call for my prescription

I was browsing for some health products for my wife and was very confused as I am not familiar with female products. A female staff approached and offered assistance. In the end I walked out with what I needed to get.

This pharmacy is great! Pascal genuinely cares about his clients and always goes above and beyond whenever I have questions or concerns about different medications. He will also offer solutions and recomend other medications where necessary. I feel comfortable speaking with him about any questions or concerns I may have. I highly suggest Shoppers Conestoga Mall!

The store was open during the pandemic and was nothing but helpful during this stressful time. Devrie from cosmetics greeted me with a smile each time and directed me to everything I was looking for.

I've been here many times, and I am thoroughly pleased with the level of customer service. The pharmacy staff do genuinely care about their customers and it is evident from their kind and welcoming attitude.

I could'nt find what i was looking for. The person in the store was rude she asked me what i looking for. I have the right to look around to see what is on sale. They didn't have everything on sale they suppose to. She wanted me to leave. If they don't want people in the store why are they opened until 8 pm? I bought a lot in this store. I was treated like i wasn't important. I only like the cosmetic department. They treat you a lot better. I might take my business to another store. I was wearing my gloves and keeping my distance. I can't help the aisles are not wide enough and the store is'nt big enough. There were other people in the store they didn't bother them.

As I was waiting behind the plexiglass for the cashier to approach the register area, she was saying something which I did not understand at first especially with her heavy European accent. It turned out that she was asking me to move further back. I obliged even though I was pretty sure that I kept at least 2 meters away. I understand the cautious attitude but should the staff have the courtesy to greet their customers first?

Staff member at the Canada Post counter couldn’t be bothered to check a handful of packages sitting behind her for my package that I knew was in there. Sent me away. Received automated notification 30 minutes later saying it was ready for pickup. This has actually happened before at other Shoppers locations. Beyond lazy. Honestly, I’m generally all for workers’ rights, but the sooner we replace people like her with robots, the better.

Nice big shoppers in the mall now. Can get to it from the outside. Love their $20 perfumes shelf. Always find something. Like how they have pc branded items now as well.
