Good staff and service. Pharmacy can be busy at times, but they are good to deal with, friendly.

One moment please means 2 more hours of your wasted time, least organized pharmacy I’ve ever witnessed

Great stuff and friendly staff. The only thing is the products are expensive like the minimum price for a earing is $12.

My husband went to this location when they opened at 11am to get a passport photo. They opened the door at 11: 05. He asked for the photo and and one of the clerks went over to a coworker and said "REALLY? A passport photo first thing? " A different person came to take the picture and did it with a bad attitude.

I am very frustrated with Shoppers Drug mart at Cherryhill mall. I renew my prescriptions every three months and have been on one specifically since 2019. Every-time I go to renew they give me a weeks worth and then say they owe me the remainder. This month I received my weeks worth and called a week later for update. I was told they would be in a couple days later and I would be able to pick up. This didn’t happen. Called again and talked to the owner and he was very apologetic and said they had to change something in there system and the item would be available to pick up in two days. So before I headed over I called to make sure the meds were there and guess what they weren’t. The pharmacist assistant I talk to initially was pretty rude and said they would call when in. At this point I was pretty annoyed and decided I would just go elsewhere. It had been two weeks+ and they didn’t have meds. I went to another pharmacy the same day I cancelled my prescriptions
at Shoppers and my prescription was filled completely. I talked to John the owner again because I received a text saying the script was ready but apparently they send as the process it takes to remove you from their system. He was rude, not apologetic! When Graham owned this location this never happened.

I was in the store today January 19/2023, I went to the pharmacy to see if pharmacists can do prescriptions for an epipen, the person at the counter was very nice, but the pharmacist Stephen was very rude. He said to JUST BUY IT, I looked at him and said they are a $100.00 if not more. So he said it again BUY IT. All I wanted to know because of the new rules. I will call my doctor and shove the prescription in Stephen's face. What a nasty man he is. No customer service there. This is the third employee in the past month where I have had very bad customer service.

I came today to take some passport photos. My children photos went fine. The lady suggested I change my white shirt. I went back to my house and changed my shirt then came back for the photos. The cashier told me they do not take photos in the weekend! I told her my kids were photographed less than 40 minutes ago! She said then the photo center lady must left. My take on that she did not even bother to look that up. When I told her my kids photos were taken 40 minutes ago she came with a different answer from saying photo center is closed on the weekend to she must went home. Inconsistent on her delivery based on the conversation. I am comfortable to say just a lazy employee and shoppers should be doing better in hiring and training with focus on customer service attitude.

Usually shoppers drug mart is my go to place for all kinds of passport size photos and stuff. But these days they’re taking their slope down. Some days they’re low on staffing and they’ll close the photo session whenever they want. And today, what frustrated me is they can’t provide soft copy of photos after they made me waited for 20mins. Pathetic service, people working there’re not taking their job really serious! They’re just loosing business for the store. The management need to take this into account.

I am sorry to say this. Poor service, rude staff. EVERY script has a problem. Usually waiting a number of days to receive. Always say they never heard from doctor. There are hundreds of issues. But I will run out of space. Sure would like to talk to someone who can tell me why. Personally: , if asked, I definitely would not recommend. Avoid the stress you get here and go elsewhere.

I shop here all the time, security guard there is a joke. Didn’t even end up buying anything was just so turned off. Hey shoppers! Did you know you can’t smell products before you bought them? Weird

Pharmacist front desk went above and beyond when new paperwork was causing problems. Store manager spent the 5 minutes of her time helping me when Gift card was fraudulent after another shoppers manager near Lambeth basically said too bad. Nice to see this at a location that has so many seniors living nearby

This location has been here for quite some time, so at times, the store shows its age a bit, but otherwise, it's a good location.

The pharmacy in this shoppers drug mart is horrible - one staff member was rude and condescending, it was such a bad experience that I vowed never to return again. The other pharmacy staff did not care about my experience. The comestics department is amazing especially Cheryl and Dianne but stay away from dealing with the pharmacy who needs lessons on customer service.
