Rude and disrespectful pharmacy staff that will take forever to acknowledge you/get you your prescription but will talk down to you and try to charge you for items that should be free (i.e syringes+needle tips for IM medications). Also stay away if you are trans/transitioning the staff will misgender/deadname you even if you have your name changed in the system.every time i go i always get treated horribly.

Normally love it here. However vrunda at the beauty department was extremely rude and decided to follow us around the store.when I wanted to refund an iteam she said it wasn’t possible and when the barcode on the iteam didn’t allow a refund she didn’t even try troubleshooting the problem or asking someone else for help. Extremely rude.

Sent a refill 2 days ago for both my medications, only one was filled and they just only ordered the other today the one I actually needed today. Never in my time of being a client of this pharmacy has this ever happened. This pharmacy has seriously gone downhill.

Go to the Shoppers on Huron St, this pharmacy looses prescriptions gives people the wrong prescription and still uses fax machines to get prescriptions from doctors which inevitably they do not get. This pharmacy needs to be shutdown asap.

GIANT illuminated sign on the front of building says "OPEN TILL 10PM" But they are actually closed hours before that! IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE THE HOURS YOU HAVE TO CJANGE THE SIGN!

Shop here as an absolute last resort. Being forced through the fragrance department to enter the store shows how little shoppers actually cares about their customers.

1 hour 36 min to fill a prescription.
They took it, scanned it and said it would be a 20 minute wait. They had a little flury of customers after that so I waited. An hour later they said they couldn't find my order. They apologised and said they would get on it right away. I am the only customer sitting here. I have video! Oops now there is one more. There are three people behind the counter and it's been another 29 minutes and I am still waiting. I had specifically asked if the meds are in stock, they had verified yes.

Went for passport photos.had to get them redone somewhere else due to shoppers not meeting the qualifications necessary for passport photos

New owners fired previous owner staff and new staff are not even close to the previous customer service so I changed pharmacies.

Watch this place I went to pick up prescription the young girl went to charge me full price with my benefit plan. When I asked what's going on she told me my plan was terminated. After calling my insurance I found out it was active. Went back second time and she put it through again and it worked. Makes you wonder if they try this on purpose and pocket the money

I’ve been to this pharmacy just once, as a tourist in Stratford. I grabbed some Tylenol, then wandered into the cosmetics area looking for a product I’ve had trouble finding. This store didn’t have it, either, but thanks to an extraordinary young sales person named Yasmin, I left with other products that are perfect for me. Yasmine was helpful, not pushy, and very patient. I hope the store managers appreciate her!

Terrible pharmacy. The last three prescriptions I've had to fill have been a disaster. I call ahead to make sure they have it and are going to fill it. I show up later than the time they say it will be ready only to find out they haven't even started to process it. If you try to call the pharmacy, you have to wait on hold for a very long time before you get through. This is a very frustrating pharmacy to deal with and I will be switching to another.

On hold for 10 minutes trying to refill a SIGNIFICANT medication refill. Stupid system online IS NOT updated so it ISNT easier and faster, actually the opposite. Over the phone, just asks you to enter RX number but doesn’t tell you it was ordered until you go through the whole process again. What a waste of time! What is wrong with this world? ! Such simple things shouldn’t be SO difficult! Come on!

I always had confidence in this pharmacy but two days ago I went to pick up my prescription and there was a long line. Not only that, it seemed there was mayhem behind the counter. The staff that I normally deal with looked overwhelmed and a tad angry. I suppose Paul has left. Too bad. Not a very good atmosphere at all.

I called so many times to get help to answer a few questions and got thrown off their waiting telephone que 6 times. Horrible service.

Tomorrow I will pick up my final prescription from this store. It has been my pharmacy since we moved to Stratford 7 years ago. On MANY occasions, the staff (2 in particular) have been rude and condescending. Once I was chastised for not following the arrows when I picked up my medication and attempted to enter the area that sells Diet Coke! No one was there…it didn’t even matter! This week proved to be the last straw. There are many other options in town!

Horrible service. Ordered some medication that they didn't have in stock. Took one day to get it in and they stuck it in a drawer and forgot about me altogether. It is medication that I needed for post op care. 3 days later I call to find out where my order is and they have no clue. I explained it is for post op care. They said they are very busy. The response was "We will 'try' to get it to you". After 3 days, being too busy to give post operative medications to a suffering patient is inexcusable and disgusting service. No empathy for my pain at all. The manager needs to be fired. I'll be contacting head office to discuss compensation for my unnecessary pain incurred by their horrible service.

A few of the pharmacy staff are plain old rude. Not helpful. Not friendly. Especially a lady with short, curly hair, mid 50s. She should not have a job in customer service. RUDE.

Booked a rapid covid screening three weeks ago for tonight, and the pharmacy staff were rude when bringing out their book saying that the name wasn't on the list. Even after confirming the phone number, they were unaccomodating and would not provide the screening even though the mistake was 100% theirs.

Since they added a tiny grocery section, this is a great spot to pick up basics. Same prices and points as zehrs but within a 5 minute walk of Inn at Rosehurst bnb.
