Tri Bui is a great pharmacist, and always looks after my medical needs perfectly, and this place as a retail location for groceries and toiletries has made big improvements over the years. I’m revising my score from a 1 to a 5. Great work!

Definitely not a best pharmacy to select for your proscriptions to deliver.unprofessional and rude people working in pharmacy department.

Extremely rude and aggressive pharmacists. There was an old disabled man trying to get help but he was just ignored by the pharmacists. They then proceeded to shout at the people trying to get someone to help him. Shameful. Don’t give this place your business.

I always go here for makeup products and i do like that there are a lot of brands.but the staff are really unfriendly and the person who works for the beauty boutique kept showing up every 2 mins from each door to check up on me.this made me really uncomfortable because she wasnt helping or anything she was just staring to see if i was up to anything: (

Bought a presto card here and the cashier didn’t load the card but yes took my money. Because no money was loaded the card is deactivated. Terrible customer service

This shoppers in the closest to my home so i always end up going here but that’s about to change.whenever i go into the cosmetics area to stock on my faves i always get harassed by staff and security.i was picking out an eyebrow pencil and this security guard did 9 laps (i counted) staring at me pretending to look at nail polishes to make sure i wasn’t stealing.mind u, i’m a young black girl so you already know they’re racist and they think every young person steals.i have a job thank u very much i can afford a $10 item.the vibe is just off and they are all snappy.horrible horrible horrible.they made me feel less than.like if i’m going to spend hundreds of dollars at a store at least give me DECENT respect.hate this location, never going there again and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there especially if you’re a person of colour.i would give it 0 stars if i could.

Bought 2 Canadian Tire gift cards from this location for xmas presents and both weren't loaded. Now getting run around from Shoppers - not their responsibility even though funds were given to this store and have receipt showing payment.

I don`t know if this ever happened to you but this store sold me a fake Gift card and never accept it to take it back.
I can provide all the information to anybody who is interested to follow up.

Wonderful customer service from Jennifer at the pharmacy. Polite, helpful and patient with me and my young children.

They never pick up the phone. And the cashiers act like they own the store for they don’t accept printed coupons

I really like this SDM. The best part is Steve, the pharmacist. He is highly competent, very motivated to deliver excellent customer service, and very reliable as an advisor. Another thing I like about him is that he is a kind person. I feel fortunate to be his customer.

They basically like to waste your time by putting wrong prices/promotions on the wrong items and do not honour their mistakes. There's no point trying to reason with them as you'll only end up with a headache in the end.

Pharmacists on duty rate from excellent (Steven) to lazy & useless.
No cashiers
Moved my prescriptions to a competitor. Suggest you all do the same
