I came into the store looking to buy an Apple TV that was on sale in the flyer. I see one unit in the glass shelf behind the register listed at full price, so I politely ask the lady at the register if she can do a quick price check on it. Instead of taking 10 seconds to check the price, she says in a rude manner “thats the price” (referencing the incorrect sticker price). I then show her in the flyer it’s listed for significantly less, and she says “we don’t price match the online price”. I told her I’m not trying to price match, I just want the item at the price stated in the flyer, and she still refused. Instead of arguing further I just walked out of the store. Congratulations to this lady for losing my business.

Probably the worst shoppers pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Rude and neglectful staff that do not provide any important information for new medications. If the pharmacist is reading this, you need to evaluate and train your staff for both what they’re legally responsible to do, as well as how they treat customers.

If u want to call to talk to a pharmacist about your medication or your prescription be prepared to be hung up on I was hung up on three times while being on hold each time for a good 15 minutes at leastthr lady when she finally answered was nice after I said I was beginning to think nobody was working but other than that be prepared to be calling over and over again

I would give this Shopper's pharmacy zero stars if I could! This is a horrible pharmacy, with awful customer service. I came across the most rudest and Ill-mannered pharmacy assistant "Kris" who not only gave me attitude but walked off on me while serving me because she didn't know what was going on and called upon her colleague to assist me. Please train your staff to show empathy towards their customers. Many people are facing difficult times, let alone facing horrible people to add a cherry on top. I will have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Thanks for the horrible customer service

Why does this shoppers think they are too good for the phone? I have stayed on the phone with 40 mins, walked in and see the girl pharmacist assistant (middle Easter one) place my call on hold and then respond to her personal phone messages. Too busy to pick up the phone for work but available to respond to her WhatsApp messages while cashing customers out? I then asked without her knowing it was me calling the pharmacy line, why aren’t you picking up the phone and she responded “they don’t care here too, it’s pharmacy so we don’t have to answer the calls”

This pharmacy is one of the worst Shoppers Drug Mart franchises. The people working in the dispensary ignore phone calls which could mean life or death to some people, and if that's not bad enough, they hang up the phone on you after keeping you in hold for over an hour waiting to speak with someone. They also do a great job of ignoring you when you're standing in front of them as well. I would have given them zero stars if I could've.

The supervisor manager Anita needs some training. She admitted this. She advised she did not know where to find in their policy that prices online are not the same as in-store. She said “I’m sure it’s somewhere in the fine print …we haven’t been trained on where it is”. She did not acknowledge how a customer would not know that if SHE also could not find this “fine print “, no apology or smile before she even greeted me. I was not angry or rude and she made me feel like I should be coming into the store for the item regardless of the price. I think if she said sorry we weren’t able to help you and that she’d take this as feedback and share would have made a huge difference. If management is going to enforce policy it’s important they know what the policy is. She told me to take it customer service, I told her it’s Easter and I came in for this gift for my kids today as the website noted “ We're sorry, this item is temporarily out of stock online. Please check back later or find in store “. No help in the moment from this store.

Pharmacy is a disaster, Poor management, Un-organized, had to stay more than 10 mins searching for the medicine, needs more management attention, Updated Its not only the pharmacy, we went to take photos and met the manager "Anita" she said that you shouldnt be wearing white shirts, went back changed and when we were back she said sorry the customer service is on break, on another day same thing wanted to take a photo, same manager said sorry Kiosk is not working, Honestly I havent seen customer service this way, Avoid this branch

The worst pharmacy in the region. Coming here is the most frustrating experience. They lose information. Are extremely rude. Have no compassion. Everyone that works here seem miserable and need to take training in customer service. I have two insurances and for some reason they always have issues running my prescription through their system. It’s so frustrating to come back and have to submit a claim when literally every pharmacy does. They are not helpful at all even when going over the medication. Cannot stress this enough you are better off literally driving to another city for another pharmacy then coming here

I just wanted to check the prices of some products without tags. A simple thing like that took forever, I was there walking around begging to them, and they just said to wait… finally showed up a lady in the cosmetic department, however she was just worried about her horrible makeup, talking with other randomly people and I was there… waiting still. I had to leave. Nobody told me the prices of the products. Seems like this store doesn’t want my money. Plus very dirty, looks like some products are there for a while, covered with dust.

I call and ask for medication for my asthma I have to take daily. Two weeks later, I drop by to try and pick it up. Turns out the prescription was out - and the pharmacy neither told me I had to contact doctor for refills.or get the refill for me.

Thanks shoppers, for not providing me daily meds I need to live!

The pharmacy staff are so rude at this location it's insane. My prescriptions are expensive, and I have to submit documentation to my benefits for reimbursement. I called to see if they can email me a copy of my prescription receipt, and the person i spoke with (when you can actually get them on the phone!) was SO rude. She tried to argue with me about not being able to assist me because it's confident information. I provided all info, necessary, and explained this is time sensitive, and I work 30 mins away.and the response I got was, I can only fax it to a shoppers and you can pick it up there. I had it faxed over, only for the other shoppers to be accommodating and email it to me as requested.since my email is on my profile. Not to mention, last time i asked them to fax my doctor for a prescription refill, I followed up twice with my own doctor after stating they haven't received anything.only to call back a 3rd time in a week and a half and one assistant at this pharmacy told me they didn't even have a fax number for my doctor! How have you been faxing my doctor for over a year, then say you've sent 2 faxes then state there isn't even a number on file!? Ridiculous!

Waited 2 hours for medication!? ! Are you kidding me? There was an asian pharmacist or tech working today at around 6 pm with short hair and glasses and she rolled her eyes at me when she saw me return after an hour.

so pleasant and friendly in his tone. He should be praised. Not the asian lady with the short hair and glasses. You are in medical care, there’s a certain level of bedside manner that people expect.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. They never pick up the phone, order is never ready when they say it will be. Huge lineups. Wrong prescriptions/doses given out. No one seems to care about anything at this location. I'm going to be switching to another pharmacy.

EDIT: 11 months later still no one picks up the phone. Not even the regular customer service line.

I’ll be reporting this pharmacy. No customer service or care. Was picking up medication for a family member who urgently needed medication prescribed after being released from the hospital- they asked us to come back in an hour- we came back in 80 min- hadn’t even started. Had the worst experience at the beauty boutique. Went in to buy the men’s perfume sample set. I picked up the sample set from the front of the store to take it to the full size perfume are to check out the scents before purchasing. The employee her name was Kesia came over to us and took the sampler from us not allowing us to hold the product that we wanted to purchase. We ignored it went to the counter to purchase the set. There was a special today for redeeming points (50000 = $65) how ever kesia refused it until another employee told her we were correct and gave us the $65 off. Side note if your a regular shopper at the beauty boutique you know that they give you samples with every purchase, when we asked kesia she refused to give us samples. Through out the whole shopping experience we felt as if we were being judged and treated as if we had right being there.

Hate to come here or call, what was the point of going to school spend all that money to become a pharmacist. But not help people Shame on you and the people who runs this place. They make you wait over the phone over 30 mins when come on the phone instead of being apologetic they hang up on you wow. You should be ashamed of your self to be behind pharmacy.

Continually mess up my refills and does not have enough staff or systems to keep things running smoothly. I will be transferring to any competitor.

Edit: another day of a large pick up line. I have now transferred my script elsewhere.

This shoppers drug mart is the worst one ever! The customer service team doesnt know basic criterias of customer service. Leave alone pharmacy team which has worst reviews. Today i received a note from canada post saying my package will be returned if not picked (we got the letter today) and i tried to call them as i wanted to know the status. Noone answered i drove to their store with the note. My drive was faster than them answering! I reached there and asked the post office rep that noone answers their call. She said she did not hear the phone ring. Ok fair enough. I showed her the letter and asked a basic question of who the sender was - she kept saying I dont know. You are the post office how can u not know sender and receiver? I still asked her another question ok so how do i know what package it was. Shes like you cant know. So m this customer here received a letter for a package under my name and i dont know who it was from? Nor what type of package it aas? Then she said its a letter after asking her other set of questions. She hands me a note saying this is the number u enter on website to get information. If ur giving me the tracking number you definitely have access to the information! There was no willingness to assist from this rep. She kept saying i dont know. I don’t understand if people dont want to work why do you hire them! Just absolutely ridiculous

I dont think i can give any better the kind of customer service i got was insulting the bueaty boutique representative penny had no manners what so ever. She couldn't say a word of politeness which is awful. The way she treated me i would give this shopper a minus in stars. The pharmacy is the worst I've experienced. I don't know how many workers there are but when I try to call to see if my prescription is ready I can easily be on hold for an hour, if not longer. When I do get ahold of someone I get to ask maybe one question and then I'm hung up on. I understand they could be busy, I've worked retail and it's horrible to be super busy and then get calls but this is a whole new level. For my most recent prescription they had to contact my Doctor and my Doctor is usually very on top on this kind of stuff but it's been a week and nothing. This normally takes maybe 3 days. Even if my prescription was ready I highly doubt I would even be contacted. I don't want the management team or anyone to leave a comment saying "we don't want this experience for our clients, call so and so number", I want change and so do many others. Hire more workers and if you can't, figure out a system to make the experience better. This has been going on before the pandemic so that isn't to blame here.edit: I waited on hold for 2 hours and then hung up. Afterwards I called my Doctor and after more than a week they hadn't even gotten a prescription request from the Shoppers. Ridiculous.

Edit 2: I see management responded to my review with "we're sorry for the experiences, please call so and so number" after I had specifically said I didnt care for that response. It shows they dont care and that they dont even read the full review. Again this shoppers is ridiculous

I wish I could give zero stars for the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. I went to the pharmacy with my toddler on Monday morning to get her a flu shot. I checked the Shoppers website ahead of time and it said this location has flu shots in stock and they accept walk-ins for flu shots. When I asked the lady working in the pharmacy about this, she told me they don’t have them in stock and they do flu vaccines on Wednesdays, so I said “Your website says you have them in stock” and, in an annoyed tone, she repeated the exact same thing again so I asked “You only do flu shots on Wednesdays? Your website says you accept walk-in patients” and, without hesitation, she immediately called the next customer in line! I was absolutely shocked at her complete disregard for my questions and experience with their store. I’m in customer service and I would never treat someone like this! How about “I’m sorry about that. Our website says that? I’ll look into it and make sure we update it. ” She must be fed up of people asking about flu shots. Don’t worry, I won’t set foot in your store again.

Went to collect my prescription today… got for 3 months … recalled before leaving the store that my prescription would be changed and I wouldn’t need for all 3 months. Just for that I had to be belittled… with choice of words like “ check the time she got her prescription “ like I was lying “ we did you a favour “
Cannot take a chance with this pharmacy for my medication that cannot be missed for a day!
Me and my family are leaving and never recommending them to anyone.
Very rude and unprofessional staff and they get away with it!

The experience was so bad, I actually bothered to put in the few minutes to review this place. I'll allow you to draw your own conclusions. Prescription was directly sent as an urgent request to this location 2-3 hours prior.

Upon arrival, I was advised it'd be another hour before it'd be ready. Coming back after an hour, I was told it was ready, but it'd just take "a minute" for the pharmacist to verify it. 30 minutes of standing directly next to the counter later, I checked in again, and caught the previous person off-guard with the statement: "oh, you're still here? Uhh. The pharmacist said it's fine, but you need a consultation. Just one minute. "

After another 30 minutes of standing directly next to the desk, after the 3rd prompt by the pharmacist-assistant, the pharmacist on duty looked me straight in the eye for several seconds, frowned, then continued on with whatever she was doing on her computer.

To be clear, I didn't raise a fuss, didn't raise my voice, and spoke calmly - A drug store is no place to be creating a "Karen-esque" scene. I understand that things can get busy in a retail environment, but setting expectations and acknowledging shortfalls keeps everyone in the loop.

Trying to stare me down after patiently waiting a total of 4-5 hours for a prescription marked urgent, just seems like a jerk move.

Finally, I have no interest in spending 30 minutes to call a national call center to lodge a formal complaint that will go into the ether and result in no benefit to me.

Visiting on and off for many years. I can say this is one of the worst pharmacy in Milton. They only win by the strategic location. I think the main problems is the employees who most of them works only for a paycheck. Line up always long, mistakes with the order happens a lot, delivery many times missed and untraceable, rude stuff or don't bother to take time explaining the meds. Sadly, if they are too busy already, a little chance they will bother to improve the service.

The pharmacy is terrible here. Every time I go there, it’s always something. They treat you as if you are an inconvenience and don’t explain anything properly. Never mind calling them; you will NEVER get a hold of anyone, no matter what time you call. I’m that disappointed that I’m going to be getting mine and my family’s prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Worst place to buy or deal with them. I have to send a parcel. I reached their @3: 50 PM. They refused to get the parcel and they said it will take us more time to complete it. They will close it @ 4 PM and your parcel will take more than 10 minutes to process. Its less than 2 minutes job. Highly un professional altitude. And both staff were saying we won't take any more person in queue because people have the bad habits to do thing at the end of the day.

7 staff behind the counter at the pharmacy. No one attending the lines or the phone. Appointment for rapid test rejected after an hr. Because I ask how much longer it would be. Very rude and put words in my mouth saying it was for return to work.

TL;DR I'll no longer visit this pharmacy; you might want to do the same.

After countless blunders over the past year, I'm no longer going to this pharmacy.

For tonight's episode, I received a flu shot notification saying that the location had supplies available. I drove over to the store only to be turned away because it was outside of flu shot hours (Hiba stated that it was 12: 00 PM to 7: 30 PM, as set by the manager) and that I needed to call ahead next time.
When I inquired further and asked again about their flu shot hours, they provided slightly different hours than what they told me just minutes prior. I pressed on until they admitted there were no formal flu shot hours and that it was by "feel". Also, the other pharmacist there said I didn't have to call ahead.

Further to this, they weren't up to date on the ages the allowed to give the flu shot to (used to be 5 years and older, now 2 years and older). I was also told that I wasn't eligible as it was for ages 65 years and older; but that was not stated in Shoppers' link to the formal flu shot eligibility requirements.

I should note that the guy infront of me was waiting for almost 2 hours for his prescription. When he asked if it was ready, they asked his name again, reached on-top of a counter that hadn't been touched for the whole time I was there and found his prescription. It was ready for some time, but they kept telling him it wasn't ready in all their confusion.

Finally, while I was there I asked about the prescription I had auto refilled days prior. They looked at the computer screen confused as to why it wasn't ready.

Keep in mind this is just one visit. I've had countless negative experiences with this pharmacy since moving to Milton. I'm going back to my previous pharmacy at Third Line and Dundas in Oakville. That team was always on the ball.

If you come to the store, most time have a very long line up. Anytime of the day.
They also claimed to insurance companies on higher prices compare to other pharmacies. If I can give "0" star, I would!

Pharmacy is understaffed and some of the staff are plain rude. Meds have not been ready even when ordered days in advance and the service is otherwise awfully slow. Its hard to get anyone on the phone and the automated call-in service is faulty. I suggest you find another pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacy in Milton! I'll give Zero star if I could.
Pharmacy staffs don't care about your prescriptions / refills. Staffs only care about their paycheck than your health. I often experience employee who picked up phone doesn't even care about the issues. Giving attitude acted as she's the owner of the store who doesn't care to any comments nor issues, as this location is already very busy.
Had too many incidents with this location!
Stay away from this location, or you'll regret it!

Absolutely the worst. The last straw. Always had trouble here over the last year - would call ahead to fill prescription and arrive later to pickup and they can't find it or it's not ready. Staff can't do simple math and try and only fill 1 month to exploit dispensing fees. Today though I've tried calling for past 2 days and put on hold for 20 minutes each time to refill a prescription. No answer. Call store to and speak w manager who walks over to connect me. They answered and then hung up on me. Never again

Its worst pharmacy. It took them 50 minutes to do only one covid-19 vaccine and trust me there is no one on line or ahead. Kudos to Pharmacist Hiba for awesome job!

I arrived at this pharmacy very late coming from the Emergency Dept.at Milton hospital. Hiba was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond figuring out the details of my ambiguous prescription and getting it filled right away even though it meant staying late. Thank You!

Sad to see the poor customer service at this location. Recently tried to book an appointment for a COVID rapid test as advertised online and staff wasn’t prepared for this, no information and generally not available to book ahead, they are always “too busy”.
Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

The pharmacy at this location offers the worst service, don’t waste your time in this one.
Not enough employees, slow service and plus they don’t have idea how to proceed un COVID test.
In general, By the phone or in person they are not prepared.
