We went there for my 4 year old daughter covid vaccine! This location offers covid vaccine for 6 months and older. At the moment I gave them her name, a lady said “if she cries, we wont give her the vaccine”! I was shocked! And after a few minutes, she was talking to her manager and said I wont do the kids vaccination because of a bad experience. IN FRONT OF US!
We had really bad experience with them.
Not recommended for kids vaccination!
Extremely rude.
We will defenitly follow this issue with the manager.

I was trying to buy hair cut man machines.
I planed to spend 300 $ points here.
I was checking the machine lay mentioned me you have to buy by picture.
If i want to buy by picture ill buy from amazon one third of your price.

This location near me is the only place that carries Chanel and Tom Ford perfumes, and I have been here several times to buy cosmetics.
Every time for checkout I have experienced very unpleasant feelings with every salesperson in the cosmetics section considering that I am also an employee at Shoppers (but in another branch) and I use product discounts on my optimum card, they always ask me for a lot of documents to prove my identity, while in most Shoppers branches, self-checkout has been set up and it is not necessary to show proof of identity. The sellers of the cosmetic section are very rude and seem like they want to catch a thief. Even the way they look at you is very insulting and every time I go shopping, it really makes me sad. I hope the management will take care of it.

I was there to fill a vaccine prescription on Monday. I spoke to the pharmacist Nasim Tavakolianarki who told me she would text me when it was ready. By Thursday I never got a reply. So I went back. The prescription was ready (even though I never got a reply) and they inform me that it would cost 20$ for the pharmacist Nasim Tavakolianarki, same lady, to give me the shot. I told her she should have told me Monday it would cost me 20$. She started yelling at me saying YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED. How was I supposed to know to ask? It was my second dose of a vaccine where I was not charged for the first one. Nasim Tavakolianarki Was extremely rude. I would not recommend this shoppers if you want to be treated like a human being.

The absolute BEST pharmacy experience I've had in years! Went to this pharmacy earlier this evening to fill prescription for some anti-viral Covid medication which has numerous serious drug interactions. Nika went out of her way to contact our regular pharmacy for list of current medications, researched each medication for possible adverse interaction and then explained how to properly take the anti-viral medication. She was extremely thorough and took the time and care that most pharmacists and doctors don't take time to do. Thank you, Nika! We will be switching pharmacies thanks to you!

Shoppers drug mart. Please please please retrain this woman. She is so unprofessional it’s upsetting. She follows me around the store EVERY time I come in, while she allows others to stroll around without being surveillances. She also has told me she will not be giving me any samples as I did not make a purchase of more than $50. After purchasing something for $50 just to make a dig, she then expressed to me that I was too poor to afford the actual product. Everyone else’s is amazing, but she needs to be retrained it actually sad

Went to this pharmacy last night just after 7: 00 pm for a medicine in short supply. The Asian woman (work inside the pharmacy counter) was extremely impatient and dismissive. All I wanted to know was what would be the best times for "first come first serve" but her only answer was "I don't know", even with question what's the weekly delivery schedule.
Hope her attitude does not represents other employees in this location, as a Chinese I often get the rudest treatments by people sharing the same language. Definitely should have asked a different person LOL.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received from this location.
Mr. Fai Lo and His staff are very helpful in answering questions for all of their customers questuons and concerns and even just talking about ones day to day life! Fai and his staff are just very pleasant people overall and just visiting this location makes a person's day just that much better! I recommend to visit this location for all your pharmaceutical and shopping requirements!

Cannot recommend the use of this pharmacy at present. They do not have procedures in place to reliably check their voice messages for prescriptions.

Two prescriptions in a row were called in in the middle of the day, yet we’re missed by the pharmacist until we showed up several hours after opening the following day attempting to pick up only to be told they had no idea about the prescription. They didn’t check the machine at the end of the day it was called in nor did they check it at the beginning of the next day. Both times this resulted in delays in dispensing and unnecessary waiting. As a prescriber myself, this is not an acceptable way of dealing with prescriptions and I would hesitate to call in prescriptions to this location. While it’s understood that anything urgent involve a discussion with the pharmacy team, one would think that half a day, store closing, and store opening the next day would trigger a review of the messages but that isn’t happening with enough consistency, ie without exception, which should be the standard. Or at least a disclaimer on the message citing the store’s frequency of reviewing.

On the odd chance this is read, I would encourage the pharmacy team to reply explaining how they plan to fix this as it seems easy enough to do. There should be procedures in place to have messages reviewed periodically through the day and certainly at close/open.

Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Short lady with glasses always ignores you and pretends to be so busy, and speaks with you like you are nobody without say hi and etc. Tall lady is very rude over the phone and in person. Only the manager was polite and resolved my issue. They refused to give me the refill of my medication because they have a new dose of my medication which doctor sent a month ago but I kept taking the dose I was before as my blood work was ok the doctor told me to be on my previous dose as I had a refill. But the tall lady didn’t even try to listen to me, she just kept telling me that my dose is different despite my doctor told me to be on my current dose. They make me feel anxious and very disappointed. I was with this pharmacy more than 10 years and never had any problems. This was my last time. I never come back. I’m a nurse and such kind of people should not work in a medical field because they don’t have empathy to people at all. Never pick up phone, I had to call since morning till evening. When finally they pick up the phone, I was put on hold, so I decided to go there with my phone on hold to show them how long does it takes to reach them. Never say sorry. This bad experience started during the last year with a new staff, especially short lady is very unprofessional in terms of everything.

Customer service at the pharmacy is really bad. Having a couple of questions about my prescription, I called and was rudely and abruptly put on hold and disconnected after 6 minutes. It being a health related issue and having this very pharmacy refill queries I called back again and the same female voice extremely abruptly put me on hold without even actually speaking to me.and it’s 18 minutes now and counting and I am still on hold. Extremely rude and disappointing. You need to check and see what your staff is up to on this afternoon of 15th October at around 5: 00pm unless of course you don’t care too. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
