Won't even match your own online price for the same location. Manager and employee working at 8: 30pm tonight (11/13/23) was rude and only said they dont do it, no reason why they don't match their own store online.
I'll shop elsewhere (WM) where the prices are regularly cheaper, and your sale prices are the almost the same as their regular prices!

Raphael, the pharmacist provided amazing service. I came in for a recommendation for an over the counter product. He went the extra mile to not only explain how it works but that it “interacted” with my other medication & he was able to provide me with an alternative. I highly recommend his service!

On the of the staff at the beauty section was rude when she answered my question about a product! Even with out an eye contact!

I know everybody hates this location but I've always found it convenient and I can get what I need quickly. Just do self checkout.

Some of the newer female clerks at this post office need training particularly with money orders. I have been buying money orders here for more than 10 years and only this year have encountered problems. Now you require special documentation to buy a money order even though it states right on the Canada Post website that a health card is sufficient. Yet they refuse to process the transaction. This has happened three times now and this store is a complete joke!

Staff finally made eye contact after waiting to check on rx. Hospital faxed Rx but not received. Pharmacy debated genuineness of RX from Markham Stouville Hospital. Pharmacy stated post op meds would be ready in ONE hour.
Guess it is time to find another pharmacy

The pharmacy is rude and ridiculous waiting hours waited an hour for perception they had sent to them they informed me was a problem but did nothing on their end other pharmacy stated their was no problem. Had caused arguments with me and other customers infront of children I my self will never go back to that location.

I’ve tried to be patient when this pharmacy took new ownership. However this pharmacy went from 5star to 1star very quickly. They never have enough staff. No one answers the phones. There are a few good employees but the change in ownership and I’m assuming management has made this department a big thumbs down! Do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I arrived at the perfume counter at 10: 20 am today on Feb 28 2023 with marjorie, who was working at the perfume counter, was not only rude and condescending, but also completely unhelpful. Upon entering the perfume area i was immediately met with a condescending and rude attitude from her. She did the bare minimum by asking if "I needed help" and did so with a very rude and unwelcoming tone from the other end of the perfume area, she did not bother to listen to my response and didn't bother to ask me to clarify myself as she remained far at the other end of the perfume isle and just walked away. When I asked for assistance in finding the perfume test cards, she only gestured them out with an unwelcoming face and rude hand gesture. To make matters worse, marjorie was also watching YouTube videos on skincare at a loud volume, completely ignoring me and her job responsibilities. As it turns out, marjorie is not just an employee, but also the manager of this location. I find it extremely concerning that a manager would treat a customer in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner and watch youtube videos whilst doing so. Very laughable. Overall, my experience at this store was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality customer service as this is the behavior of the managers at this location. I will not be returning.

I came to my regular shoppers this morning to cash some lotto tickets that have been piling up. Approx 40 tickets, all scanned winners and signed. The lady at the cash was SO RUDE! First telling me she wont scan them unless i already have scanned them at the self scanner. Then telling me that she was too busy to scan them (there was hardly anyone in the store). Then reluctantly starting to scan them well telling me that if a customer comes for help that she'll stop helping me to help them. THATS PART OF YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS! There were very few customers in the store.
I told her to just give me my tickets back and I'll go elsewhere and got even more attitude.
I told her to lose the attitude to which she responded "NO"
I then had a few choice words for her as I walked out of the store.
It seems as though the employees feel that just because there is self checkout now that they don't have to help customers anymore. This is pathetic

Treated like a criminal when buying baby formula of all things! In the future I will be going to one of the nearby local-owned pharmacies.

A family member needed a covid booster shot to be allowed into treatment. Without it rehab would have refused treatment. The pharmacy staff were so compassionate and caring and gave a booster shot at short notice without a appointment. THANK YOU so much for your care. Wonderful service and thanks for going above and beyond to help us.

5 stars go to Ivan the pharmacist, who was helpful, and patiently answered all my questions. Did not stop there, he also made me understand all the alternatives.

Went in to buy items tag prices were different from scan prices and when brought up to supervisors they said we only honor scan price not tag price i brought up scanning code of practice only to get a response of we dont do that here then told to get the f out

Got our high dose flu shots via same day appointments. Efficient service. Only disappointment was you can’t book a day or more in advance. So call at 8 am opening to secure a 1: 00 pm start appointment.

Absolutely the WORST shoppers on the planet. Without. Avoid this place and go anywhere else!

Told me to come into the store for a rapid test and didn't do it when i got there. Waste of time and bad customer service.
