Yesterday i bought a presto card and the cashier mad a mistake for my monthly pass i came today and talked with Sara the Assistant manager and she made everything right and also refund me the charge she is a good heart woman yhank you Sara

If they have minus point in review I will go through -5 so I went for my prescription medicine I hand over first on the counter I ask do u have enough medicine she said yes and told me come back after 20 mins, even that I backed in 30 mins and after they said they don't have enough medicine and back order will get in 2 days I ask suki she is pharmist she Saif she can't do return back my prescription so I can get another location or arrange from other locations because my flight was next day. That's ridiculous service they waste my time and I was my neck pain and going around for medicine.

All my five stars review goes to Monica in the Beauty Department. She's really helpful. Goes extra miles to help and satisfy her clients. It was a first time for me and my wife and we both were extremely happy to talk to her over the phone and later on meet her and received her extra ordinary service ️. I was reading other negative reviews on pharmacy related to being little slow in service & products coming closer to expiry dates are being sold. About those I could only say there's always room for development. Management should seriously look into those. Thanks Monica

Lots of issues with the pharmacy and the customer service isn’t quick or nice. Prices keep going up for snacks and other stuff. Would not come here again.

I wonder why there is no fever medicine for kids.one pharmacist asked me to crush tylenol tablet and give to my 3 yr old. I don't know why this is happening in canada.

I don't believe that selling sunscreen lotions that are due to expire in couple days is a great idea. We put these products on our skin so it is almost like eating expired food.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the makeup counter lady. She is maybe 35-40 years old with short above shoulder black or dark brown hair. I came in to buy makeup. I know what I need so I just walked in with my boyfriend. The makeup specialist was staring me down multiple times. As a black women I felt very uncomfortable. I was wearing heels with a long dress and a tiny clutch but hey I look like theft. She CONTINUES to watch me down the AISLES and I just say screw it and end my shopping early to go to self check out. She CONTINUES to STARE at me while I check out. I got my receipt and walk back in to show her since she is so suspicious. I told her to stop staring at people shopping because it's very uncomfortable. Never would go here again. As a Canadian I'm embarrassed this behaviour is displayed in such a multicultural community. Shame

Terrible experience with the pharmacist, yelled at me out loud in front of other people about my test results, would leave 0 stars but 1 is minimum

The store itself is only kind of gross and run down. What was truly gross is how the pharmacist on duty tonight denied me a flu shot at 5: 40pm because she "did not want to open a new vial. " They close at 9pm.

The pharmacist & employees that work in that area are a joke. Too bad we can't give 0 stars. Just go somewhere else. Not many words for this one.

This review is only for the pharmacist which sounds arrogant, egoistic and discriminatory. Though I have an appointment for my booster doze, she intentionally kept me waiting for approximately 90 mins in the store just because I have previous vaccine record out of country (ALREADY REGISTERED WITH MHO VIA PEEL REGION PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT.). The pharmacist took other people first and not processed my booster doze (This feels like she did discrimination based on vaccine nationality). When other lady ask her why you did not take him first, in reply she (the pharmacist) said that “he has out of country vaccine and now coming here for booster so he can wait”!) I have already complained to the Shoppers Drug Mart customer care but yet to hear from them.
ALL OTHER PHARMACY STAFF WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL EXCEPT THE PHARMACIST ON DUTY
MUST AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was there for foundation and had no idea what is good for my problem skin. Iqra helped me to find out best foundation. She was very helpful.

This is a review of my wife's frustration with the pharmacy. Her requests specifically for certain medications to have expiry dates one year or more although acknowledged, and guaranteed by telephone with pharmacist, upon pick up this is not fulfilled. She is left frustrated to have her medication expired before complete use. Ventolin inhalers are for use when necessary request for dates one year or more should be heeded.

DO NOT go to this location for flu shot even though they state walkins are ok. Both there website & phone message state “walkins available” however they are not. I went on way home from work & was told “you need an appointment”! Total was of time & so frustrating!

The employee I encountered at checkout, the middle aged lady with glasses, was obviously new. And instead of admitting she had not had adequate training; she was arguing with me that I had the wrong coupon because the value of coupon did not match the price of the product. I have yet to hear a more ludicrous reason for rejecting a coupon at any of the sdms I have visited. Please train your employees before they set about ruining the shopping experience of your customers.

Travel to US, need to do a antigen test and called around and the shoppers drug mart at Meadowvale town center open until midnight and for COVID-19 test, no appointment needed, you can just drop in and the pharmacist has a sense of humour and really gentle in poking my nose and rubbing around. Recommend to everyone who needs testing.
