Few days back I went to get the prescription from this store, and I was fortune that I was being assisted by Nour. She was very helpful, kind and went beyond to help us in very professional and friendly manner. 5/5 to her service.

Scheduled a COVID test at 9 AM which got accepted by Shoppers and got confirmed on both email and SMS. Figure what? They don't do it there.

I recently got an offer on my Optimum card to go to purchase Esso gas cards. I went to this Shoppers Drug Mart because I was going on a long trip and bought $1,050 worth of gift cards. It has been a nightmare. I put my gas money into the gas cards and $350 of them so far have been turned down. I contacted the Loblaws office and did everything I was supposed to do, pictures of the cards, the receipts, and they said two of the $100 cards were redeemed. If they were redeemed they had already been when they were put on the Shelf in the store. They offered me $150 in optimum points. I want my $350 back. I will never buy another gift card at Shoppers Drug Mart. And I'd recommend that anybody else not buy any there either. I wanted to update here and let you know that Shoppers Drug Mart has now closed the case and I can tell you that it wasn't to my satisfaction. Just remember that when you buy Cards here. This is an update, and now out of the whole thing there has been $400 of the cards that did not work. Do not buy any gift cards at shoppers Drug Mart save yourself the stress

Amazing and very kind Pharmacist Nour AL Maghazachi and Christine.
She is is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to get information of any kind.
If her manager is seeing this review she needs a big raise.

Nour Al Maghazachi Is the best pharmacist. She is very clear and knowledgeable, easy to talk to. She explained everything to me and my mom about my brother pills. And she is super helpful. I definitely recommend anyone going to that pharmacy to always ask for her. Highly recommend

The pharmacy is amazing, in the literal sense that I am amazed at how disrespectful they are of their customers time and how brutal the customer service is.

If it is humanly possible for you to use any other pharmacy DO IT.

Went in for an injection yesterday because I got a phone call that both of my vials were in (great!), asked if I had to book an appointment, they said no I could just walk in, confirmed that along with the time I could do that over the phone they said I could walk in anytime (absolutely amazing!). So I show up for the time I confirmed on the phone to find out they only have one of my vials (that’s fine I guess, I’ll come back for the other one another time) and they also don’t have someone who can do my injection, they said “you should’ve booked an appointment”. Fine, I go home and book an appointment for 4 the next day they confirm that that’s perfect and they’ll be able to give me my injection that day when I walk in. So I come in at that time today “oh no we can’t do that now we’re busy” so I ask when they can they reply “15-20 mins” (the one girls condescending attitude was absolutely uncalled for and genuinely shocking in a customer service job). Anyways 1 hour goes by and she hasn’t even called the person she said needed to come in, my time has been wasted, I’ve been lied to, and they’re still treating me like I’m absolutely crazy. I have not left yet or received my injection and they continue to tell me 5 more minutes. This has been the most frustrating experience of my lifetime I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I went here to pick my medicine for acne and I was assisted by Fortuna Goitom - Pharmacy assistant who was very helpful and very quick. She did give me proper direction and didnt have to wait for too long to get my medicine.

Worst Pharmacy staff here. No one cares and they aren't personable at all. I'm always waiting for my prescriptions and there is always a mix up. Looking to switch to more suitable Pharmacist. I'm never happy with any of my experience with Pharmacy staff.

Selling a tester fragrance without stock, sign still on!? If you working with cosmetic you should have a sign on that you are out off stock before u Selling a sample. No apologies, no information when u gonna get or which shoppers has that. Not professional at all.

Exceptionally rude pharmacist on the phone. When I asked if the pharmacy had a particular drug in stock, she transferred me to merchandising without waiting to clarify what I requested. When I was transferred back, she said "sorry we don't have it in stock" and hung up on me before I could even get a word in!

Talk about horrible service.

Pharmacist did an in-depth consult with a couple on Boxing Day. Ok great!
But 30 minutes later…. All we needed was for the pharmacist to confirm the dosing amount and click a box on her computer.
Now in more pain (broken bones from an accident), this taking so much longer and multiple people getting agitated, finally got our medicine.
Only to realize they didn’t dispense the correct amount. So here we are out of pain medicine all because they didn’t look at the amount of medication in the bottle. All because the techs were wanting to be chatting together and rushed their job.
So unnecessary, and easily avoided. Oh wait, if everyone did their jobs properly, the checks and balances should have worked.
Do better for others.

I brought my children to get their flu shot. The pharmacist N Al-Maghazachi was amazing with my children! She was patient, kind, flexible and accommodating. She provided a safe space for my child who was extremely scared to have her needle. I would recommend

Staff in cosmetics are always welcoming and helpful. I recently had a very good experience with Zee. She was knowledgeable and had recommendations for me that were within my price range.

I booked an appointment here for the vaccine but waited for an hour to be called. The pharmacy was a mess.

I have been coming to this shoppers for the past ten years that we have lived in the area. Sadly, it just is not the same. The woman security guard followed me around from the time I enter the store until I left. It was almost as if she was trying to intimidate me. I feel uncomfortable coming in here anymore. The pharmacy is always so busy and the customer service is horrible. They never have anything in stock anymore either. I now take the extra few minutes and drive to the Ira Needles shoppers as they provide a much better shopping experience and no security guard following you around.

At first i was told that my file was not in the system, despite this location being where i get all of my prescriptions. Gagan was able to help me figure this out AND get my prescriptions refilled in under 30 minutes. He was an amazing help and I am so grateful!

My doctor called in a prescription and I needed it rush as I was leaving on a work trip. The team at Shoppers was great in accomodating this and got my prescription filled fast! Truly appreciated

My daughter and I visited the pharmacy here and we dealt three fantastic people in the pharmacy: Sam, Tricia and Nour! We were there for an antigen test for our cruise travel and they were supper friendly, efficient and personable! Thank you for your efforts!

Why the heck do you say you closed at 12am and I came at 11 45 and there security tells me the shoppers it's closed, he said they'll be closing early now, well advised others, so we don't waste out freaking time at this hour. I believe it's says there meddle night and 11 45 wasn't middle night yet.

This Shopper's location has such a helpful Pharmacist! Nour was incredibly kind and supportive. She made sure I was taken care of when I was in stressful situation.

Stopped at pharmacy to pick up my preordered (and ready for pick up) prescription, only to stand in line 15 minutes and still nobody would help. 4 people behind counter and they kept saying someone be over soon. Had to leave without prescription otherwise i would be later for my child’s sports

Every time I’ve come here to get a script filled they tell me it’s going to be however long they need. No problem, except I show up usually well after that time usually twice as long or an hour or so after and they don’t even start getting it ready untill I’ve stood here for 20 minutes. Maybe if they had less cracked out people wasting everyone’s time they would be able to move faster. Needless to say I’m going to start using a different location or pharmacy all together.

I was browsing the fragrances and immediately noticed the woman at cosmetics was constantly asking if we needed anything and then non-conspicuously called security over to monitor us. The security guard as well as many other employees watched and followed us around the entire store. I was completely minding my own business but was being treated as if I was stealing. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I’m extremely disappointed that they would treat people this way for doing absolutely nothing to deserve it.

Absolutely disguising, I ran out of medication for I was unable to get in touch with my Dr, even so he advised to get a hold to the pharmacy and asked for them to provide me with two pills until my prescription was ready, I called and they agreed and said to come and pick them up but what was my surprise once I arrived they refused to provide any but until my prescription was sent back by my Dr. I have a decease related to my neck with some disks pressuring my nerves, I dealt with this woman (Filipina so you can identify) who was unsympathetic and rude, I overheard her saying to the pharmacist “ we cannot give him any right? We cannot do that, they also didn’t have my other medication, she didn’t apologize rather asked me to transfer my prescription into a different pharmacy. Thats the kind of people working in this place

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Never have they got something correct. They screw up every prescription we have. They call or text something is ready and when we get there, we wait 45 mins or longer and then they can’t find it. This has happened probably a dozen times. Anytime my doctor sends a prescription they can’t find it and then it magically appears but I have to come back in 2 hrs. These are just a few examples. The staff seems to ignore customers and not having a clue what they are doing. I’ve got the deer in headlights looks many times. I could go on, but it’s not like the pharmacy will do anything with this.

It is the best pharmacy with the best pharmacist Nour Al Maghazachi. She is very helpful and generous

With humor i am writing this review because no matter if your having the worst day or you feel like your at rock bottom or your happy, if your already feeling happy then it's 10 stars but no Matter who you are, what your problem is or medication your taking, you will not first of all be looked at dirty, you will be seen very quickly then respectfully spoken to with all your questions answered but she goes above and beyond her job. I feel like when I am walking to the back my mind is clear and just simple, the minute you enter pharmacy and if Nour is even behind the monitor I notice a different energy, from the staff (they look, they talk, they move,
so much happier you can see it in them. The customers lineup moves so fast but best of all you leave with wither a smile or laughing or something that has taken your thoughts of whatever your going through hard right now away. If I could I honestly would vote for her to be one of those who deserves back from all she does for others. Very professional you would never find me writing a review netter yet a long one like this, she is married and so am I it is not about emotions I simply want people to know this pharmacist is the top of the list of every single shoppers in waterloo kitchener and Cambridge. I have had to for 2 years now every day go into shoppers and I have been to 8 different shoppers and never have I found such organized professionalism and up most best people alive who actually care and it all stems from nour i belive. They all love her and I think whoever reads this will know what I am saying and my wife also has dealt with her on the phone and called her out on being the best one she's ever spoken to. Then I told her who it is and its just all too amazing I am never ashamed for my issues with her. Great everything NOUR I hope you rise to your fullest

I went to Shoppers to pick up my prescriptions as usually, but today I was attended by Nour. A pharmacist specialist who took care of me and did a review of all my medication that I am taking. She was very informative and helpful.

I went in today to pick up some prescriptions and the pharmacist (I believe his name was Gagan) went above and beyond for me. I have never felt so looked after by a pharmacist. I left with even more information (and peace of mind) than I could’ve asked for. I originally chose this pharmacy because of location convenience, but will stay thanks to the superb customer service I received today. Thank you to Gagan and the rest of the pharmacy team.
