There are a quite a few entitled trolls leaving poor reviews, some people need to get a life. Some customers want everything handed to them on a silver platter.

I have been picking up my medication as well as purchasing products from this location for the last fifteen years and have never had a poor experience. The staff in the pharmacy are some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to deal with.
Never have they messed of on any of my medications.
Very seldom have I had to wait a long time, I think 15 mins tops at most.
Shoppers staff don't listen to the trolls, they have no lives.

Please don’t bother with this pharmacy! Too many issues to list but I’m switching as this place is a mess!

Why close the store 5 minutes early? People were inside the store but the door was locked! The pharmacy is terrible! They never have anything ready! Avoid this location!

My boyfriend made the mistake of bringing his prescription here, the pharmacy team was made up of two students and and incompetent older white tall pharmacist with white hair, he took 1 hour to get ahold of the doctor and after doing so changed my boyfriends prescription from 20 Percocet's to only 6 telling him it would last a week, which by the doctors orders (take 2 a day as needed) would have never lasted a week.even after clearly being in obvious excruciating pain the pharmacy of 3 staff took 1 hour long and sabotaged my boyfriends prescription.

I had wonderful experience with this pharmacy and staff, love to come back at this location

Pharmacy kept charging and delivering medication a month after it was cancelled, despite a dozen calls and paperwork. This is both a monetary mistake as well as a safety concern. Apparently it was a system glitch and is being resolved. This isn’t a negative review on the people, but at least the glitch.

The pharmacy assistant wasn't very helpful and brushed me off, but the pharmacist later called to ask of I had any questions about my meds, and I appreciated that.

Worst experience of my life.
Staff member with short hair & glasses was yelling away at everybody to use Self Checkouts… I had cash so I had to go to the checkout, but she was beyond rude when I got to the checkout as it inconvenienced her to do her job.
Will not be come back.

I don't think I have ever seen a shoppers drug mart with an efficient pharmacy ever. The lady at cosmetics is super nice though.

Staff require sensitivity training in regards to LGBTQ clients. The sticker on your window means jack diddly if your staff have no clue what they're talking about.

I had a vaccine appointment at 2pm and an hour later they have still not done it while serving everyone else. There are 3 of us now waiting with appointments at 2: 00,2: 05 and 2: 30pm. None of us have been cared for at 3: 00pm

It is not very well maintained and often lacks employees. I hope that things will improve since they announced that the salaries will increase

This is the worst shoppers pharmacy I have ever been to. If I could rate lower then one I would but no option. There’s a few of the same people I have dealt with and wow they are so miserable and rude and it’s the same experience every time. There is ALWAYS a problem when picking up meds, they call me it’s ready and you get there and they’re scrambling to get it done and they are so clueless and all over the place it’s ridiculous. If you want your meds on time and good customer service I do not recommend this place at all.

Pathetic business will sum it up for me. They made a serious gift card error and told me at the point of purchase at their store they had activated a gift card when upon use same card was void. Let the nightmare begin with these guys, THEIR mistake, the numerous hoops we HAD to jump thru, four customer "support" calls with people who did not speak English as their native tongue, four store visits, eleven emails, and almost six weeks later. They did apologize for nothing for their employee who did this, and YES, we actually did get our money back after they screwed up and did this to us.

Called about my script told the person that answered what it was she said NO PROBLEM omg I was there an hour had so many problems hate to see what NO PROBLEMS MEANS

Been my pharmacy for years and they’ve always been great. I appreciate having my prescriptions delivered when I can’t get over there. Drivers are so friendly! The pharmacy assistants are excellent and customer service is superb. Thank you for all you do.

As I have given up on the Main and Sherman Shoppers store, I thought I would try this one. Same result, again, no stock on the flier sale items. Appears to be by design, just to get you to go into the store. I can't remember the last time I went into Shoppers to get a sale item and they had stock.giving 2 stars as the employees appear to be nice and sympathetic.

Not sure why but every single time I come to get my prescription they have to look for it for 20 minutes. Every single time! Also I always have to call them for refills, they are rarely done automatically.
