When walked in the older lady with glasses yelled saying we close in 2 mins and was really snotty about it not happy with them

Went in to fill a prescription today, and while I was picking up one of the staff (not even the staff member I was speaking to) decided to yell at me, from 20ft away, that my prescription wasn't covered. It felt very condescending and even like poor shaming, not okay shoppers. Not. Okay.

My father forgot his puffer at home on our travel to Ottawa.
Janet and the pharmacy on duty, went above & beyond in making sure my dad will have something to use.

Worst Pharmacy in Belleville. Only person waiting and told 1.5 hour wait to pick up a total of 15 pills from a prescription for the daughter from the Hospital

The Pharmacist is the worst and a nightmare to deal with. Very bad attitude and they don't seem to really care. Seem to only care about getting a pay check. Well worth find any other Pharmacy in this city than to deal with this place.

Amanda in beauty section is amazing at her job. We went to get a perfume today at shoppers and she is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She is the best worker with excellent customer service skills I have ever met at shoppers.

Let's just stand around talking and laughing. The pharmacy should be filling meds and doing work. What a joke

I would rather give minus! They have plenty of staff and i don’t know why they take so long to give the medication. Just 10 tablets, prescribed by their pharmacist. I was told to come back in half and hour later on i was told come back again after 10 more minutes. I told i have to go to work only to hear from the staff, well you can tomorrow tomorrow then.

The store is usually great. Good luck trying to book a vaccine booster app. It is impossible to book online as there are no available timeslots. I managed to get one, and waited a month for the app, but they couldn't find it in their system. Could have been me, but I was very sure I booked the correct location and time. Really disappointed, especially with the customer service provided by the bearded pharmacist.

The worst pharmacy. Shoppers is not sorry to hear about any of our experiences or it would have changed by now. I would suggest finding a pharmacy that cares. Every time i go there someone is being told " sorry were just working on that one now" which i believed the first few times, but they are playing everyone. Maybe try being honest.

Horrible pharmacy. Was told 2 prescriptions were ready. Went to pick them up, only 1 was. Was told to come back the next day. Did, wasn’t ready. Called multiple times after that and was finally told they were ready 5 days later. Went to pick it up, was told the system says I picked it up when I first tried to. So again, it wasn’t ready. Literally switching pharmacies tomorrow.

This is the worst Shoppers I've ever been to. The flyers prices, the online prices, and the stores prices NEVER match. Every time I show it to them, they say they can't do anything and the prices are always $5 higher (bare minimum) than the original cost on the flyers or on the website. It is absolutely infuriating to get there, thinking that you're going to get something on sale or for a certain price, only to be lured in by false advertising.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. I was the second in line and still waited 20 minutes. They faxed my refill request to my doctors old number multiple times so I went a week without my meds because they kept saying my doctor wasn't replying. I also once had a prescription faxed, showed up 1.5 hours later and it hadn't been taken off the fax machine and I was told there was no way they'd get it filled in the next hour before they closed. It would be one thing if it was just a routine refill but it was for a medication to treat an acute problem. I get everything healthcare related is insanely busy but hire more staff so you can provide adequate services.

I went to this Shoppers location a couple days ago for an eye cream and was greeted by Monika in the cosmetics department. She was friendly, informative and helpful. Today, I unfortunately had to return the cream due to my sensitive skin and again spoke to Monika. We discussed a new cream but she also provided me a free sample product to reduce the swelling on my eye and how to apply it. She was lovely to deal and would highly recommend this location.

When picking up prescriptions the process of insurance submissions does not always go smoothly.add to that the technical issues in the US mid west this week due to the weather and call centers overloaded one of the Pharmacy team members worked her way through IVR hell, brain numbing music on hold and then a barrage of questions to resolve an issue with my insurance claim. Total time invested was 1.5 hours.and the staff could not have been more helpful and apologetic for a situation that they had no direct responsibility for. This is not the first time I have observed the Pharmacy staff work miracles. Thank you!

My partner and I were always using Walmart as our pharmacy, we relocated and was much closer to shoppers, so happy we chose them, very professional, polite and efficient, will never leave them. Thank you so much Shoppers.

This place likes to tell you your order is ready and when you drive a half hour to pick it up they can't find it, or haven't started it. Even if you give them an extra day to do it.

Verify disappointed in the store on Sidney street walk in and there is no cleaner available to clean carts. I thought we were still in a pandamic and trying to stop the spread. They have already had cases of Covid at there store you think they would want to try and prevent more. Disappointed

This pharmacy has to be the worst run I have ever been to. They lose prescriptions - doctor’s office has to fax several times. I get a written prescription now because you can’t trust the pharmacy. It takes a week to fill a prescription. Then when you go in to pick up, it’s still not ready. I have stood in the huge line, and rudely told its not ready and come back another time. The staff always look angry. I will be switching to Costco when they come to Belleville.

Unfortunately there isn't an option for 0 stars or id leave that, Highly suggest not leaving your prescriptions or rely on them for anything to do with your medical condition. I decided to switch my prescription from the shoppers drug mart at the quinte mall to this one on the east end and i left it in the hands of one of their pharmacy team to do. I was advised it will be done the next day, well 2 weeks later i go in to refill my medication and apparently they never transferred my refills from the one at the quinte mall they failed to do their job. And at my time of arrival the other shoppers was closed which closes at 6pm that hardly leaves anyone with a job time to get home shower eat and get their medicine.so i had asked for them to do an emergency refill as the medication i needed is serious life threatening medication if i dont have it and i was told they can't do it they will call me tomorrow. So because of the negligence of their staff i have to pay the price with possibly my life. This shoppers drugmart can expect a lawsuit on their hands if anything happens to me from now until tomorrow after i get off work to have my medicine properly transferred to to a professional pharmacy that does their job so take this as a warning if your thinking of using them as your pharmacy. From here on out shoppers drug mart will never be trusted by me on a professional level to handle anything serious and has lost me entirely as a customer

My son who works for shoppers can't even have allergies. They send him home says he got covid and demands a test before he can work again.

I went in to shoppers the other day to buy a new moisturizer.the lady named Jessica working there, was very helpful and gave me some great suggestions.overall excellent experience!

When it is your first time taking a new medication, it is customary for the Pharmacist to give you the rundown, some information about it, when to take, highlight warnings, etc. I was not given any help, and when i asked to speak to the Pharmacist asking to explain to me anything I should know about this medication, he was mumbling, and impossible to understand through the plexiglass set up, I asked him to speak up so i could hear him (i am young and not hard of hearing), the atmosphere was loud, and I still could not hear him. Fast forward to getting my refills, there are about 10 people behind the counter and no other customers around. I was standing there waving to get someones attention for a good five minutes, finally they notice and it turns out nothing is ready, and i was told to come back in two days, I will be out of my meds by then, and will miss a day if they can't fill it any faster. I have never seen such impersonal, terrible customer service at another pharmacy. Will be going elsewhere.

WORST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with.
If I'm told my prescription will be ready at 5pm, and I show up at 7pm- 2 hours later- my prescription should be ready. I SHOULD NOT be told "oh well other customers are waiting for their medication too. Come back Tomorrow "

I'm sorry but if you are on a heavy medication, heavy enough that your doctor has a 1 day hold on refilling to STOP you from having seizures. I cant just come back tomorrow.

DONT tell me my prescription will be ready at a certain time, if you cannot have it ready.

Fantastic staff. Thank you so much for being there at this chaotic time. I have tried many different pharmacy in Trenton and Belleville. This store this location is the best hands down in my experience. They have caught issues in scripts for all my family and ways for us to save money. I have only had two less than stellar visits but all the most definitely make up for that. Great job to all the staff

Monica and her staff at the beauty counter are professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. I saw one person posted they were rude, I have never experienced this and I have been a regular at this store for 13 years.

This is a busy pharmacy. Yes, at times, they are overwhelmed and busy, but I have seen great improvements in the service, the pahrmacists are absolutely great. Understanding and helpful, so are the pharmacy technicians. I have to get my perscription signed off by my doctor monthly and they always fax my doctor and I get my medication on time. Fortunately, because if I did not, because of my medical conditions, I could have some dire consequences if I did not get my meds in a timely fashion. They are always helpful. I especially like a long time tech or clerk there named Janice who is especially kind and helpful, she always has a smile and never gets impatient with our questions. Great service, great pharmacy.

The pharmacy waiting is horrible. I have been said for a waiting time of 30 mins. And when I went there after 45 mins the didn't even started the procedure and I had to wait for another 30mins. I couldn't reach my job on that day because of that. Very Poor customer service.

If using the pharmacy at this location, be aware they will change your medication without informing you. If you call they will refuse to change your medication, citing the computer automatically changes it to the generic brand for benefits (even if you tell them you don’t have benefits.and the generic brand is more expensive). If you call customer care they will claim someone will follow up and never do. I suggest going somewhere that doesn’t care more about kickback than their customers.

Fast friendly service when dropping off/picking up prescriptions. Pop & toilet paper tend to always be on sale.

Its a decent location, providing a pharmacy and post office to nearvy residents, and while their food prices here are usually more than nearby, they occasionally have some good deals. Also have plenty of cosmetics and body products, such as shampoos and things
