Terrible pharmacy that refused to upload my Covid vaccination results. On several occasions, I spent more than twenty minutes waiting for some one to answer the phone. If you value your Health, do not use this pharmacy - given their incompetence, who knows what pills they might distribute or what medicines they might inject. - Dr. Brian Way

I really don't understand all the negative reviews? I've been a regular customer for years. Always treated with respect and my prescriptions filled in timely manner. Was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and its very complicated learning the process. My pharmacist spent at least an half hour showing me the proper methods. And even called me the next day to see how I was making out. That's what I call going the extra mile.

The pharmacist accused us of misusing our sons medication when the pharmacist technician admitted to us a few days before that they messed up and shorted us on one and gave to much on another we have 2 kids on tge same med then threatened to call CAS on us stating false accusations DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MEDICATIONS

Says they are open till 12pm online, but we’re closed when I got there at around 11pm. Had a sign posted at the door saying they closed at 10pm. Wish they would have put that online, I drove 35 minutes for nothing

Inconsistent customer service. Especially different rules for different people i guess. A customer walked out with a beauty bag as I walked into the store and when I asked for one for my transaction of 3 items customer service representative said we don’t carry those bags at this location. I have shopped at this location before and they always had those bags. If you are doing two separate transactions apparently you can not use your pc optimum on the second transaction. I had never had to go through this process at any other shoppers in Belleville or GTA.

My go-to store! I absolutely ️ this store️ They always have what I need, and when I need it! THANK YOU SHOPPERS DRUG MART️️️

Edit, one year later and nothing has changed. If I have to check myself out where is my employee discount? Why am I paying full price and you're paying employees but I'm doing their job?

Three people in line to self checkout and a cashier leaning on the counter not doing a thing. No discount for doing the cashier's job for her, I put everything down and walked out.

I’m a senior citizen, I bought a one touch meter and when I brought it home it didn’t work…. Kept reading error message. Brought it back and asked for help with the machine and was told to come back tomorrow as there was no one who knows the machine. Checking my blood is very important as I’m diabetic which didn’t seem to concern them at all. The pharmacist, an elderly man with an accent is not accommodating, he’s abrupt and everyone seems to be afraid of him. Very disappointed with this shoppers.

My wife and I booked our second covid booster shot through Shoppers Drug Mart in Belleville, Ontario prior to travelling to ensure we had maximum protection during our trip. Having also received a confirmation email reminding us of our appointment, we were shocked to find that they had no vaccines available when we arrived.
We received NO call and No e-mail to inform us of the problem prior to our scheduled time which would have saved us the inconvenience of having to go to the store.
Staff blamed Head Office for booking the appointment and took no responsibility for the error.

Thank God for this pharmacy. I didn't realize that my blood pressure pills were not a refill. So I called my np office belleville and quinte health care for 3 days trying to get a refill. The receptionist at belleville quinte healthcare in trenton informed me she would talk to np as soon as she could. As this is Friday and she could not guarantee that it would be done again today I called shoppers and they put through my prescription. I had run out of my pills 3 days ago so thank you to all the people working at this store. As a side note if your looking for a receptionist job, belleville and quinte health care in trenton should be hiring but the prerequisite is you don't need a personality.

This shoppers does not have enough cashiers on shift. They rely on the self checkout which is usually fine at most places. The issue here is there is ALWAYS a huge line with one cashier for all the lotto junkies.

Store is clean and usually stocked

They answer there phones. They seem to have good service as far as I know. Fast and reliable when needed.

Store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. Braden was very helpful and kind, he clearly wanted to help which is always a nice thing to see in customer service, great guy!

Extremely knowledgeable and kind pharmacists. Bonus point for me being able to do all my Xmas shopping here in the boutique too:)
