Shoppers Drug Mart

The only place who puts up job opportunities but never call back. I've applied at least 30 times for the post office clerk since January and didn't even get a single call for an interview. Same for merchandiser position, cashier. I've applied for every possible position there and I have the experience, skills and knowledge to fulfill every position in there except pharmacist.

They basically force you to use the self checkout, when in turn will be replacing the employees that force it. Can't seem to hire bilingual cashiers.

Absolutely terrible Pharmacy service. Went here (having an eye infection) and was told to try the polysporin eye drops and if this didn't work to come back and they would prescribe a stronger antibiotic. Went back 2 days later, different pharmacist, and he basically said no he couldn't help me, he was not allowed to prescribe me anything else as I already tried polysporin, and that I didn't have an eye infection. He then proceeded to tell me to rinse my eye 3 or 4 times a day, and be careful not to touch the other eye or the infection could spread. I left as they were useless and immediately went to the Walmart Pharmacy and was prescribed the stronger antibiotic because I CLEARLY had an eye infection. Shame on you shoppers for continuing to employ incompetent individuals in crucial positions. Not only are you losing business but are endangering the health of people in the community.

Une expérience agréable, Sylvie au caisses avant était vraiment sympathique et elle avait une visage contente. Il y'a pleins des bons trucs et les tablettes sont toujours pleins comparer à des autres magasins. Bonne petite magasin je recommande fortement, merci beaucoup.

They don't bother to update stock on the website. Drove 20mins for something that said it's in stock at this location for two days now, got here, not in stock.

Awful place! I’ve bought plenty of time there small perfume bottles for 21,99$ but the last time, there was an Old lady in the cosmetics department and she treated me like I was going rob them, just because you’re not use to seeing darker skin people on the neighborhood doesn’t mean we’ll will rob your perfume! Stop judging! You can’t use “policy change” to discriminate!

I went to the shop to pick up something and there was an employee walking down Isles spraying gain continuously and made me tear up a bit because I am allergic to products like that

Today I went at shoppers this branch, there was an old lady worker there at maybelline and rimmel sections, she was extremely rude and racist! I told her my foundations shade and she was continuously saying that “you are dark” and that i am using a shade lighter than my tone. Why would i do that? I asked for the help, not for criticism and lowering my self confidence! I was wearing coloured lenses to which she said “ you cheat with wearing these coloured lenses “. Never going to visit there ever!

New clients at this Shoppers since summer.
Today had Covid booster administered by Maged Demyan and have to say the most painless injection I have ever had in y 69 years, had to ask if he had done the vaccination. Was well organized also considering they were busy.

I was there for my flu shot. Filled all the papers on line and booked my appointment for 11 am.went in and told them I had an appointment and papers are done.they told me that they could not retrieve the info and had put in a ticket with IT 3 days ago and nothing is fixed I passed at 12: 30. Really not impressed.it is not the staff they were great.

Bad service at Phamarcie counter, 3 times in a row. First they always say our insurence does not work in there system, and that i have to contact my company. When ALL insurence is up to date and 100% active even called to confirm (it works at every other one in the same week) so they make me pay full price and i have to chase my insurence afterwords for refund for there error in there system. I went to pick up meds for my toddler and they didnt have in stock. Rude women said go to another place and have them call around for you. After explaining that i need for next day.and that this is my pharmacie. They said they can order and 100% will be ready before 2: 00. Get a call day of at 12: 00 and they say sorry we dont have the right one but can give it anyways even tho it was clearly written on perscription to NOT give that way as there were special instructions on it from DR.to be diluted in certain special way. There souloution was to send it to another pharmacie that had it and thankfully MADE it the right way fast and on time. Also very slow and unprofesional service, they say come back in 1 hr, then tell you oh no it will be atleast 4 hrs. Big Waste of time!

C'est gênant et parfois humiliant de devoir aborder nos problèmes de santé en publique. C'est pourtant ce qu'ils nous imposent. Le personnel (pharmaciens et assistantes) nous ignore pendant plusieurs minutes et ensuite vous devez vous imposer et ce n'est pas sans souppirs de leur part.

I have to admit I'm quite surprised this is a real Shoppers Drug Mart. This store is dirty, messy, disorganized and to me it feels like the staff make an effort not to be friendly or helpful. You go to the counter and they don't acknowledge you, they don't say hi, it's like you're disturbing them. Very strange compared to other shoppers drug marts. They are usually, organized, clear of messiness and staff are usually quite helpful. I think a change in store leadership would do it good. In my opinion this place is a complete mess.

Le site de Shopper's Drug Mart indique qu'i faut utiliser leur outil de recherche de vacins contre la grippe en ligne. Il faut ensuite remplir les formulaires et tu dois chercher la pharmacie qui a des vacins. Le site indiquaient qu'il y en avait à Hawkesbury. J'ai reçu la confirmation qu'il fallait se rendre d'ici 7 jours avec le code de confirmation. J'embarque donc ma petite famille en pleine tempête de neige. Je fait de Plantagenet à Hawkesbury pour me faire dire qu'is n'ont pas de vaccins, que le site n'a pas des informations à jour et quece n'est pas de leur faute.un autre 40 minute surla route en pleine tempête. Je tempête dans la tête. Totalement inacceptable.

I have been trying to call for the last 2 hours and no one answers the phone. The pharmacy in ottawa is trying to call also to identify my medication This is terrible. I m happy i’m not dying I called the optometrist in front to see if they were on strike and he responded that people are walking in the pharmacy.unbelievable
