2 day waiting time for any prescription I seem to send to this place? When it’s medication that’s prescribed to me to start taking immediately, I think it should be filled that day. Had to call to get it moved up, started taking a day late. If you have any chance of actually reaching anyone in the pharmacy, is the only way you’ll get your prescription on time.

So my husband and I were going through the checkout. We had all four of our boys with us so we were kinda busy. We ended up paying for the items twice. When going back to the store to get refunded for one of the payments, I had to explain my situation to three different employees, while waiting for each one to take their time in getting to me. Not one of them seemed to have actually understood what happened. Plus their faces were emotionless and not helpful whatsoever. I finally ended up getting refunded. I said thank you two times and I didn't even get eye contact. They didn't take the time to even go through the transactions to find the problem itself and refund me the actual transaction. They just refunded the money basically telling to get out of the store. As a previous manager of retail, I'm well aware that the transactions are all logged. You can go through and you can find what happened. It was not good customer service at all. Like thanks for the refund but that really sucked.

I went in to fill a prescription for my wife who had just had surgery. I was shown compassion and understanding as we managed a complicated aspect of this transaction. The pharmacist assisted me to obtain the information required. It was helpful and likely beyond his obligation. I was impressed with the speed of service and with the willingness to help me with the whole matter.

Been trying for a week to get prescription filled, and an half hour for them to not answer their phones been calling since 8 am this morning.

Looks like I am adding to the long list of bad reviews!
I was in tonight to buy some Tylenol and the price listed was $7.49 so I take it up to self check out and it rings at $10: 49 so I cancel and go have a cashier check me out and it does the same thing. He calls over customer service and she goes to look and she states there was no price tag for specific item as it was new but the price tag with the item wasn’t for it apparently and was for another. She said they would not be changing the price to price that was stated on the shelf!
So obviously I said forget it.
Working in retail myself I know it’s NOT okay to not give the customer the price said on the shelf!
Terrible customer service. Will not return to this location even though it’s convenient and close to where I live but also second guessing if I’ll be returning to any Shoppers Drug Marts in the future.

They literally stand around talking and never answer hour on phone.and never refill prescriptions or delivery all meds only ones they want to send.

It would be nice if on a Sunday they would answer their phone. Other than that I don’t really have any other problems. They need to fix the Sunday problem though yes I know there’s not very many people working on a Sunday but please answer your phone when people call to get. Refilles.

Pharmacy staff lie to you about having children's advil. I recommend going rexall. I do not feel like having a dishonest pharmacist is a good thing, I will be getting my medication elsewhere

I have been going to this location for a long time.
The customer service is good but god forbid you have to get ahold of the post office. I have called on numerous occasions and not once have they ever answered.

I went there several times but every time, I met the rude staff especially at Canada post. We went there to make a draft but we didn't knew about the requirements as we are the new students in Canada. That lady told us that she will not provide draft anymore unless we paid them 7 or 8 dollars may be for the draft but the bank charge are less nearly 3 or 4. She refused to provide papers in the future. Second time, I went there to pick my parcel and she said did u fill the address incorrectly that's why this box is here. For next time fill it correctly. One lady at the reception was also rude. I am also a GSA but I never deal my customers like this. Worst service.

This Shoppers is absolutely horrible! I switched to this pharmacy because I moved. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Takes 3 days to get in touch with anyone and when you go in, there's 8 people behind the counter standing around yet the lineup is very long. Nothing ever gets faxed to doctors properly. I am switching pharmacies today. I do not recommend this Shoppers. Meds are never filled on time

I've been using this location as my main pharmacy for almost 5 years. I've never had any issues with waiting for prescription refills but I request refills from my phone & pick-up when ready. This is a busy location so I can appreciate that waiting for a refill in store could take a while. Store itself is clean and organized. I preferred when it was a 24-hour store but 0800-2300 is still pretty good. Parking lot can be a nightmare but that's not the fault of SDM.

My son needed a prescription filled, which was supposedly faxed to Shoppers. Since he required it, I tried to call this store several times and was unable to get an answer. It put me on hold with no options to even get through to customer service. I tried ten times with the same result. If I didn’t live 25 miles away, I would have just gone there in person. How is anyone supposed to get help from this Shoppers location? Disgusting.

It is extremely rare that I ever write a poor review, but this pharmacy is truly horrible. I can't tell if they're always short staffed or just inefficient. I switched to Weller pharmacy because every single time I picked up a script there was problems. Waiting in line for 20 mins to be told they forgot to fill it isnt great. My girlfriend hadnt switched yet, she went today and was told it had been reshelved. They told her just 30 mins and itd be ready. She went to work so I went to pick it up for her 3 hours later and what do you know they forgot to fill it again, after waiting 20 minutes I was told they only actually had 3 of the 90 pills to fill the script.she will also be switching to Weller. Don't put your health in the hands of this company.

Like many others in these comments, I don't want to return to this pharmacy. My inhaler prescription, which only requires putting a sticker on a piece of plastic, wasn't ready after 8 hours! It's crazy.

From what I read here now, this is common at this location. They really should find pharmacists that can fill prescriptions.
