Never thought of having a negative experience at this shoppers. One of the reps there Shruti was very rude towards us. It was a really very disappointing experience to be at that location. Never visiting this location again!

Had a terrible experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, thanks to Sruthi, the rudest customer care person I've ever encountered. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointing.

Trying to call this store, waiting for over 5 mins for someone to answer. Middle of the day, line ups are that long and no one. Called back, tried to get through to the pharmacy in hopes to reach someone, and nothing. Crickets. "One moment please " on repeat. Perhaps answering a ringing phone would be good.

Pretty pathetic this phone situation is. Please don't apologize and have this fixed. I've never worked somewhere where they were literally just like yeah ignore all the calls that come through. That's insane and so unprofessional.

I am shopping in this shoppers from last four years and everytime the employees were very nice and helpful. I always use to went in cosmetic section and the Canadian employee over there help me everytime to choose good product but this time there’s a new Indian girl over there she was very rude to me. Suddenly she came to me and started shouting on me. That’s the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I will not visit there again.

Had the wrost experience ever. I have been a couple times and never had any issues even the girls working there are so sweet and helpful but today there's a NEW INDIAN GIRL SHE WAS SOO RUDE AND SHOUTING AT ME FOR NOTHING.she was such a horrible person, blamed me for something i didn't even did at first place. The Indian girl's aggressive behavior and refusal to listen was appalling. This incident left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with their customer service.

Marissa working where you drop off prescriptions, is absolutely rude. I just want to update my insurance information, she talked to me like I was stupid and that I was putting her out. I have never been treated like this here before. I was almost in tears because of how she treated me. Zero reason for this.

Services are pretty well maintained but the stock of medicine related to the cough are low in quantity, on the other hand customers services like doctor advice and customer service on billing section is great

Kathy, the pharmacist on staff, was absolutely incredible. 10/10, amazing customer service. This review is a big thank you to her for everything she helped me with.

Tell your security staff it’s racist to only keep tabs on your black customers. This could be a good training moment for the man (and staff like him) doing the night shift February 23,2023.

The shoppers pharmacy employee (s) lied to me about NOT receving the faxed prescriotion for my babies antiboitics, i over heard them and seen them looking through the papers and heard them READ out what was on the fax from my doctors office.
Then the employee comes back to the pick up desk and tells me "we did not get a fax there from your doctor. Youll have to call them in the morning"
I looked at her as if she was just soking cuz i heard them saying they found the fax, she then tell me with a smile on her face "theres nothing we can do "

Idk what it is with that CERTIAN lady but shes always giving me a hard time.

Also. I feel shoppers SHOULD ALWAYS check the fax machine i noticed they had at least 20 faxes there that should be handled with.

Not happy about being lied to. I did call my doctors office and they agreed wkth me that this shouldnt have even happened.

Needed some help finding my correct colour for concealer. Sandy not only got me the perfect colour but she assisted me in picking up other items. I am very thankful for all her assistance! She is an excellent representation of great customer service! While there, met up with Carol who is another wonderful lady who always goes out of her way to help. Thank you ladies for making my day!
I'd, also, like to thank the young man who came from behind the pharmacy to ensure I found the correct product.

Does anyone ever answer the phone in the pharmacy? Isn’t this like a health hazard being you are a pharmacy? I also see multiple comments on this issue and it’s never fixed as I’ve dealt with this for years. Nobody answers phones there. At all. It’s a recorded voiceover and when they send you to talk to someone they just let it ring and let you sit on hold. I’ve never seen anything like this.talk about unprofessional.

Answer your phones. I've spent 30 minutes on hold and at the end of each ten minute segment you drop my call. This level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable.

After trying literally 8 different times and spending an hour on hold I made it through to a live person. I placed my prescription refill for Monday morning. It is now noon and my refill is not ready for me.

There is a constant level of complaints about this location which are similar in nature. Rather than apologize to us why doesn't corporate do something to fix this location. This is pathetic.

Got a prescription for my toddler for an ear infection. Supposed to be 10 days, I ran out on day 7. Called to see about getting more to finish the prescription, they said they can't do it and it's considered a refill and they need a Dr to fax over a refill. I said go ahead but it was late at night and I needed it for the morning first thing. Didn't get a call back from my Dr or the pharmacy saying that it was available so there goes that out the window. 2 weeks later in picking up more prescriptions and they give me another 10 day dose that was needed for the previous one. I guess they did get it but didn't bother to call. Told them to toss it. Explained to the staff member my concerns and why I was frustrated, but all he kept doing was talking over me and saying they can dispose of it and ignored my concern about the initial problem. Also continually screws up anything covered under Indian affairs. Says things aren't covered when they are. I will be finding a new pharmacy to go to.
