Poor customer service racist pharmacist, and totally unprofessional, obliging people who she like to

When getting a prescription and paying already a crazy amount of dispensing fees, they refuse to scan my one item on top of my prescription. You’re already scanning my prescription just scan my one extra item, it’ll take you an extra 2 seconds. With attitude they told me they were to busy to scan my one item. I’ll make it a bit less busy for you and take my business somewhere else

We often visit this location. All staff is excellent. Very neat and clean. Well organized.

One of the worst location I have a been into the pharmacy is the worst customer service the rules and regulation they never have your medication on time and the way the staff talk to you is disgusting

The negative reviews are all true. I really don't understand how you can't find more competent people to run your store. Thankfully you can find pretty much anything within a 2 block radius for cheaper (with the added bonus of not having to deal with clueless employees) The worst is when I would get postage notices saying I have an item for pickup there. I will pay the extra money to have it shipped by DHL just not to have to deal with the staff here.

I been coming to this pharmacy almost for 8 years. It never happened before. The new pharmacist are really rude, lazy and unprofessional.my father medicine were ordered last week by doctors and today I called the shopper drugstore at 10 am ask if his medicine are ready the girl on the phone told me it’s ready to pick up. So me and my dad went there for pick up. So my dad went to the counter and asked for his medication refill.the lady in pharmacy told him that “they didn’t receive nothing from doctor and you have to wait 3 day from doctors to reply to our request”. Then I told her how is that possible the lady in morning told me it is ready but your telling me no. I asked her can you please DUBLE check that because it’s really important medication When she check the computer then she told me we “ I have the request but he has to wait 2 days for fill up because it take too long” she had a week to refill the.and usually that take only 30 minutes or less and why did she lie to my father.how can that person work in this kind of place and if you feel like you don’t want to work THEN Quit the JOB

Extremely rude and unprofessional, specially the lady on Kosmetik part. She is very mean and makes jock on kustomer and laugh's. Next time when it does happen to me, I'm not gonna let it go easy and I'll take serious and Ligal action. It's better to hair someone who deserves this job and has better personality and talent.
