Cashiers very friendly and helpful.
Store is very clean.
The only issue I have is every time I go into the store and buy an item on sale I’m informed they haven’t taken the sale price down and sale is over.
Not exaggerating when I say it happens every time I go in.

How does this location not have scooters for injured customers that are immobile? My sister went into your location yesterday on crutches; she had lost balance and had dropped a crutch. There were two employees that saw her drop it. No one came to help her pick up the crutch and proceeded to watch her attempt to pick it up not a single budge in arms reach to help her. Absolutely disgusting. I could not imagine not helping someone and giving an offering hand to pick up someone’s crutch when I see it fall.

Officially THE WORST PHARMACY not only in CAnada but ON the whole planet, and trust me, I have been to many pharmacies as I basically grew up in hospitals. When I was released from RVH hospital at barrie, I came straight to Pharmacy as my doctors ordered me to take them right at 8 am. They made me wait until 9: 30 am, by which I was so dizzy, nauseous, and about to have a breakdown. I am deaf, which makes it all worse for me. They then wouldn’t believe me it is me, I could not even stand up, after proof, they said it is 72$, and to pay. I was about to fall, and I had to worry about payments, Mind you, the hospital said all my medications are mandatory and FREE for the first 6 months. I am also covered by insurance. I did not have any money as I was just discharged after 17 days in hospital. I literally had my wristband and everything. I asked, literally begged that they would let me take my 8 am morning medications, which I was already late for, and was feeling the side effects of not taking them. They made me wait for another pharmacist, whom said yes it is covered, and now you owe 27$…. I said at least take me one, it is literally life threatening, as I was in a coma two weeks ago. They didn’t. I felt so bad by the time I got home that I was vomiting, and had a whole panic attack. I called my mother, who called the hospital who confirmed that yes! They are indeed all free and covered. So I am now waiting for my mother to get them. I am so done with the pharmacists who worked there on friday June 16,2023. The hospital knows if something happens it is their fault.

Started off well at Shoppers Home Health - staff were friendly and offered to bring cumbersome purchase out to car when I brought the car around. Waited for them to bring items out but had to go get them myself - out of site out of mind, I guess. Normally don't care, but arms are a bit weak from overuse of crutches and now giving me problems.

Slow, unfocused, very rude and pushy. Always left feeling uncomfortable &confused as nobody is ever happy, caring or considerate at this location. It’s a completely miserable atmosphere.

Pharmacy contacted the wrong doctors office for prescription refill after they extended prescription that I have been on the past 10 years. After their OWN mistake I will now be out of my medication because my doctor is away for 2 weeks. It was a younger lady that answered the phone and was extremely rude off the bat.

Normal shoppers. Have yet to try the pharmacy but the canada post staff are decent although normally there are large lineups.

Worst Pharmacy ive ever had to deal with.i transferred pharmacy's because of a move. 4 TIMES I CALLED TO HAVE MY FILE TRANFERRED (ONE GUY SAID HE WAS GONNA DO IT RITE AWAY. Even my new pharacist called them and they didnt pick up. Oh and dont even start on the wait times to fill bottles, ive ben told come back or even 8 hours later.absolute joke of a pharmacy

The pharmacist by the name of Nicole was unbelievably helpful and kind. She made me feel welcome and got my meds in order without having to contact my PCP. She was super sweet. She’s in the perfect line of work. She actually made my day better!

My dad was just in your store this morning to pick up a diaper which associate last night put on hold for him and said he can come fist thing and get it. A woman with streaks in her hair was very rude to him and he felt racially profiled. He never had an issue with this before and I’ve lived in the area for years. I will be escalating this to head office as nobody should feel this way in your store. Some people can’t accept diversity in there communities but it’s going to happen no matter what.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE! This is the absolute WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life! You never pick up your phone you always screw up my prescriptions it's unbelievable that a pharmacy can be this bad!

Every SINGLE time… items aren’t marked scanned according to the label. And having 1 cashier makes u the A-hole for getting them to have someone check and correct it.

Absolute bottom of the barrel customer service for their pharmacy. Nothing but rude encounters multiple times. Argumentative, talk down to you, unapologetic, etc. Will not be returning very sad.

God help you if you need medication after 6 on sunday. Arrogant and condescending service during operating hours. Out of commonly prescribed medication several times. Pass.

My son bought a Nintendo switch there. It was already opened. After discovering through Nintendo that it was registered to some one in Europe. This can be proven. This store would not take it back. Prop bought it on line cheep and sold it at full price. I will never shop there again. Also when the store manager was questioned about this he treated my son like a criminal. Obviously this store bought the switch used and sold it at full price. Total con. As well he bought the switch and tried to return in within a hour n half. Nintendo was very interested in this and what store he purchased the switch at. I must say Nintendo was awesome to deal with. To bad shoppers isn't.

Canada post side has 12 people in line and you got 3 female staff members walking out of the back cracking jokes. I ask how come nobody is helping this lady who needs some help and I got laughed at by a white female shoppers employee. This was December 11th at 155 pm est.
