I was in today at Earl Armstrong rd shopping with my mom and the beauty section sale associates was very RUDE and acted like we’re stealing from the store just cause we’re Arab. She called 3 more employees with her to watch us on the floor i just want to tell you that you should be aware from those kind of rude staff cause they don’t know how to do their retail job, and I'm store magnet at the mall i would never ever let my employees act like that with the customer and make them uncomfortable shopping. The lady was tall and blonde hair and rude! Please change her if you want more customers in ur location.i even went i picked up my mom prescription from the pharmacy also the hijabi lady who works at the pharmacy always rude and yell at the customers, i was talking to a lovely lady she was serving me and updating my address the hijabi lady came in as rude way and threw the package at the dest to me then she told her (end the conversation with her) shes always rude and very disrespectful with me and all other customers even when she calls me about my parents medication is always rude and hung up with me before even i explain to her. The hijabi lady also told me that since you can pick up the order we don’t deliver to you delivery service for elderly people not for you! I don’t understand how you still have this kind of employees at your store! Please look into this try to train good people to work in your retail store.

Assistant manager J was awesome to deal with but I’m just disappointed I had to go through hell for them to honour their return policy for an item that was completely sealed and unopened that I wanted to return after only two days.

I just transferred to this location 2 months ago and it was the best decision. The pharmacists and the staff are super helpful and cooperative. I always feel understood and if I needed an urgent medication they get it ready for me in no time.
They always take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

My go-to place for the prescriptions. Friendly and efficient customer service that makes you feel comfortable and gets things done without fail!

The pharmacy team at shoppers make my life so much easier. Not too sure why some of these negative comments exist but these pharmacists always help me to the best of their abilities every time!

Dot go there pharmacy, the pharmacy advisor can not give you any help, unenthusiastic and unprofessional. Worst pharmacy experience.

Similar experience as most recent posts unfortunately. Huge shift with newer staff.often seeing one pharmacists micromanaging others loudly, speaking non-official language to employees, lack attentiveness and personalability with customers. Some of the newer staff are lacking customer service training - it’s mind boggling sometimes.

First time we went, waited over an hour. Then they called to tell us they didn't have stock of the medication. It was already 9pm so we had to scramble to find the medication elsewhere. Beware, they never pick up their phones and stock medication is very limited. They are unapologetic when you bring up concerns. Go to the shoppers on strandherd and jockvale. It's better.

Parmacy staff was not helpful at all i just went there to get my sons prescription at 9: 25 pm and the ignorant lady said they are closing in 30 mins and she cant do it and i have to come tomorrow morning.it is just a asthma puff.i got a prescription faxed early in the morning then they said they didnot get it then i had to consult another doctor to get prescription that s why i was late to pick it up they said their fax machine get jamed when they get too much prescriptions at ones.what a horrible place

The power went out today and only cash was being accepted at check out. Jen, a Shoppers employee saw that I was buying infant Tylenol, and offered to give me cash if I did not have enough cash on me. Thankfully I had enough cash to get everything I needed, but I really appreciated the super generous offer. Thank you Jen for being so kind.

The pharmacists at this Shoppers are amazing, especially Silvana. I have an 88-year-old dad who's on quite a few meds. I transferred his file from another pharmacy to this one because of her great customer service. I also have 2 young kids, and she's amazing with them as well. She doesn't hesitate to come around and talk to them to see what's wrong and what they need. I highly recommend this place.
