Shoppers Drug Mart

I had bad experience. Fist, my waiting time on phone -20 minute with noisy music. Second, I was putting on hold so many times. My opinion, I had to transfer to person who can answer my question.

This store is OUT OF EVERYTHING! No stock on shelf yet they have "please ask for assistance" sign but there is no one on the floor! I'm taking my hard earned money to another store!

Really hate that they removed self check out from this location. Constantly only have one person at the register and I often only have a few items. Self checkout was really convenient and now I dread having to stop in

I called in late in the day to get a prescription for my 10 month old.
The pharmacist (Olena) filled it quicker than usual due to his sleep time. Thank you! Appreciate it!

Nice to hear this Shoppers is listening to their shoppers! Most prefer to deal with a cashier.

Decent location, which is always clean. The check out line up can get very long before staff start caring. Also the pharmacy takes FOREVER to dispense drugs even though there are a tonne of people behind the counter.

Attitude problem with cashier white young lady. Lot of training needed. Products not available too.

Tested positive for Covid and wanted the antiviral drug, called two other Shoppers locations they just dismissed me. Only this pharmacy called me back and provided much needed information. Thank you

Came in the other night and saw one of the employees smoking right outside the store. This is very unprofessional and careless of the employee. He later came into the store was slowly working and lost when he tried assist me. I asked where the conditioner is and he asked what that is, I explained to him then he simply says "that way". Not sure how he is considered a "manager" there when all he does is take smoke breaks and is clueless when it comes to product inquiry. His name tag said "Prateek assistant manager" and must I say very poor and unprofessional employee, highly recommended they find someone better.

Thank you for everything Anthony and owner at SDM Rutherford and Dufferin my medication was on back order and they both went to great lengths to make sure I got my medication. I would give 10 stars if it were optional.

Can never get through to pharmacist they don't answer calls nor return calls, worst location

I went in looking for eye serum and vitamin c serum and was greeted by two nice people named STELLA and SANDRA. They were very sweet, polite, and patient with me when I asked them so many questions. I highly recommend seeing them if you have ANY questions, They were definitely the best cosmeticians

This is the worst store to ever exist this guys never have someone at the check out they put a bell at the check out to ring for assistance then Someone come to make a call for a cashier like and you cant pay cash at self checkouts i wish i can give zero star for wasting my time just to check out.
