The pharmacy never answers the phone, always delayed with prescription pick ups. A lot to be desired.

The staff of the retail store are all very nice and helpful but the pharmacy can waste your time very well. I live a half hour from the pharmacy but my doctors office is upstairs but every time you drop off a prescription it’s a minimum of half an hour, yesterday I was told 30mins and ended up waiting almost 1hr and a half there was 6 other people who had waited 30mins to1hr but yet since they waited at the seating they were getting their prescriptions first. The pharmacy should look for a way to minimise they’re original wait time, let’s just say a typical wait time is 10 minutes for pharmaceutical products and there base time is triple. Lastly, after waiting almost an hour an a half I wait in line again listen to people rightfully complaining about the wait and was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes. After telling them that I don’t have more time to waste I left, my prescription was ready a 9pm!

Filled a prescription here recently for urgent antibiotics. On the script it said “fill asap and please call patient when completed”. I never received a call but rather had to call myself the following day when I still hadn’t heard only to find out that the script was ready yesterday. Who can trust a pharmacist to read and fill the correct prescription when they miss important details written on the script itself. Not trustworthy. Does not read details.

Canada Post Manager names James is very rude. He don't want to work during the opening time. 0 customer service.

Never have enough staff working cash.
Self checkout not working.
Optimum not working, when you scan your card it reverts sale prices back to full price without telling you. There should be a sign at self checkout explaining this and telling customers to see cashier if they have sale items.
Waited in line since self checkout wasn’t working and it was taking so long I had to leave without my items.

Passport pics are now $24.99. Literally much more expensive than anywhere else. I used to shop here a lot but inflation has been in overdrive at this (and other) shoppers locations.

Phoning Shoppers for anything is a waste of time! After several automated menus, you listen to music for ages. No thanks, I'll stick to small local pharmacies.

Don’t buy a gift card from this location. They charged me 100 dollars for a Winners Gift card but it happened to be fraudulent and they refuse to refund my money. They told me to call 1800 number to deal with it.

After reading the previous (and VERY recent) reviews, I absolutely AGREE with ALL of the One-Star reviews. Absolutely terrible, if not ZERO, customer service. Disgraceful treatment I have received.

Horrible customer service! Checkout lanes all closed! I therefore went to find someone to help me at checkout, and when I found a staff member, she seemed furious that I was asking her to come to the front to help out. I felt like such a nuisance to the staff here. Will absolutely NEVER shop at this location ever again.

Staff have no respect and cohesion for their fellow customers. My Grandfather, 71 years old man who wears a turban went to this store. He has limited knowledge of English. Every Thursday they have a deal where seniors get discounts on milk. He bought 4 bags of milk for the temple and went back to get more for our home. The cashier, Katie, refused to scan and decided not to serve him. The deal states that 4 bags are permitted per person not how many a day. If he were similar culture-wise, she would’ve proceeded with the offer. She is paid and supposed to scan and help customers not worry about who has been in the store already. Is she shoppers personal security? I thought with many issues being pointed out in the world, people would take different approaches. This proves that there is still discrimination and segregation against people who are different from others, whether it’s because of their appearance or clothing. I would recommend for people to accept the differences and not neglect them. I suggest going to another store.

Robust inventory of goods overshadowed by abysmal, and rude, customer service. Had to go looking for someone to check out. I abhor SCOs on customer service and community support basis. But these peeps don't really care what we think. Now shopping Pharmasave.
