Shoppers Drug Mart

I am VERY upset. I called shoppers three times and every time I waited for 5 minutes and no one answered. How is this okay? I don’t have this problem with any other store but shoppers.

While on vacation in your beautiful area, I needed medical
Help.
I booked appt on line and was seen next day promptly at time specified.
Pharmacist was excellent and very helpful.
While waiting for px I wandered the store.
Was asked twice if I needed help.very friendly staff and professional
Would recommend this shoppers very highly!

I have read some of the reviews and I am amazed at the level of "privilege" some are demonstrating in their posts. I know there is always room for improvement, but sometimes that "improvement" needs to come from the consumer.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here, from covid testing to vaccinations, last minute reschedules on either. Prescription pick ups. All positive. Keep up the good work.

Did my weekly visit to Pembroke Shoppers. They never disappoint. Tammy and her staff are always smiling and professional.

Was returning a higned brace for my wife on July 2, was RUDLY told by the assistant manager at the time that there are no returns on this item, there are no signs of anything written down that says no returns, she says I have to go online and check the return policy on such an item, rediculas, who does that, I bought this product from shoppers and the management says I have to get the refund from the manufacturer, makes no sense, and the manager is RUDE with the worst customer service ever displayed in retail, I'm not kidding either, she needs to be FIRED, and where is the owner Andrew does he ever know who's running the show or does he ever care.edit " go to your assistant manager at your store and get her to appologive to me online so that your customers can see what kind of people you have working for you and refund my money, WITHOUT DELAY

After 2 weeks the owner simply does not want to deal with anyone, he just wants to hide like a little boy in the corner of internet land and do nothing for his customers but to collect money and not give any refunds, shame on you, Andrew. I will see you in court.

Never any cashiers working ONLY self check outs available, I will take my business somewhere that employees local people.
