Train your bully employees better, just because you wear a vest doesn’t make you security and just because you think people are stealing doesn’t mean they’re stealing sometimes they’re in a hurry.

Thanks for making me feel less of a person, you must feel really good especially when you be looking at yourselves in the mirror.

The racial profiling is so bad here! Four staff followed us for 20mins. When asked why they were following us. They claimed it was due our backpacks. So I expressed that if they were a problem why no ask us to leave them at the front. Instead of making us uncomfortable.
They couldn't answer that while other customers walked around with big purses and backpacks happening to look Caucasian.
I understand theft being an issue, but if you want to keep paying customers this isn't how you do so. Had I been asked to leave my bag at the front I would have obliged like I had when I suggested I do so to be left alone.
I believe there needs to be a revision in your company's anti theft policy's as this isn't the first and I'm sure will not be the last Shoppers has racially profiled customers.

Just wondering.does anyone work at this pharmacy? 20 mins on hold before someone even picks up, imma give it 30 before I just transfer out

I don't know why I wait soooo long for a RX Heidi is amazing and I loved Natasha. I know they are short staffed but I find in the midnight hours the pharmacist that works is very rude and doesn't want to do anything which is not fair to the day staff pharm techs and pharmacist.overall a great store and owner. I hope you get a better night pharmacist and more help

Had this store accused me for stealing never had and treat super badly wish this store close up because there no need for store do this this been years now never when back wish had on cam lest could had cops go after u for faults acutesions

I called a pharmacist last night to ask for pain relief advice for my husband who was having a lot of pain due to a kidney stone. I trust pharmacists and trust their advice. The Memorial store was the only pharmacy open at 2am. The pharmacist was extremely rude and dismissive and was ready to hang up the phone on me. I will never again visit this store. Extremely poor service. Very disappointing.

Not worth getting gift cards at shoppers anymore. Too frequently the receipt says “activated/approved”, and the gift card doesn’t work. Brought it back to the shoppers it was purchased at - they can’t do anything because “it happens a lot - but it comes that way from the manufacturer so you have to call head office shoppers. ” Takes a significant amount of time/effort and emailing with head office to resolve, and frankly not worth it for $10-20 gift cards. Ridiculous that this happens so often and yet the storefront can’t just issue you a working replacement.

They only had self checkout last time I went in.
I don't like that.
They also had a flooded parking lot due to improper snow removal followed by warm weather.

Pharmacy refused to refill my inhaler for a full week and only refilled it when i told them another pharmacy id never been to would do it for me without problems. Staff was not pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Pharmacy is a joke; prescriptions are never ready at the time they say they'll be, and there's been multiple times where it's days late. If you can, swap to the one on Arthur's; the intercity pharmacy is horrific
