Horrible behaviours under the new ownership. The main pharmacist refused to dispense a medication that the doctor faxed on Oct 30 saying the fax was not received. When I presented a copy of the fax that the dr sent, she refused to dispense the medication as well until I got the original fax. The medication is necessary and can't be missed. If you can, avoid this location. The other staff are nice though.

This USED to be my pharmacy and as a physician, I used to be very comfortable here. Due to physical limitations, I appreciated their delivery service…BUT NOW…. All but one of the assistants have changed. Despite having more than enough funds in my account, someone resolutely lied about not being able to use my card so I had to trek up there…& my card worked. THEN when I was leaving…. Someone had filled my Rx FOR 1 WEEK…I was due hundreds of doses…thank God the pharmacist was there to ascertain. I would have had to return in 1 week…. Pitiful new assistant staff…. SO MUCH FOR DELIVERY

Waited around for two hours for them to fill my prescription for postop pain meds. How is this acceptable?

Love shopping at this Shoppers location. Pleasant and helpful customer service. Never too busy. Amazing customer service from Muha in cosmetics.
The pharmacy staff is so wonderful. Immense thanks to Sherry, and the rest of the team. Best place to get your vaccines.

I’ve been reading comments from more than 2 months ago stating how the Pharmacy does not pick up the phone despite numerous attempts. This week I too have tried on numerous occasions to reach someone in pharmacy without luck. I appreciate your responses to comments acknowledging this feedback and yet your words have not translated into action. Very disappointing and frustrating. Your customer service is atrocious.

Terrible customer service the lady seen I was waiting I politely asked for help from the pharmacist and she continued to ignore me on her computer. I guess her computer is more important than customer service and constantly telling me to wait. Only one cashier? I guess the robots are really taking over …

Soo I've been working in pharmacy myself for 12 years and appreciate the quick service, however, the pharmacists' counseling needs serious work. I picked up a new antifungal med for myself last week and was handed the drug by a pharmacist with zero counseling. Today, I picked up four medications for my partner after wisdom tooth removal and all another pharmacist did was read the directions off the labels to me and warned that T#3 will cause drowsiness. I had to counsel my bf from my own knowledge when I handed him the meds. This is a serious safety issue and both times, I was the only person at the pharmacy, so it's not like they were rushing to serve a queue.

Pharmacy never picks up the phone just rings and rings or they put you on hold endlessly like you’re cattle

Called 8 different times today waiting on hold for over two hours. Pharmacy did not answer the phone. This is a regular occurrence. Moving my business.

This Shoppers is very clean and well managed. The staff especially the asian ladies are very kind and helpful.

After seeing no stock for baby food I desperately needed, the owner Mike went completely out of his way and above and beyond expectations of a pharmacist. He sourced the food I needed at 3 other SDM's and on top of that went to pick up the baby food himself in Mississauga! This guy is awesome and I can't thank him enough for his hard work on behalf of customers. 5 stars!

Good store. The frontend employees and cosmetic person are pleasant and helpful, and they greet you at the entrance.

Best pharmacists. I moved a bit outside of the city, but I love this pharmacy and the help the pharmacists provide so much, I never changed pharmacies!

Similar to most Shopper's, but there's a little less selection than some of the newer ones. Usually quite quiet for downtown.
