Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy. Told me it would be 15 mins and then gas lit me asking "who told you 15 minutes!? ". Apparently putting a sticker on something needs a lot of special helpers and geniuses.

Sherry from beauty & cosmetics has exceptional customer service! She helped me grab a bunch of brand name perfumes and colognes for Christmas gifts. She deserves a raise! So pleasant to deal with!

The people working at the pharmacy desk have no idea what they are doing. I went to pick up my inhaler and was informed that it would not be covered. I informed them that my plan does cover everything and to try again. They played on the computer for another 10 minutes and came back again telling me it was refused and that I would need something from my doctor for them to be able to charge it to my plan. "In the meantime if you really need it you can pay for it now" was her response. ITS OVER $100! That's why I have a drug plan. I refused and left. Went to a different Shopper's and they filled it no problem and no charge because my plan covers it. I don't know what they are doing back there but its not right. My advice is avoid this pharmacy if you can.

If you’re a student some of the mail staff and the pharmacy staff will speak to you as less than. The pharmacists themselves won’t they have been lovely. Michael however is super friendly and makes sure to greet you with a smile even if busy. Michael and one of the other pharmacists are the reason this review isn’t lower. I have left a more professional review that was sent over to pharmacy and I hope to see some change with the way students are treated because I deal with suicidal ideation and having them speak to me this way has been putting me in a very dark space.

It's really rude. I was standing in line to ask at the pharmacy for cold sores, but the person standing behind me noticed me and gestured like I was weird and said, "You know what I mean by this gesture? " and say something
It was really unpleasant and I don't want to go there again. Everyone there is stupid.
He is racist.

I had a problem last night (paid $54 for prescriptions). Went in for a consultation with the pharmacist. He corrected the medications for a much lower cost of $2.50. Michael Conte needs to be recognized as a man of integrity. His ONLY concern is the patient's well-being. I plan to push this review up the "Shoppers Drug Mart" ladder to the person who oversees all the Shoppers Drug Mart's in this area. Well done Michael. I thank you so much!

I had a bad experience with one of the member at cashier. This is the second time I had a bad experience and arrogant behaviour shows by the shopper's staff member. First she didn't know how to print the receipt and then she behave like she is the owner of the drug mart, even she yelled at the person who is standing in front me and then she taught me english. There are different synonyms of one word either way you say goggles, shades and sunglasses. The meaning is same.

I had such an unfortunate experience with a staff member, who I will simply name C, around 2: 20pm today. I went in hoping to get a PS5 controller but saw no one in the electronics section. I went to the nearest staff member and requested assistance to get a controller out of the case. All was going well so far. She called over customer service and I waited a few minutes (2-3 minutes, no biggie at all!). She came back and saw a sign on the desk stating that the guy working electronics wouldn’t be back until 2: 45. This was about 2: 20. She told me this information and started walking away before I stopped her by asking “so no one is able to open this case for 25 minutes? That seems a bit ridiculous. Is there anyone else who can assist while he’s on break? ” She told me no and that I’d have to wait. She shrugged her shoulders and again started walking away. I wasn’t satisfied with that as I worked at a shoppers drug mart for years and know that any staff member can open a case as the keys are kept at the register. I asked once again “are you sure there’s no one who can help me? It’s just a case that needs to be opened. I don’t need anything other than that controller”. She told me “he’s the only one who knows how to work electronics. The case has an alarm that needs to be disarmed and only he can do it. He’s the only one here with keys and he took them on break. ” this is where I became annoyed because there are multiple lies in that sentence. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She huffed at me, rolled her eyes, threw her hands up, and said “fine! ” She then proceeded to bring me another staff member, NOT a manager, and told her to help me. This woman was wonderful. She found the keys (SPOILER: they were behind the register like I stated earlier), opened the case (an alarm did go off for about 10 seconds and then disarmed once she closed the doors) and gave the controller to the cashier to check me out. I watched as C bad mouthed me (zero tact, didn’t even wait until I left. I also happen to be blessed with the sense of hearing so I caught a few things she said), not even 15 feet away, to another employee, so I asked this new employee helping me to please get a manager. She did and was completely gracious about it. I spoke to the manager, he didn’t seem overly interested, but stated the issue would be addressed, so that’s all I can ask for. I cashed out (very nice cashier) and left. I had planned to buy a few more things, but caught C giving me the stink eye from the beverage aisle and felt like leaving. So disappointed in this interaction as I’ve shopped here for over three years now and never had an issue. Do better.

This Pharmacy people are so unfriendly. There all looked "Dont ask me just go away. Your sickness is not my business. "

I got meds for my son and a device which I have never used. Pharmacist didn't offer me any counseling and my son got fever after taking meds. I called them to ask if it could be reaction and if I can give Tylenol to him, PA told me Pharmacist will call me back in 5 minutes. Nobody called me and when I called back after 2 hours no answer. I had to call SDM at Ontario st and ask pharmacist there.

I went there for flu shot for first time. They guide very well. All members behaved so calmly.

Excellent pharmacy staff, excellent availability of various inoculations required by the public, excellent short wait times.

I called the pharmacy multiple times to get my inhaler that I need to take everyday for my asthma.one of the head pharmacist refused to refill it because apparently I haven’t used it in 4 years. He was also extremely rude and told me I was wrong and that there’s no way I have been using it everyday and then hung up on me. I called my doctor to make sure it was on my files and they said it was. I went a week without my inhaler, struggling to breathe and having horrible sleeps.turns out the pharmacy made two profiles for me using different names and had been sending ALL my medication to the wrong profile.

Wasn't allowed to purchase an item because "the guy with the key is on his dinner, he's not gonna come out.come back in like 20 minutes" absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I had very bad experience with this shoppers drug mart pharmacy. The other staff is good. But I need to get my third dose of hepatitis b so i went there, they asked for prescription. I gave them the number of the clinic with dr name. They told me that they have make the request for prescription. But when i call to the clinic. The clinic staff said they didn't receive any request from them. I am still waiting for my third dose.

My experience here is always great! One staff member, in particular, is extremely hospitable and accommodating whenever I shop at this location- I think his name is Lucas; he provides awesome customer service! I also appreciate how organized the store always is.
