Shoppers Drug Mart

I've tried calling the pharmacy for the last two days and I've ended up on hold for over an hour. I always have to hang up because I don't have time to wait that long. Somehow this is still not the worst shoppers on princess street

Was just on hold for 25 mins with no one answering or acknowledging my call. Minimum hold time is 5 mins when you call. Hit and miss on whomever answers the phone, some good, most in need of retraining. Priority is on customers in the store and callers are last on the priority list

Late night pharmacist helped us quickly and efficiently, especially important as we just came from the hospital and my family member was in pain. All other staff we encountered tonight were kind and understanding as well. Thank you!

The website is awful. Ads pop up all over the place, prices aren't displayed until you click on the item.this needs to be improved at this point

The main pharmacist at this location is horridly unprofessional, lacks basic communication skills, and is blatantly rude to customers. She truly need retrained or retired. She can often be overheard cursing, swearing, and huffing around the pharmacy while loudly either badmouth to or about customers. Makes customers feel uncomfortable, unsafe, and like this pharmacy cannot be trusted.

They don’t answer the phone at the pharmacy, often they put me on hold and then hang up. Seems like they are severely under staffed.

Visit I visited the store twice, around 10 pm, to return my online order. I spoke to customer service over the phone and they informed me that I could go to the store if I wanted to. However, I did not receive any assistance from the cashier, supervisor, or cosmetician. They did not know how to process the return and suggested that I go to another store or come back tomorrow morning. I went to another store, but they were closed, and I informed them that I could not come in the morning because I have work. I do not understand the role of the cosmetician or supervisor at night if they do not know anything. They should consider changing the store hours to 8 am-4 pm when the general manager is working.

Don't take your passport photo here, it's a rip off. Just go to the UPS store as they offer the same service half the price.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Forgotten prescriptions, have been told multiple times that they are checking into it, then nothing. Almost always an issue snd never have they taken responsibility for it. Just once an apology would be nice, instead I get someone being rude when I ask why it's taken 2 weeks to fill a monthly prescription!
