This pharmacy is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Rude staff & cashiers, dismissive with errors they’ve made and won’t give customers the time of day. If I could give this location Zero stars, I would.
Worst customer service ever.there was clearly a sign on the NYX concealer that it was on sale for $11.99 however when i went to cash they said the sign was wrong and didn’t match and they wouldn’t honour it even though they were the ones that put the sale sign there, misleading customers.their stuff is overpriced too, i bought 2 face masks and a mascara and it cost $50 (not even including the concealer). Very disappointed in my experience and will NOT be going back.hire better employees
Was at the self checkout, paid for my items, I was putting them in my reusable bag and one of the items rescanned and her comes some employee embarrassing me and screaming at me for not paying. I showed her the reciept and it's like I get that I'm black but to treat me like that was crazy
I have been taking medications for 25 years. I have lived in multiple towns and cities and this pharmacy is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Shoppers needs to take a long look at this operation as whoever is managing it is failing. Unorganized and unprofessional.
It's clear the Manager/owner is most concerned with profits as they are clearly under staffed and refuse to do anything about it. I have been the only person in line at the pick up counter and been ignored for 5 to 10 minutes for the last time. Smarten up and hire someone to answer phones and another person dedicated to customers in store.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. I’ve tried calling dozens of time to get my prescription as I’m sick. No answer. Ridiculous! Wish I could give them a 0/5
The pharmacy never answers the phone, waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer! I tried calling several times! The customer service lady was also rude, trying to make excuses for the pharmacy. This is unacceptable!
Worst experience with manager at this location. Old White lady (Saturday May 6,2023 around 10: 30am-11: 30am) not accepting my Alien perfume return, however, had a nerve to tear it apart and send me back to the location it was bought from. Today, I was informed I should’ve been allowed to return this perfume anywhere, since it’s post covid. However, this dumb lady sent me off and came up to me with some stupid attitude. Shame on her. I don’t know where she thinks it’s okay to talk that way being a manager. They should really rehire or fire this one. She has no customer service skills at all. On top of that opens up a perfume that was already messed up and tells me leave. Dumb lady.
I was holding on the phone for 20 minutes and someone disconnected the call. I called back and it is the same scenario. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Someone SHOULD be available for inquiries. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that.
Undoubtedly, there will be some ‘canned’ reply saying they are sorry for the poor customer service and please call the 1-800 # to share more details.
The concerns and complaints fall upon deaf ears and the service clearly does not improve, otherwise the reviews and comments would be better.
