After waiting forever to have someone answer the phone (which happens everytime I call) I reach the pharmacy and the person transfers me to a pharmacist I ask my question and he asks me and tells me all kinds of wrong information. He refers me back to my Doctor. My Doctor gave up his practice. I tell him this and he says I must find a new doctor. That is like telling me to fly to the moon. I have been very unhappy with the service of this pharmacy for a long time.l feel lost with out a doctor and now I should change from this pharmacy. Scared. If I could give a minus star review I would have.

Been trying to get through for 45 minutes, can't even get the phone to ring.

What has happened to the service and organization in this location?

Use to be stellar.

Customer service very slow. Prescriptions filled take up to 3 days or more. Trying to get through on the phone is impossible. The phone just rings and rings. Once answered they put you on hold but don't return to the phone. You need to hang up and start over. Recommendations, hire more staff or take less orders if you can't service your customers. Very disappointed! Maybe the reason why your review # is so low.

Customer beware.
The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. This pharmacy desperately needs to be audited by someone who can do something about it.
Today is the second time they have “forgotten” to input my prescription into the system. The first time I dropped off on a Thurs was told come back tomorrow, no worries, came back Friday after work to find out it hadn’t been imputed. I was told to “shop” for 20 minutes and it would be ready only to be called on the PA to say that the drug wasn’t available. At this point it’s after 5PM on a Friday and I was unable to contact my doctor so I ended up going 3 days without this necessary medication. This time I’ve been very ill so my husband dropped the prescription off in the morning and was told it would be ready by 3PM. I’ve now been here 30 minutes because they “forgot” to input it and I’m sitting here listening to patient after patient be told their prescriptions are “lost” or “not ready” despite being called or simply being told that the drug they have been waiting days for isn’t in stock.
For some people prescriptions are a lifesaving tool and without them any number of bad things can happen. This pharmacy doesn’t seem to care.
I will be moving my prescriptions to the rexall at the mall who have been nothing but super helpful to my extended family who go there.

If I get questioned by the nosy cashiers one more time about wanting to see my receipt or did I pay for my bag at the self checkout again I am going to flip out on someone
It’s as if they train them to police the customers and it’s insulting
If you don’t trust the customers get rid of self checkout and supply us with free bags
I don’t like this location

This Shoppers does not even deserve one star. I just got out of Ross Memorial after being there for a week. I needed a scrip filled and my regular pharmacy is closed on Sunday’s. I waited one and a half hours for my blood thinner scrip which is now really crucial for my health otherwise I would have left. I will NEVER go into this location EVER again. Do yourself a favour go to the Shoppers downtown if u want good service. You just lost me shopping from your store which I used to frequent for other items regularly.

Prescriptions frequently not ready for pickup even with advance notice and having received the "your prescription is ready" email. Frequently make mistakes regarding prescription cycles. Will be finding a new pharmacy.

Worst prescription service l have ever had. Lined up to the door while only ONE person works cash while others are ignoring customers. The attendants can barley speak English and are very had to understand.
The only good attendant has moved to food basics pharmacy where l will be moving my 500 dollars a month buissiness. Also they need a traffic light there. Imposible to go leftleft.wacomplaining

Store is a maze due to old building but staff helped search out items needed. Apparently no washroom or it was just unavailable last week

After my experience there I understood why some people give up on taking care of themselves and totally lose hope on the health industry.
Went there last week. Looking for a COVID boost and a flu shot.
I didn't have an appointment (I am not from Lindsay) but I saw they were taking walk-ins.
So I went to the pharmacy counter. They had a sigh there for COVID shot and flu shot. And I was going to travel to a high risk country where COVID is taking to become an issue again.
So I went there there were like 4 people waiting and 2 sitting in the room.
I asked if she was taking walk ins. The lady said she was. So I asked if I could take the COVID and/or flu shot.
She asked me if I could come back on the next day, I explained to her that on the day after I would be traveling. And that I was not from there. And my city didn't have any shoppers or big pharmacies.
She said "sorry I can't. I have to do these 4 people" (how long does it take to give one vaccine? Maybe 2 minutes? And more 4 min of paper work?) - she continued "and I have this guy that collapsed in the room (like this person was a burden). She continued "and I want to go home after them".
I explained to her that I was flighting to a high risk country that I really wanted to take até list the boost against the omicron I begged her if she could slide me in. Because I was afraid of traveling without it.
She ended saying "sorry I will give these 4 here and I will go home. " At that point I was like "really how a person like this could be working anywhere near another person in a industry that we rely on them our health. " I was stared at her for a couple of seconds with that disappointment look. And walked away. This is what came down the compassion from one person to another where you rather leave another person at a life risk than spending 6 min of you time to help. If you were working on anything else that doesn't involve healthcare I would be just like "ok i come back tomorrow " but no.

Can't get your medication correct. First order was not completed. Then filled incorrect prescription, not sure whose it was. Then failed to fill the correct prescription. When I contacted them got a "oh well". Terrible pharmacy services. Was one of many complaints at the store. Done with Shoppers. Save the useless apologies

The post office at this location is an absolute joke. Inconsistent hours, and the workers take break whenever they feel like it. They just toss a sign on the desk "back in 30min". Usually this wouldn't be an issue but I've made 2 trips here, specifically to pick up an item at the post office and no one is here.
