Shoppers Drug Mart

I’ve never had anything but a good experience here. I work in the mall myself…They’re always kind and patient with my questions (even if I have a bunch), have my medication ready each month. I’ve met the whole team and each one has been nothing but kind and great at their jobs! I can’t imagine being a pharmacist in Oshawa is an easy task while reading some of these past reviews but I genuinely appreciate this pharmacy. I hope they get recognition for their customer service.

Went there Dec 21 around 6pm. 2 employees were speaking poorly about someone. Using foul language like this "beep". I'm quite sure they were talking about a bad customer they had

I work in customer service and you absolutely don't use such foul language and talk badly about customers when the store is busy.

Student helper today around 12 super rude and not helpful, didn't wanna help me, super rude.

This place is disgusting.
Employees are jealous so if you're beautiful Look out.
They love to bring the negative drama out.
Can't stand the fat thing on cash.

If you are looking for beauty/cosmetic products, this is the place to shop especially if you are a senior's customer shopping on a Thursday; take note that Thursday is their seniors' day and seniors get 15% off of items you buy.

Purchased Amazon Gift cards from this location and there is no monetary value on the cards? Dealt with Shoppers customer service and Amazon. Getting the run around from both. Each blaming the other. Would just like to see a refund or compensation. It's been weeks and now they have stopped responding to my emails. I know I'm not alone in the Gift card scams. Really unfortunate. I like this location was shocked to see how they responded to my issue. BUYERS BEWARE.
