The black cashier was very rude, was she trained before doing this job? She even stopped serving people for a long time while there was a lineup, because she was talking to another cashier what food she wants for lunch… She shouldn’t be working here if she doesn’t understand what customer service means… I will not come here anymore

The most toxic environment i have ever experienced.especially in the cosmetic department. I have never experienced a worse group of uptight, entitled, demeaning people in a supposedly professional setting in my entire life.
