Very happy that I PURCHASED, yes, PURCHASED the Elie Saab perfume. I will NOT TOLERATE any condescending behavior from the people at that perfume counter. I DO NOT care what you think of me. I AM A PAYING customer just like everyone else.

Went yesterday to buy a perfume and the manager at the beauty boutique suggested me the wrong one. I called them to ask if they can take it back but she denied.
People should learn more about customer service and should not make up their own stories to prove the customer a liar. I wanted to buy this perfume with my hard earned money and I just lost my money and didn't even get what I wanted

I won't go to them ever.

Very disappointed, got to the doors at 9: 55pm, was already locked. Watched two employees ignore me while helping just one gentleman check out. I am pregnant, with two children. When the rep did finally make it to the door that was only to tell me I can not enter. I told her I've been knocking some 9: 55 pm and she was immediately condescending and defensive telling me her couch said 10pm give minutes prior.
I don't buy it. If the store closes at 9: 55pm THEN POST THAT ONLINE so I don't stand at the door making my heart race and losing my breath to be treated like an animal for just getting out of the hospital and needing diapers.

Not overly pleased with a rude pharmacist who rolled his eyes at my husband and I, and then told us to go see our family dr, we would not be there to talk to a pharmacist about getting a PPI prescribed if we had a dr. He was informed that no OTC meds worked, he insisted that nexium 24hr otc med was the best he could do. It's more expensive then my prescribed pantoprazole for Gerd. We are retired on a fixed I income with no private drug plan to cover the cost of this otc med as he insisted we could do. Purchasing an OTC med which we already told him didn't work was senseless. He refused to listen or explain why he wouldn't actually prescribe a PPI med when my husband has all the symptoms of Gerd. Instead he chose to be rude roll his eyes and tell my husband in front of me go see your Dr. Very upset over his behavior we have never experienced this at this location nor have we ever seen this young man prior to today.

I contacted this Shoppers Drug Mart to inquire about getting a passport photo taken for my baby. This location does passport photos - great! Over the phone I spoke with someone who was very polite, but she told me that we do passport photos, just not for infants. We talked briefly about what it means to take a passport photo for a baby, the common strategies, and the looser restrictions on the photo (facial expression etc) for babies. I said I’d like to come in and give it a try, but she refused saying ‘we are not equipped for that’. Even after I offered to bring in my own tools (baby’s car seat and a white sheet for the background). I know that Shoppers in both Napanee and Kingston will (and have recently) taken passport photos of babies, so this just tells me that this Belleville Quinte Mall location can, but chooses not to. I’m very disappointed that this is not something they are willing to do, even when they provide the service already. I find it unfortunate that this Shoppers is wiling to make a new moms life a little more difficult. I’ll be thinking twice before giving them any of my business in the future. On the flip side, Staples in the same mall plaza was excellent with the service and was really sweet and patient with my baby, I highly recommend Staples!

No hand sanitizer at entrance when you come in from parking lot entrance. Shopping carts all over the place outside door none of them being sanitized. Cashier never wiped down anything going through cash checking out, nothing being done to make sure customers are staying 6ft apart. I know I will not go in that store again I will continue to go to the others in Belleville, this store is filthy, I only went there due the fact I was at the end if the city. I will also emailing the head office

I was in the store today because I wanted to make my last $10 purchase for the 5000 bonus points. When I looked at the receipt while in my car I realized I was $0.37 short due to senior discount I completely forgot about. I went back in and added a chocolate bar. Kaylan (not sure of the spelling) was very courteous to reverse the original entry and put all back in so I could get my bonus points. Thank you for great customer service. Thank you Kaylan.

This cosmetic department is fraudulent. Pretend makeup appointments. Do not actually call customers for gift with purchase, but will input they do. Ask about the rigged contest for the basket at the front desk. You think your info is for a draw but you’re actually being inputted for e-clientelling. Even recommendations are secretly inputted. The cosmetic manager is a bully and big liar. She has been getting away with it for years. And there are never any repercussions. Her ego and cover-ups are her priority not the customer. I already wrote you a letter. You didn’t follow up. Try addressing the problem instead of me. Get with it and wake up

I went to shoppers last week on Friday night and Natalie from beauty section helped me and she was so polite and kind.
She helped me to match my foundation shade. And Even though all the staff members who work there are so nice i almost visit 3-4 times a week there.

Yesterday I went to go get my covid vaccine. I made an appointment at 10am and by 10: 35 I was still waiting to be seen. I forgot one number on my health card on the form and the lady came over and snapped at me saying she needs my health card then comes back and basically yells at me for forgetting one number I even apologized and she just grunted at me. I ended up leaving because I was already nervous about getting my shot but then I get someone who’s extremely mean to me. That just pushed me over the edge and I got up and left, and I also had something to do at 10: 45. I thought making an appointment means you get in at that time but I guess not. For anyone who wants the vaccine, go to the wellness centre cause at least everything is controlled over there and they are really nice and with seating!

The staff from are always extremely helpful, I have had no issues with returns or exchanges as long as you have your receipt all is good. Any time I have asked for assistance if finding a product someone has either located it for me or gone in the back to see if they have any left, always with a smile and a your welcome. A couple of times I was shopping close to closing not realizing it and instead of rushing me and being rude as I have encountered elsewhere the staff just reminded me and asked in a courteous way that I finish up, even helping me find my last few items.
