I called the pharmacy on Wednesday evening around 10: 00 pm on looking for a specific cough syrup that our doctor recommended. The pharmacy assistant was helpful and kind and suggested I come visit in person and get further clarification since my dad has underlying health conditions. I met with the pharmacist, showed him his current prescriptions he's taking and he spent a good 5-7 minutes with me and even spoke with my elderly dad on the phone to make sure he understood what his symptoms were to get him the correct medicine. I think the pharmacists name started with a D but can't remember his name. Thank you very much to the pharmacy team working that night for their excellent customer service and care.

I was blown away at the customer support I had with a woman named Gabbi! She answered all my questions and recommended me good fragrances that exceeded my expectations. I definitely will buy and encourage others to pay Gabby a visit. She is amazing and does her job very well. I’m very happy with how well she was mindful of other customers while proving me with the help I needed. Thank you again Gabbi!

Every time I bring a prescription here they either don't have it or you have to wait for days. Bring your prescription to any other pharmacy in the area you are wasting your time with this one.

If you need the pharmacist assistance over the phone at this location good luck. They don't pick up the phone. Assume you are in the third world where costumer service is down the drain.

Today, I really experienced bad because the staff is really rude. I have been visiting here for a whole week. The staff is not making a presto. They are asking id then I show in phone and in photocopy, and original as well. Still they speak rude and said to wait outside line. It’s just a little thing. The old lady and a girl named yogita. Both are not working properly. Complete your duties, not misbehave with customers.

The OLD lady that is working her shift right now @9.25pm March 16 is the worst cashier ever in cosmetics section. Bought a $150 cologne and she could not even afford a plastic bag for me to carry it. When asked she said they are out of any bags and asked me to pay extra if i want a bag with it. Like are you kidding me! Suggesting others to not go to this location as well. Choose responsibly!

I understand that mistakes happen. It is not acceptable to tell the customer wait again and take more than 30 minutes to fix a simple billing mistake. Also it is not acceptable to find another issue at the checkout. At least make sure all in order so the customer will not be aggravated even more and leave a one star review. Not a happy customer.

Zero customer service! I asked the pharmacist twice to help me get the prescribed medication and I just got out of the hospital. She ignored and said to get it yourself if I was specialized for that I won’t waste my time to wait on the line for 20 mins! Plz teach some manners to your employees!

Before buying a vaccine I asked if they would apply the injection, they said yes but after I paid and I took the package, they said no. Now I have to carry the Tdap vaccine everywhere to get the shot while I find a place. When I claimed they were EXTREMELY RUDE. It got me super stressed, they knew that I am pregnant but they don't care anything. The pharmacist is a bad person, not respectful at all, super humiliating to customers

Took 1 week to get a medication ready which should have taken 30 mins. Called in 4 times. Fourth time they said “oh we haven’t prepared it yet”. When I went down they had it prepared in 30 mins. Also, the pharmacy department is complete trash. People will look at you and purposely not help. Do your job homie.

I bought a Presto and loaded $50 on from this place and they never loaded the amount on it and neither the presto was activated. And when I came back regarding the issue they did not help me out even after showing the transaction detail. The reply of the manager was "THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO". Worst customer service

Regarding covid-19 test. They don't wants to do ignored different reasons. They don't want west there's times. Big excuses lie. If allowed me 0 I can give 0

The people that work here are incompetent!
Go to another pharmacy. These people will mess up your medication. Also this location is very lazy. They will not even pick up the phone!

Manager there Jessica was rude and short. When asked to return something that was not working she was inconsiderate and accused me of lying. I definitely do not recommend this shoppers drug mart if you want excellent customer service.

When you are buying anything from this location make sure that packaging is sealed, most of the items are missing or less in number.
This shoppers drug mart location should be rated zero star but Unfortunately this option is not available here.
