Shoppers Drug Mart

An accurate description of all things that have gone wrong at this pharmacy exceeds the length limit of this text-box. I am not exaggerating. I literally cannot fit a detailed explanation of the various screw-ups.

Abandon all hope, all ye who seek to fill prescriptions here.

I recently visited here for a medication from the pharmacy, and their customer service and staff truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The staff members were not only knowledgeable about their products but also went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed.

One particular staff member, took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and provided valuable recommendations. Her dedication to ensuring I had a positive shopping experience was evident throughout my visit.

It's clear that Shoppers Drug Mart places a high priority on training their staff to be both knowledgeable and customer-focused. I highly commend them for their wonderful team and outstanding service, and I look forward to returning again!

Convenient to get to from campus. Generally has what I need but not as much as the shoppers in Westdale. I love that it's open till midnight and have taken advantage of that.

Every time I go to this shoppers, I have a great experience with all of the staff, especially in the pharmacy. They are patient and help and provide solutions for all of my concerns, and the owner is very sweet and hard working and cares about all customers. Keep up the good work!

And from the manager too! Who didn't even ask for my shoppers optimum point card or remind after even I mentioned that I have points to redeem
Sometimes they push for pricey skincare products to get you to buy, and other times they don't even bother to recommend anything!
Really disappointed as I buy a lot when I go and this is supposed to be a good location

I really love going to this shoppers and I think it's the best one in the area. The owner, Devi, and the pharmacist Alex are both very professional and friendly and they always take their time to help me out with my questions. I also love their selection of Asian snacks.

-Pretty average shoppers but the sales girl at the beauty boutique was kind of pushy and unprofessional. She interrupted our conversations multiple times to ask if we were done shopping… kind of unprofessional and makes it hard to actually shop. She also had an attitude which was just the cherry on top lol

-An entire skincare line was priced incorrectly. Prices were shown as $7.99 but rang up as $20+… same SKU numbers too

Very poor stock - partial refills only, no Paxlovid on hand. Appears to be new management keeping inventory at rock bottom.

I completed the documentation for a flu shot as a walk-in which was clearly stated on the website was available. Yet when I arrive I was told " we are not doing walk-ins today". The incongruence between the website and the store reflects poorly on the level of service at this location.

The pharmacy here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My doctor had to send a script 3-4 times because they couldn’t understand my dose. Simple, layman terms that could be understood by a child, yet somehow gave me 42 tablets instead of 70. (No, they were not out of the medication, they literally purposely gave me 42 without refill for 28 days)
