Shoppers Drug Mart

This shoppers has truly gone down hill. The customer service from the pharmacy is rude and not friendly at all!

It’s shoppers, I go there because theres no Walmart around. Everything is more expensive and employees are hit or miss. Sometimes they are super nice and helpful other times no so much.

There is one cashier that closes all the cashiers and forces you to use the self checkouts. I don’t understand why, I don’t like the self check outs. This makes the store unfriendly and uncomfortable. I’d rather put my purchases on the counter and shop somewhere else. She is also rude and unfriendly. This shoppers used to be really a nice store. I see other complaints about this and the owner says they will look into it but it is obvious they do not and they also do not care about the customers.

Awful pharmacy they tell u a time and we always wait and extra hour and a half min to pick it up and it’s NEVER ready. Don’t give a time if u are too busy to handle it but to mention I’ve encountered SOME of the younger girls making fun of my youngest because hes different. Not very please. There is one young girl who is always very pleasant and kind so I’m not saying it’s everyone but honestly disgusting some of the behaviour

Made 3 trips for 1 prescription, horrible communication, faxed the wrong prescription to my doctor, the young girl serving me was not helpful and made no eye contact, benefit web site down and had to pay cash & co e back (4th time) for reimbursement. I was so besides myself that I went to another pharmacy.
