Customer service at cosmetics is not only unprofessional but insulting.
Elderly cosmetic agent lady (with red hair highlights) for no reason, suspiciously followed me everywhere in the store, checking my cart constantly. Instead of checking her store shelves, she kept on asking me whereabout for the products that I was browsing but I never got because I kept it back on their shelves. I even showed her where i kept the products because her was harassing me about the product being missing.
She made a display of constant checking on me which was absolutely insulting, and I am reputed member of our society. She also told other members of the store and they all were staring at me which made me very uncomfortable and upset. When I confronted her, why was she following me around the store - she rolled her eyes in disgust. I work in healthcare, and I have never treated any one with such rudeness. She has NO manners or training whatsoever. Not fit for the job.

Manager Carly at this store is rude and unempathetic. When I called to file a complaint about harassment, on the first call - she did not ask any question about the incidence, as if she dint care. During the second call she literally scream at me, and she bluntly hung up by saying OK while I was in tears because of the hurt and disrespect I felt.

Reading all the other reviews resonating with my experience, it seems they are aware of their cosmetic agent’s rude behavior in general but don’t care. This store use to be good but not anymore.

They could not issue vitamins without a faxed prescription from a doctor. Get real they're just vitamins

Poor customer service The store was not busy at all, and the supervisor just didn’t help with the passport picture. I used to work at a Shoppers Drugmart, and I know it just takes 5 minutes. Please train cashiers as well; it helps a lot. I can understand the situations but it was a long weekend, you guys need to understand

I went to this pharmacy today for eardrops for my 2 year olds very infected ear. When I dropped it off a young male who I can only describe as someone who had very long natural fingernails. I didn't get his name but he had dark eyes and hair, slightly messy told me the drops were back ordered and he had an alternative but needed the Dr.to approve the switch and that he would call my office. Sure, great. I'm literally days away from being induced so I had to go home and rest. He took my cell and said I'd get a text when I can come back to pick up. He also asked if I had insurance and I said no. Hours went by, nothing. Husband and I both called to have the prescription faxed elsewhere because we wanted to start the treatment asap, no answer all day. I drove there 7 hours later to retrieve the prescription and attempt a different pharmacy so he could have these in his system before bed only to have a young woman who was very nice and helpful, tell me they have it but that they need this 3 digit code so I can have it partially covered. I said the cost wasn't the issue. I don't mind paying it in full. That wasn't even mentioned to me. The issue was it wasn't in stock? ! She was confused and so was I. So my son went all day without these drops when he could have had them at 11am, not 7pm. Crazy!

I would like to give 10 stars to Walter (pharmacy assistant), he is friendly, fast and helpful.

However, he was doing a lot by himself when I went there, so my 3 stars is for the store organization and lack of employees.

Expect to wait. Pharmacist told me they're understaffed. Everyone was stressed. I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment and still had to stand and wait for over an hour.

General merchandise is priced much higher compared to other stores. Pharmacy hours are good but their dispensing fee is higher as well.

I visited the pharmacy on Christmas Day to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist working was very thorough, super helpful and quite funny… even though it was very busy he took the time to explain the script and even took the time write me a plan. Special shout out to the pharmacist and his happy assistant. Lots of parking, easy access.

Apparently doesn’t mind false advertising pricing because they put there weekend promos up 1.5 hours before the store closes and when asking an employee for assistance got major attitude and she just walked away only to find out she was the front end manager.
Respect goes a long way. I will be transferring my prescriptions from this pharmacy and never returning to this location again.

For the first time I redeemed 750000 points on the bonus days. Bought 1300+ worth of items on Saturday Nov 29th. I over stocked so returned a few items. I asked for the points to be put back but the supervisor said they will have to put it on shoppers gift card. I was not happy with it but after reading the company return policy I agreed, however the terms and conditions mentions that the payment made with cash will be returned in cash. The supervisor was not able to do so. The frustrating part in all of this was a lady working that night had a very condescending, rude and disrespectful behaviour. Talking in the background saying I am taking advantage of the promotion and returning the items to get more money. First of all I haven’t returned anything before so I didn’t know how it works, secondly the first thing I told the supervisor is that I expect only the difference and not the full amount. Anyways tried to call the store a few times but no one is picking up.
