Julia the pharmacist is very rude, Zero customer experience. Enforced me to get my prescriptions back

The old lady working in the beauty boutique named jamun was extremely rude, made up fake policies saying items cant be returned if they have a tester in store for them? Who uses the store testers on their face? That makes no sense, she was speaking in a condescending tone and refused to do the return, and called the manager but then cancelled the call, and when i asked her to page the manager again she asked me why i was giving her a hard time.if doing your job is a hard time then quit.making up random return policies is not in your job description jamun

She said they have too many customers,
I don’t care, Take it or leave it attitude.

There is another shoppers outside the mall another one inside Loblaws. They have better customer service and gratitude,

One of the worst shoppers store ever …. The staff has no interest in helping customers and rudely tell you that we “cannot help”.: we are not “supposed” to.
Hope someone who understands customer service reacts to this post and hires better staff and pharmacist,

So I went in and was trying an opened lipstick on my hand. I then get approached by staff who tells me I'm not allowed to open products to test them. I can only test them if they say "tester" which there were no products from nyx that I saw with a tester sticker. I explain how the product was already opened and I didn't open a sealed product. She says "that's what every customer says". Which was rude imo because no I didn't open a sealed product. I opened a product that has previously been used and it was the first one I grabbed and the sticker was ripped off and it has been used. I then try to tell her to take the product off the shelf if it's been used so customers don't buy used products and she walked away.

I actually worked at shoppers drug Mart and shop at other locations. Other locations, have their cosmetics sealed and if the brand sends in the products and they aren't sealed then they tape them up usually. So why not just tape them up upon receiving them in shipment and put tester stickers on one lipstick per shade. Also the fact that the products aren't sealed and are being used as testers because they AREN'T sealed like they should be and they are still selling them is really concerning. I knew someone who got a horrible infection from buying a tester because the product was not sealed. Also I read a review that someone bought an unsealed product and the staff refuses to return it because it was unsealed and could have been used. So if you buy a used product you are out however much money you spent.

I am extremely outraged with one on the sales people here. Today my family and I dropped in for casual shopping for a couple of fam members for Christmas. I picked up a Hugo set to potentially buy it for my brother. After showing it to my husband, we decided to go for another gift and dropped it off near toothbrushes. In one minute, this woman, Neda, shows up, interrogating me where the kit is, and chases me around to find it! She insists that if I don’t find it I have to pay for it. If I had the time I would sue this store for costumer accusation…

I moved to the neighborhood recently, and my doctor's prescription follows me. Even I couldn't, for some reason, process my prescription at this location; the pharmacy personnel put tremendous afford into finding and transferring my prescription to another site where it could be processed. Kudos to pharmacies personnel at shoppers Drug Market, at 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy

Rose who works at the pharmacy is very helpful. She ensures all customer needs are fulfilled and goes above and beyond.

I’m a regular customer at this location. Dropped in today to pick up some stamps and decided to take a quick look at the false eyelashes. Within moments a salesperson came from behind the cash and was at my side pretending to adjust products on the shelves next to me. I asked whether the eyelashes came with glue. She barely answered me. I know when I’m being profiled. I guess she thought I was going to steal something. Based on my experience today. I doubt I will be making any purchases from your cosmetic boutique. I’m at this location at least once a week. Really turned me off.
